Need to downgrade to 10.5.4 Please Help!!

Quick background-
I'm a protools LE user and I used to run OS 10.4.11 until recently when I experienced a boot drive failure. I brought my G5 to the local apple store and told them I would like 10.4.11 reinstalled (or at least 10.4) so protools still works.
I get my G5 back and lo and behold Leopard 10.5.5 is installed on my computer.
So I think OK cool free version of Leopard So after spending $50 to upgrade protools to 7.4.2 to work with Leopard I come to find protools needs 10.5.4 I can't just install from my install disk because the apple store never gave me one. an seeing as how i just bought the leopard update for protools I'd like to keep it if possible I just need to downgrade to 10.5.4
I've tried downloading the 10.5.4 regular and combo updates but neither will install on my hard drive over top of 10.5.5. Is there any way to achieve what I'm trying to do without a boot disk?

So what your saying is that the Apple store illegally put leopard onto my computer?
hmmm Interesting
not really. that was simply done by mistake as I said. they were supposed to put the OS onto your computer that came with it originally. as I said it's illegal to have leopard on your computer without buying it. nothing strange or interesting about that.
