it sends the reset link to the jmail which is wrong email entered by me

Have you forgotten your password? - if so, you have a problem if the email address has gone dead.
If you know your password, go to the iTunes Store, click on Account. log in and you can change the associated email address.
If you don't know your password, and have no email address, you are going to have problems because it's difficult to see how Apple are going to identify you as the authorised owner of the account. Contact iTunes Support: go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them.

If you can't remember your security questions go to Express Lane , select iTunes from the list, then iTunes store. On the next screen select account Management. There, select iTunes store account security and write that you would like to reset your security questions and / or answers.
You should get an eMail reply over the next 24 hours.

I needed to change my rescue email b/c I wanted that email to be my primary email/appleID. The rescue email and primary cannot be the same for some reason. This sent an email to my rescue email address -- so if you cannot access your rescue, this alt strategy will not work.

I know you can't make your rescue email the primary email on your account! But i also need to change my rescue email, so i can reset my security questions, but i have to answer the questions to change the email address and let goe round in circles! ahhhhhhhhh there must be a way around this, any help would be much appreciated!

You can get your Security Questions reset by contacting iTunes Support at either of the two links below. Select the best options for your issue, or provide specific information. Let them know you are contacting them concerning Forgotten Security Questions. They will get back to you via your primary email address, usually within 24 hours. Once your Security Questions have been reset, you will be able to go in and reset your Rescue email address on your account:

Once you have created a rescue address, you cannot delete it, nor can you change it to the same address as used by your ID. There are numerous providers you can get additional email addresses from, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Google etc etc.
