I need to know how to delete some of the episodes from Mad Men season 5 so I can see the rest of them. They didn't download in order and there is no visiable delete button. I press down on the show and it only opens up.

There are a number of ways to delete pictures from the Camera Roll. One is to open Camera Roll in the thumbnail view, tap the arrow button (top right), tap all the pictures you want to delete, tap the Delete button ant the bottom. It sure would have been nice to know there was an issue with the new Firefox Update BEFORE I uploaded it. I have Vista which is usually an issue with both Adobe and Firefox. Not sure if you are talking about in the Mac App store or the iTunes store but the procedure is the same for both.
Launch the appropriate store and click on the link to your account under Quick Links.
Enter your password when prompted.
You will come to an Account Information screen. Click on the Edit link to the right of Payment Type.
Enter your new information here (or click the None button to leave it empty.)
Click the Done button.
You can now go on using the store.

I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
    hold down the Windows key and press R.
    from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
    if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
    look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
    click on the Stop button,
    browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers
    delete the job inside this folder
    reboot the machine

I need help deleting videos, tv shows, and movies downloaded from itunes. I have followed the instructions to delete from the macbook, I selected the videos I wanted to delete and right clicked to delete. Nothing happens. When I double click on the video it still starts playing. I also followed the instructions to delete the videos from the iphone by swiping from left to right with nothing happening. I opened the videos on the ipad and there is no edit selection like in the instructions on the support page. Can you please tell me how to permanently remove this content so it doesn't try to copy from each device when I want to back up the Iphone and Ipad to my macbook. Thank you.

Synced photos can't be deleted directly on the device - instead they are deleted by moving/removing/de-selecting them from where they were synced from on your computer and then re-syncing.

The same way they got there, through the iTunes sync process. Under the photos tab, in iTunes, deselect the albums/folders you don't want on your phone, hit the Apply/Sync button.

I have two identical iTunes folders on my pc. I want to delete one copy to save space but am unable to delete one (or part of it) without deleting the exact same in the other. That is, the action on one folder is exactly mirrored in the other. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks tt2. Appreciate your help. Fyi, I summed up the size of all my folders and the total exceeded the capacity of my hard drive. And when I deduct the space taken by the iTunes folder, it approximates the capacity consumed. So you are right.

I need to know how to delete apps from my phone permanently because in order to update some of them i need a friends appleid pw because it was at one point synced with his apple id. these apps wont update unless i can delete them and DL under my apple ID.

Okay, so this is a little more information on my problem. When i first got my iphone i didnt have a computer of my own. So i synced it to my friends computer under his apple id. well then later down the road i got a mac of my own and was able to sync it to that. well some of my apps (facebook, snapchat, instagram, and google) backed up to his id. Now none of those applications will update if i dont have the password for his apple id. What i would like to accomplish is to delete them from my phone and such completely, or just unattach them from his icloud/apple id so that i can re download them under my own account. at this point everytime i try to delete them from my phone and go into the app store to download them again, it only gives me the option to redownload them from the cloud. i do not want to do this. because that means the app still wont be up to date and it will still be associated with said friends apple id. is there anyone who can guide me through this issue?

In this case if you download it from his account, you will need to deleted and download it again by your account
also delete your backup from iTunes after you delete all the apps/games that you download it from your friend account
so in the next time you try to restore your backup, you will not face the same problem

If the thief enabled activation lock on the device, then there is nothing that can be done. Only the password for the Apple ID that it is locked with can disable activation lock.
