Need to download oracle 11.1.0.7 for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

Hi all,
I am using Repository Creation Utility (RCU) to create schema and load repository in Oracle database for Fusion Middleware components. In order to create schema and load repository to an Oracle database,Oracle strongly recommends using AL32UTF8 as the database character set.
Hence I need to install database version 10.2.0.4.0 in 10g or version equal to higher than 11.1.0.7.0 with the database character set AL32UTF8. But the Oracle Database Software Download url available through OTN do not list
oracle 10.2.0.4.0 or oracle 11.1.0.7 for Microsoft Windows (32-bit).
Appreciate if anyone can provide me any other alternate location, from where I can download oracle 10.2.0.4.0 or oracle 11.1.0.7 for Microsoft Windows (32-bit).

10.2.0.4 and 11.1.0.7 are patchsets, available on MOS/metalink only (you need a valid support contract). There's only the exception for Windows 2008,here you can get this versions on OTN.
But who did you tell characterset AL32UTF8 is not available in the basis versions?

Issue Downloading Oracle Database 10g Release 2 for MS Windows

It took a couple of hours to download the software and "save" it to a folder. When I double-click on the setup.exe file nothing happens. I am not sure if there was a problem with my download (my internet connection is not the fastest).
When that didn't work, I tried downloading the software again, but this time selected "open" rather than "save". Again nothing happens.
Does anyone have a suggestion for me? Thanks

Use a download manager instead of letting IE or firefox manage the download. Compute the checksum for the downloaded file and tally that with the one available on download page.
I presume you are downloading the correct version of 10gR2 for your version of Windows (which you have not posted).

Oracle Database 10g Release 1 (10.1.0.2) for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

During the Database Confiugration Assistant step of the install of the unzipped 10g_win32_zip file the error message " ORA-28547 connection to server failed, probable Net8 admin error ". If Ignore is used many of these will appear and then at the end the message is -
Enterprise manager configuration failed due to the following error-
"job-que-process" must be greater than 1. Fix..... run again....
run c:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\......\EMCA.SCRIPT "
What is the work araound for this installation failure.

You install Database Oracle without create database and then install patchset 10.1.0.4.
Then you launch.
netca command to configure listener and then launch dbca command to create database.
That´s all right

You need to download 10.1.0.1 from OTN and then download 10.1.0.4 patch from metalink to patch up to 10.1.0.4.
There's no direct 10.1.0.4 download.

We'll need more information before anyone can be of much help. What model iPhone is it, what versions of iOS are running on the iPad 2 now, what exactly are you trying to update, and what version of iTunes are you running? And what exactly is going wrong (include error messages if any).
Once we have that information, someone here can probably offer advice. Note that you cannot sync content or upgrade iOS wirelessly until you get your iPhone and iPad up to iOS 5 and that requires that you connect those devices to your computer via the Dock-USB cable.

Download Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0.2) for Microsoft Windows

I unable to download Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.2.0.2) for Microsoft Windows from the OTN website. The download starts from here: http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ids/htdocs/101202winsoft.html
There are two files. The second file; ds_windows_x86_101202_disk2.zip downloads fine. The first file; ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1.zip stops at 46Mb with the message "connection reset by server".
When downloading using getright as suggested on the FAQ the connection has to resume at 46Mb. Using segmented downloading in getright I have been able to download 636.92MB of the 640MB file. The getright download window shows connected; waiting for reply but I am unable to get the last few Meg.
Any ideas how to complete the download? Has anyone else completed it successfully?

I guess, it is a problem with your network.
Yesterday I have downloaded both the files and installed successfully. The first file took around 20 minutes and secod file took nearly 10 minutes to download.
Are you using office network? You can try downloading at home with DSL.

I have Downloaded it tow times but I am getting the same message , and how can I use a download manager while downloading the zip files , and I want to give here some more information the zip files size as the following : ds_windows_x86_101202_disk1 size = 232,661 KB is the size ok. ds_windows_x86_101202_disk2 size = 231,329 KB is the size ok.

Please try this
Stop Windows Update Service and BIT Service now.
Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete all file under this folder.
Start Windows Update and BIT service now.
Then try to download windows update now.
If doesn't work, please reset the windows update componments

Oracle Database 10.2.0.1.0 setup for Microsoft Windows not opening

I've downloaded the Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows in my PC.
However when I double click the setup.exe,it doensn't open up.Nothing is happening..Could someone provide me thoughts about what could be the reason and how to solve this?

The setup.exe usually takes a while to start the Oracle Universal Installer, it depends upon the machine speed and capacity. Wait for more time and see if it starts. Check if your machine/os meets the system requirement.

I can tell you that according to Product Specifications page for your HP Pavilion w2338h is a 23-inch wide-screen HDMI monitor, your monitor has 2 watts oer speaker integrated speakers. A pair of reasonably sensitive speakers deliver the following decibel levels at a distance of about one meter.

2 Watts = 93 decibels
4 Watts = 96 decibels
8 Watts = 99 decibels
16 Watts = 102 decibels

64 Watts = 108 decibels
128 Watts = 111 decibels
256 Watts = 114 decibels

For Comparison
10db = normal human breathing

Now as to whether installing the IDT High-Definition Audio CODEC Driver for Microsoft Windows 7 will give you the audio level you are seeking will depend on what computer you have and what audio drivers are installed. To provide you with more accurate information I would need to know additional information concerning your computer. Is this an HP computer?
