I'm sorry that you're having trouble getting the assistance tha you need. Please Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat, and then Membership, Account, Payment. You'll find a blue Still Need Help? button at the bottom of the screen. Click that and you'll find both phone and chat options.

Need help with IPhone 4S and upgrade for IOS 7

I upgraded my phone last night to IOS 7.0.2 and this morning I went through all the initial set up questions and my phone was working. Once I walked away and it turned off, it is asking me for a passcode to get back into my phone. I did NOT have a passcode before I upgraded do not know what passcode it would be asking me to enter. I have tried a couple different passcodes and nothing is working now my phones says it is "DISABLED". Can anyone help?

The upgrade to iOS 7.0 automatically turns on Passcode Lock....whether you want it or not. You probably don't remember the passcode you entered when prompted, but regardless, one was setup on the phone. To fix, & remove the passcode, follow the directions here to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it:

The cost of the Full Logic Pro 9 from the App Store is less than the cost of the discontinued Boxed Upgrade set for Logic Studio (if you could find one) ... so you might as well purchase the full Logic Pro 9 from the App store and be done.

We users can't speak for Apple about your free Lion status or problems downloading, reissuing a download.
It's possible Apple could be spacing out the downloads as not to knock theservers offline. So be patient.
If after a week or so when the initial rush is over, and you still haven't gotten your Lion, I suggest you contact Apple.
Mission critical
If your using Mac's in a mission critical type environment or have third party hardware or software you must rely upon working correctly. It's advised to wait until all the bugs, driver updates, third party software and other issues are resolved before upgrading. This might take several months. Actually, you can and have downloaded from there, because that message only happens when the download is finished.
The message is entirely normal, and is Apple's way of encouraging the world to use the Mac App Store. That doesn't help you because Acrobat isn't in the Mac App Store - it isn't allowed there.
So, what to do? Change your system settings

3 - I want to upgrade to Microsoft Office '11 because I don't have Adobe Acrobat to creat pdf's and I need to be able to do this for school... If you're asking how to check to see if you need more RAM, open Activity Monitor and go to the System Memory tab, then compare page outs and page ins. If page outs is 10% or more of page ins, you probably need more RAM.
2 - How do I check how many battery cycles are left?
There's no limit on the number of battery cycles, it's just that the more cycles you've used the more "worn out" your battery gets. You've got a 4-year-old machine, and if it's still got the original battery, it's probably about time for a replacement battery. You can check battery health using System Profiler... look at the Power section under Hardware.
3 - I want to upgrade to Microsoft Office '11 because I don't have Adobe Acrobat to creat pdf's and I need to be able to do this for school... Instead of buying acrobat, I figured I would just upgrade to Office '11
You don't need Office 2011 to create PDFs. Any application capable of printing can create PDFs on a Mac. Just choose File -> Print, but instead of clicking the Print button in the print dialog, click the PDF button and choose Save As PDF in the menu that appears.

If Office 2004 is still working fine for you, stick with that and don't incur the costs of Office 2011. As to the RAM, only add more if the test I mentioned above indicates that you need it. If you buy more RAM when you don't really need it, you won't see much (if any) performance improvement. That just leaves the battery... and if the machine is still doing what you need it to do and you don't really need a new machine for anything, you could definitely buy a new battery and get a few more years out of it.

Acrobat Standard or Pro will do that, just don't buy an upgrade (which would need you to already own a particular older version of Acrobat). It isn't considered an "upgrade" from Reader in the buying way because Reader is free, so it doesn't qualify for a cheap purchase. It also isn't an upgrade in the sense that it's separate from Reader and you can have both Reader and Acrobat.

This is the stack of partitions on your old drive

This is the same stack on your new drive imaged from the old one.

This is what you want

EFI has to be at the top of the drive and Lion Recovery has to be at the bottom of the drive.
And you only have four partitions.
You can't move the Lion Recovery Partition or Bootcamp partiton, however you can expand the Lion Partition into empty space below it. (but can't delete or move the Lion Recovery partition)
Your Duplicator duplicated perfectly, too perfectly Likely would work with same sized drives/partitions.
This is what your going to need to do.
You need to move the Bootcamp partition to a blank external drive using WinClone and disconnect. This is so you have two backups of it. (one on your old 500GB drive)
You will need a drive enclousre or IDE/SATA to USB adapter cable for the older 500GB drive and option key boot from it. (some enclosures can't be booted from so check first Other World Computing is good place to ask)
Download the free Carbon Copy Cloner, grab any new files off the new 750GB internal drive to the old 500GB your booted from.
Open Apple's Disk Utility and Erase with Zero option the entire internal 750GB drive and let it rip, this will map off as many bad sectors and improve reliability.
Now use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the 500GB Lion + Lion Recovery Partitions to the internal 750GB, it will "fix" things and place Lion Recovery at the bottom of the drive where it belongs, give all the extra space to OS X Lion.
Next your going to have to follow WinClones instructions to restore your Bootcamp, likely you will have to recreate the Bootcamp partition first (in Bootcamp) to the size you want and then clone. Likely Winclone may "fix" Windows to recognize it's in a new larger partition now. I don't know you'll have to check as I haven't used it.
When Bootcamp creates the partition it will place it near the bottom next to the Lion Recovery Partition.
As you know you will have to re-validate Windows with Lord Redmond or it expires as you changed the hardware.

My question is how much ram would I need in a Macbook Pro for software engineering? I am currenty looking at the 15" 2.3ghz base model with 8gb of ram as well as the 15" 2.4ghz base model retina. I really like the retina but its at my max budget. Will the 8gb of ram be enough since it is not upgradable? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
