Need to change numerous bookmarks page sizes

Someone created numerous bookmarks and when you click on the bookmark the page size jumps to 200%, but the rest of the pages show as 100%. Is there a easy way to change the sizes of the bookmarks to 100%? The only option I can find is clicking on each bookmark, resizing to 100% and right clicking on the bookmark and seletcing "Select Destination".

There's no way to edit multiple bookmarks in this way in Acrobat. You will
need to use either an external tool or a plugin to change the zoom level
setting.

  • Change Printer Default Page size to A4 from Letter in Firefox

    Firefox overides printer default page size every time I print. I need Firefox to print to A4 but it automatically sets the Page size to Letter. I have to manualy change the size each time I print.
    There are no options in Firefox to change this setting permanently. I am running the latest version of Firefox on Windows XP.
    In control panel the default page size is set to A4 which Internet Explorer and other applications use correctly.
    Thanks,

    I solved it! For anyone having a similar problem try this.
    Change the default printer, choose another one.
    Change something in that printer and close firefox.
    Reopen firefox and choose yet another printer (not the first one).
    Change something in that printer and close firefox again.
    Reopen firefox and choose the first printer. Select A4 as default paper and close firefox one last time.
    Reopen firefox and the problem should be gone. Weird, innit?

  • Changing the document page size after the fact.

    Does anyone know of a way to change the page size globally after the fact?
    I have sent a 200 page book created with Pages '08 to my printer. The work has a full bleed watermark in the background on a custom 7" X 11" document. I've just been informed that he needs to increase the paper size to 7.25 X 11.25 and have me increase the watermark so it can be trimmed down.
    Is there a way to change all 200 pages or do I need to set-up a new document and do a whole lot of cut and paste?
    Thanks in advance everyone.

    Your problem is that the change is not proportional.
    However it is not a great change, 6.66% at most. If you don't mind a subtle change in height vs width, just create a pdf of the entire document and tell the printer to change the size on going to plate.
    Alternatively you can simply scale it up the 6.66% which will make the height about 0.5" too high and trim away the excess.
    The other way is only scale it up 2.27% which gives you the right height but leaves you with 0.1" less width.
    Or you can go in between and have a compromise for both directions by scaling up 4.4%.
    It depends if you have white margins in either direction that can take up the slack and also how much bleed you have on the watermark. You only need 1/8" to cover any trimming errors.
    As this appears to be quite a long book and would need to be imposed up in signatures, I would imagine the printer must have the necessary imposition software to allow for creep etc, which should also allow for non-symmetrical scaling.
    Don't you Americans ever feel at moments like these that you wish you weren't the last people in the world to not use metrics and rational paper sizes?

  • Change the Default page size to 980px?

    Is there a way to set a default page size? In other words, if i want a website that is larger than 700px wide, do i have to change the size of the page and resize all of the content on every page i create? or can i make 980px the default and not have to resize all the content every time?

    I just looked at that. I haven't used albums to be honest but, iWeb will not allow the copying the album for whatever reason. I have been copying the photo's template for my photo pages.

  • How can I change the default page size for the Adobe PDF Printer?

    Hello All,
    I have cases where I need to switch the default paper size from 8.5x11 to 11x17 via api for the Adobe PDF Printer and have not been able to find how this can be accomplished.
    I am using C# .Net and would appreciate any help.
    Thanks in advance,
    Bob

    There is no Acrobat API for this, but so far as I know there doesn't need to be. The user can go change this from the Printers Control panel as needed. The Adobe PDF printer has some differences from regular printer drivers, but this isn't one of them.

  • Can I change the default page size for SYSBUILD?

    When I start SYSBUILD it always has a default page size of Letter set, is there any way to change this as most of the blocks I wish to print are to be printed on A3 paper?
    Many thanks
    Tim

    Hi Tim,
    Unfortunately there is no option to change the default print settings for SystemBuild. You must manually select the A3 paper size under File>>Page Setup.
    Thanks for the suggestion though, I will pass that on to R&D as a product suggestion for a future release.

  • Need of changing the default stack size permanently as reported by ulimit -

    Hi All,
    In order to install proper 11gr2 on solaris 10 I need to make change of stack size permanently.
    My current ulimit -s is 8192 but according to the oracle 11g installation docs (Configure Shell Limits) they recommend you change the value reported by ulimit -s to be 32k (or 32768).
    I can change this value usiing "ulimit -s 32768" but after reboot of sever this value alwayes change back to old value(8192).
    I tried to do that in /etc/projects but not able to make this permanent, How to make stak size permanently in solaris 10.
    I am on ...
    Oracle Solaris 10 8/11 s10s_u10wos_17b SPARC

    Hi;
    I suggest please review:
    http://serverfault.com/questions/21417/how-to-set-ulimits-in-solaris-10
    It seems that parameter will lost after server reboot. SoThe above settings are not permanent and will be lost after the reboot of the server. To make the changes permanent you need to set this in the respective user profile file. (For ex : .bash_profile on linux)

  • I need to change my image file size but keep the same pixels. Possible?

    I'm trying to upload an image to a mobile ad platform (Adfonic) with the following requirements: Image dimensions 216 x 36 pixels; max file size 3.0 kb; file formats supported GIF, JPG, PNG. I figured out how to change the pixel size but now my file is too big. I have Photoshop CS4 Extended & Vista.
    I changed the file resolution but then the pixel size changes. What can I do?
    Thanks!

    Save-As, JPEG offers you a quality slider.  You trade quality for size.  This still wouldn't give you what you needed?
    You could try JPEG 2000, but beware, it's not as compatible with as many things, and it can look kind of weird, but boy does it compress...

  • How to change the document page size in a PDF?

    OK can't figure a way to do this and hoping it's still possible. On mac snow leopard, adobe X pro. Use to be able to resize the pages in a pdf by printing to the pdf distiller. As this is no longer possible how do I accomplish this? I often have document set pdf's that are  30" x 42" that I want to create a pdf on letter or tabloid size. I can print - so i'm not talking about that. I mean creating a new pdf where the new document size is letter or tabloid. There must be a way to have Adobe save out a new pdf with the pages scaled? HELP it's driving me crazy

    Oops, I misread your question, so I edited my response.

  • Batch change page size of InDesign documents

    I have about 300 one-page InDesign (cc 2014, Mavericks) documents of varying page sizes. Each page is 4 inches wider and 4 inches taller that the content of the page. The content is in the middle of the page—effectively making a 2-inch margin (but with no margin guides) around the content. What I need to do is get the page of all documents to be one specific page size, 7.125” x 9.75”.
    I was able to accomplish this by putting all the docs in a book, making a master page 7.125” x 9.75” on one doc, synching the other docs, and then opening each doc and applying the master page. The last bit was a little labor intensive and I would like to avoid it going forward.
    Could a script be written that opens selected InDesign docs (in or not in a book) and changes the various page sizes to the one size needed? I’ve never written scripts before so have no idea if it is possible or how to do it.
    I put the following on another forum and got help but it required that I have control over the creation of the original docs. And I don’t. “Is there a way to globally apply a master page to all pages of all docs in a book?”
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    Is this your requirement,
    var myFolder = Folder.selectDialog("Select the Folder contains Indesign Files")
    var myFiles = myFolder.getFiles("*.indd")
    alert("Total Indesign Files: " + myFiles.length)
    for(i=0; i<myFiles.length; i++)
        app.open(myFiles[i])
        app.scriptPreferences.userInteractionLevel = UserInteractionLevels.NEVER_INTERACT;
        var myDoc = app.activeDocument;
        myDoc.viewPreferences.horizontalMeasurementUnits = MeasurementUnits.inches;
        myDoc.viewPreferences.verticalMeasurementUnits = MeasurementUnits.inches;
        with(myDoc.documentPreferences){
        pageHeight = "7.125";
        pageWidth = "9.75";
    app.activeDocument.save();
    app.activeDocument.close();
