The action menu can be restored by, in the Finder, selecting under View menu "Customize Toolbar ...". There you will see options to put the action menu (wheel) back on your toolbar.

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -

If the store that you bought it from is nearby then you could try going back to it and ask them to activate it properly. Good morning. Getting notifications that you are close to exceeding your allowance can certainly be alarming. It would be my pleasure to help put your mind at ease.
I understand you are not streaming movies, music, etc. Which these features will use a lot of data. Are you using the Mobile Hotspot on your phone. This may also cause you to exceed your data allowance quickly if you do not power if off after you are done using the feature. To turn off mobile hostpot tap settings>general>personal hotspot>off. Do you have any third party applications that you have installed that may be running a lot of data?
To ensure applications are not consistently running in the background do the following press the menu button at the bottom of your phone twice. All the open apps will then appear. Select and hold the bottom of the screen. A minus sign will then appear in the top left of each app. Select each minus sign to close out the application.

You may have to open Mail, go to the upper left corner of the screen and click on the word Mail, open Preferences, click on Accounts, and make sure your Gmail account is still fully set up properly with all proper account and incoming and outgoing Mail Servers properly completed. When you added iCloud capability it may have upset the account settings for Gmail.

I just had the absolute worst experience ever with some idiot at Adobe's chat support. He took control of my computer and started renaming files to old, without keeping the original name (original.old) like he should have. What he was trying to do did not work. Then he just cut the connection and ran. I am furious. I need help to rename these back to their original name so that Adobe Creative Cloud will open. I have Acrobat, AcroCef, AIR, CameraRaw, Color, InDesign, OOBE, the one he renamed to old and PII. Please help. It should be a file related to Illustrator.

I cannot get the audio to work using my new P221 HP monitor. Can someone please help me?
I wrote once before but I must have mislabeled my message. Haven't been able to even find my question much less any replies. I purchased an HP 221 Monitor with installed speakers, I am a novice at computers and didn't really know what I would need to install the monitor. I find that I can connect the VGA cable with no problem. But th DVI-D cable cannot be installed on my computer due to no connection there. My computer is an HP Model P 6600Z, desktop PC. It is operating on windows 7 and browser is Internet Explorer. I purchased an adapter with a female cable adapter to attach to the monitor cable and then I connected it to my PC using a the USB supplied with the
adapter. It still doesn't work. I guess I can install external speakers but the main reason I bought this monitor was becasue it has internal speakers. Thanks.I am sorry for the confusion. The reason I asked about the speaker bar is that I can't find any information that shows built-in speakers on your monitor. I have looked everywhere, including in the HP specifications.

The way that I have always connected speakers is to the port labeled # 5 (Audio: Front speaker/Line Out). This port allows sound to be sent to speakers. The VGA port is for video only. There is no audio capability. The only connection that sends Audio and Video is the HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connectors.
This is the type of connector that I would expect to see coming from your speakers:

Please check the monitor carefully to assure that there are actually speakers built-in. I just don't want us to continue fighting a problem that doesn't exist. There may have been some incorrect information in the advertisement that you read.

There is no tracker application bundled with an iPod (nor iPhone nor iPad). Apple offers an app in the iTunes Store that allows an iOS device on which the "Find My..." service has been set up to be tracked from another iOS device (the app goes on the device doing the tracking). But the service has to have been set up on the device you want to track before it was stolen.
