Need to download dreamweaver CS3

I upgraded my dreamweaver 8 to dreamweaver CS3 last year.
Because of some issues on my computer, I had to backup my hard
drive and do a destructive recovery and go through the fun process
of reloading all of the programs on my computer. Since CS3 was an
upgrade, I downloaded off the web and used a serial number to
verify.
All I can find now is CS4, but don't want that. Where can I
download CS3 to re-install on my computer?

Log into your account at Adobe and then view your order
history. Purchased downloads should be listed and available
there.

How do I download Dreamweaver cs3?

I have gotten Adobe Dreamweaver cs3 from my web design class... however, my disc drive to my computer has recently stopped working. So I can't use the disc to download it now, and I need to get it up really soon. Is there any way to get a trial for it or download it off of Adobe so I can put my product key into it?

Unless you have a laptop (you don't say) a replacement drive is going to cost about $40
You should have a USB port... so have someone with a working drive copy your CD to a USB flash/thumb drive
Whatever you do, do NOT do NOT I repeat do NOT download from any site other than Adobe !!!!!!!!

Need to uninstall and reinstall Dreamweaver cs3. How do I do that without losing my files? I only have one website and a couple of dozen files related to it.Dreamweaver support forum

Your files are in a separate folder on your computer, not in the DW folder, so they should be safe.
If your site is live, your files are also on the server, and can be downloaded later if necessary.
DW simply allows you to edit those files by means of your site definition which tells DW where to find those files. Before uninstalling DW, export your site definition (an STE file) to a safe place on your computer for later import into your next DW installation.
Use the cleaner tool before installing your new DW.

Trying to download Dreamweaver CS3

I'm trying to download a Windows version of Dreamweaver CS3 and the link from the Adobe site just returns a 404.

I purchased Dreamweaver CS4 a few years ago, and now I need to intall it on a new computer. (I will be upgrading soon to CS6, but I can't do that yet.) I can't find anywhere to download CS4. Can someone point me to a download site?

Thanks. I downloaded the .7z file and the .exe file. But when I try to run the .exe file, I am asked to "choose the program you want to use to open this file". The file is called ADBEDRWVRCS4_LS1 and it's file type just says "file", not .exe. I wasn't expecting that. Am I missing something?

I so desperatly need help with using creating Websites. First
of all I should let you know that I was placed in this position
becuase the girl before me quit and they had no one else to take
over. Dont get me wrong I really do like the software but I feel
lost and I have asked several people who do know how to use the
program . One person I asked is the webmaster for the area but when
I went to her for help she created a new site for us. That was not
what I wanted. I wanted a hands on expierience but didnt get it and
she always takes over. We even had tech support for a year but this
lady was either away or didnt help. I have also asked the
surrownding area webmasters for help and havent heard from them
either. So I sincerly need help. I am no giving up and I'm
determined to figure the program out. So If there are any Angels
out there please help.

The only way to get yourself out of this hole is to forget
about learning
the tool, and concentrate on learning the technology. Study
HTML and CSS,
and you will find that you don't need to learn anything about
DW to use it
effectively.

Downloaded Dreamweaver CS3

Is anyone else experiencing the content in the pages jumping
and flashing when you are adding content? I am also having problems
with the text being the wrong font even though I am using the
default and the CSS styles don't always work.
I had to go back to my old Dreamweaver to fix the problems.
Is this a problem that will correct itself when I install the new
CD I ordered but haven't received yet? It is very frustrating as I
have some clients that don't understand why web sites do their own
thing sometimes.

Dreamweaver cs3 fresh install from download area not working. Any ideas please?

I need to reinstall dreamweaver CS3 on my Mac. I have tried to do this in the Adobe download area but I am getting a 404. I have the original Dreamweaver CS3 disk but my CD ROM is broken. I have got the serial numbers but the download are won't let me get that far. Any help would be gratefully received. thanks.

Dreamweaver CS3 Error

I have recently just downloaded Dreamweaver CS3. I know there is CS4, but I need CS3.
I downloaded the .exe file and when I try to run it I get this error.
The first box that pops up says...
Runtime Error!
R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
The next box that pops up after I press OK says...
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver
CS3\xerces-c_2_6.dll->MSVCR80.dll
I am really not sure what is going on. If someone could shed some light on the situation I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Where in the process is this happening? Is the installer giving you this error or are you getting this after installation and activation? Also I am assuming Windows by your paths, but is this Vista or XP (paths will be different)?
Those dll files are system files and if corrupt would need to be replaced with a sfc /scannow command run in the command prompt (Windows installation disc will be necessary to complete process of replacing corrupt dlls).
Lastly, there is a possibility that the download you have is corrupt. In this case you would need to contact customer support because they would be the only ones who could possibly check the download to make sure it is valid. Shouldn't be too much of a problem though for them because the online downloads in your store account still work (my CS3 still works even though I upgraded).

Sorafour if you have subscribed to the Creative Cloud then Dreamweaver CC is included as part of your subscription. Can you please elaborate on the difficulties you are facing when trying to download and install Dreamweaver. Also which operating system are you using?

My hard drive crashed and I need to re-install Dreamweaver CS3. I have my license but I cannot find a copy of the software. I found some comments that Adobe is not making it available for download. I would like to continue to use this version. Anyone have any ideas on where I can find a copy of Dreamweaver CS3?

and activate with your serial.
if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps. the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
