Need to have a reply-to address different than my Gmail account.

I use gmail to send and receive my business email. When I send mail the recipient sees it as coming from [email protected] not gmail. On the mac this is fine as the "Email Address" is different to the username used to login to the Gmail IMAP account.
On the iphone the address is the account login info and when I send a message it shows as coming from [email protected]
Is there an app out there paid or free that can add this functionality I need. Apple could add this functionality easily by adding a reply-to field to the settings for the account or having the

The DNS Server settings are normally provided by whatever router is "upstream" from the AirPort Express, presuming that the Express is configure to use DHCP. What is the "upstream" device? Will the AirPort Express connect to it wirelessly or by Ethernet?

My old emails address which I have used as my apple id for 10 years is being made redundant. I have changed the email address to a new gmail one and this is my new apple id. But my iMac has not recognised this. It keeps saying it wants the password for my old email address. I have seen some advice on these forums which suggest signing out of iCloud and then back in again. But when I start doing this it asks me if i want all the photos deleted that have not been downloaded onto the mac.
I have had an iCloud account for quite sometime and I'm afraid of losing everything in my cloud if i sign out and sign in with a new id.
Is this fear realistic?
I know I can change back to my old email, sign out and then sign in wight he new one...
Please help!

This did not work for me. My old email account for iCloud still pops up on my screen every time I open my macbook. I've deleted it, reset it, every thing I can think of and it still shows up. I think six months of this is more than enough time to wait.

All my email is fowarded to my icloud account and what i need to do is make sure all of my email that i ship is from my university account and not from my icloud account. Sorry for the delayed response, yes i want to use my university account when replying to all emails. Note i just discovered something, when i forward my university email to my icloud account and than responded from either my imac of my macbook air (i.e. in icloud) it automatically goes to my university account in the "from" space (good news!!!). That is just what i wanted, . While that is the good news, the bad news is that my iphone and ipad still treat this email as being from icloud even though it is forwarded (redirected) from my university account. That is when i respond to an email (or for that matter create a new email in my icloud account) it automatically lists the icloud account as the "from" account and i have to go in and manually modify it. So i am 50% there to solving my problem (i.e. actually did nothing the systems just worked well) but i still need to figure out a way to make this happen on my ipad and iphone. Any help or suggestions, note the default button in the iphone and ipad for email work differently than the default in the composition menu of the imac or macair.

Since there is no option to request "Forgot Username" on the ePrint login page, I would recommend to:
1. Remove Web Services from your printer
(On most printers, you can use the Remove Web Services option to disable all Web Services. This will remove the printer from your ePrintCenter account, delete all print apps settings and configuration data, and also delete your printer's ePrint email address/account and configuration/setup data.)
2. Create a new ePrint account using an email of your choosing.
3. Re-enable Web Services and setup ePrint on your printer by following the instructions HERE.

Hello there! You can contact Verietas Support at [email protected] The most usual error for gmail is that user name is NOT the full email address. You just want to enter the stuff BEFORE "@gmail.com". Good luck!

Automatically send copy to address other than specified in 'accounts'

I created an icloud account using my main e-mail address, no problem, since then, I have used it to send work to I-work.com. Then today it asked me for a nother ID as I could not for some reason use the existing one. So I created a new password, now when I try to use i-work it keeps telling me that there is no e-mail address associated with this accout, yet when I go into settings and Icloud everything looks the same. Can anyone give me a clue????

I'm not sure why you would need a second IP on an autonomous AP. The IP on the AP is just used for managmenet of the AP and other mgmt type tasks like sending EAPOL packets to the radius server, responding to SNMP, etc. As far as the subnet info for the wireless clients, the AP really doesn't care. Its just bridging the packets through the AP.

Shmat attaching the shm segment at address different than earlier

I'm using 4 shared memory segments for storing data among 3 processes. The first segment contains the information about remaining 3 segments, where as 2nd segment is nothing but an array of pointers which point to the structures allocated out of other 2 segments.
Server process starts & creates the 3 segments first. If the 3rd segment gets completely finished, that process creates 4th data segment & stores the address of this new segment also in 1st segment.
Then I bring down this process - detaching all the 4 segments from it, but not doing IPC_RMID on them.
Later I started the same program assuming that I will be able to access the data from these shared memory segment.
But, I found that the address of 4th segment was not the same as that of first time when it was created a fresh. It got attached at different address. This caused SIGSEGV.
I'm using SHM_SHARE_MMU with all the calls I do to shmat().
How can I ensure that all the segments always get attached at same address during the second run of the process?

You actually need to run it with "check -access"; memuse and leaks won't help with the crash, which happens because of illegal memory access. Hopefully, "check -access" will help you to locate the bad guy, but that's not panacea either.
To be precise:
- start dbx
$ dbx <your app>
- issue
(dbx) check -access
(dbx) run
and wait for dbx to stop and report suspicious memory access.

Accents (does Adobe have something against other languages different than English?)

I am absolutely astonished with this problem. I understand that in the previous versions (up to 1.3) Adobe does not care about millions of persons typing with accents (around 3500 billions of persons, 60% the whole world population) but I cannot understand why Adobe has not solved this problem in the v2. FYI although Lightroom accepts the keywords with accents (by pasting), does not allow type them directly over the keyword field. And this is a nightmare for me, especially when my name is Joaquín, not Joaquin... This is not the first time that I read this claim, why Adobe do not solve this stupid problem that Aperture does not have?
FYI if you type Joaquín, Lightroom type Joaqu´´in. Different right?

Hi Sean, "ñ" is working fine. The problem are the accents because to put an accent using Spanish as language you should press two keys. I am working in Windows XP. No otheher application has showed this problem. As soon as I press the accent key, instead of show nothing, waiting for the letter to put the accent, Lightroom is showing "´´", a double accent alone. The paste is working, so Lightroom accepts accents but not to type them at least in my system. This is happening at least in three different computers using Windows XP and Spanish Internation sort as language.
Thomas and Sean, please, try the following. Let's type in the Keyword Tag panel my name Joaquín not Joaquin. So, the "i" is containing the accent "í".
You first has to change the language to Spanish International sort, then type "Joaqu" as usual and the "í" has to be introduced using two steps (this is the only way with the exception for using directly the specific ASCII code for "í"). So, to put "í" you should press the keyword " (it is the keyword which is left to the "enter" keyword) and then press the keyword "i". The results should be "í" but you will see how Lightroom will type "´´i" instead.

Thanks for the response. I had the 65 advantage plan for 2 years. Service rep at Verizon store assisted me when I activated my new iPhone 6. She noted that over the 2 years i had used only a few minutes of talk, one to 2 texts per month ( at a fee of $. 20 each ) and a minuscule amount of data... and that the phone was for emergency contact to me from my disabled invalid wife only. She searched and found a discount special plan for a savings of $15.00 per month with a final monthly fee before taxes of $45 and not $59 per month to start on Oct 1st. Why is browser ip address different than network ip address?

Trying to use remote access from home to my server computer at work (small salon running a management software called STX Salon Transcripts) and used to look for my server ip address using what's my ip.com, which gives me an ip that hasn't been working--now I find an ip in my network settings that's completely different... Server computer is plugged into the internet directly to the modem...

Does the service provider at work claim to provide a static IP address?
Are you accessing what's my ip.com from the server at work?
Is either of the addresses involved in the ranges that RFC1918 defined as private (10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255, 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255, or 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255)?
Is either of the addresses involved in the range that IANA reserves for carrier-grade NAT (100.64.0.0 - 100.95.255.255)?
