Need to Merge Two Bestbuy My Rewards Accounts

Hello,
I am contacting you guys regarding Case ID: {removed per forum guidelines}
Bestbuy created another account for me when i signed up for their credit card and now i have two accounts. I need them to be merged into one especially since I need the purchases too be all under one account not two.
I have not gotten a response back regarding merging my two accounts. A second account was created when i opened up a bestbuy credit and i need them to be merged together. The account holder is the same person,which is me. Here are the 2 ID numbers: Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines} and Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines}
Please address this situation ASAP, i need to get it done before 12/31/14 so i can retain my elite status, this is very frustrating! I contacted you guys a week ago and i still havent gotten a response. Please let the proper customer service agents know about this so it can be addressed.
Someone emailed me saying my account was created for the Member ID: {removed per forum guidelines} but thats not what i needed, i need my two accounts merged into one not two different ones
When i registered the account for {removed per forum guidelines} i put a different first name Rao instead of Sreenadh but it is the same account holder aka me.

As long as the primary information (name, phone #, mailing address) associated with each account matches exactly, then I should have no problem merging them. Any points/certificates in the closed account would be transferred over to the primary account during the merge. How do I merge two valid, purchased iTunes accounts into one so all my music is in same account?

I have two valid, purchasd iTunes accounts. Older iPod has some great music, I just got a new iPad and set up second iTunes account, bought some more iTunes items for that account. Just discovered iCloud. Now I want to put all my music from both accounts onto the cloud so I can access it on all my apple devices. Can't seem to add from one account to the other. Can sign onto the new account wiht my old iPod, but it will not let me sync without erasing all the music on the device. How can I merge these two accounts into one?
PS Makes you wonder how helpful support is when the usernames "Frustrated," "really frustrated," and "Help!!!!" are all taken...lol

You cannot. iTunes pruchases remian tied to the account they were purchased with.

Remove your info from new account, update old account as needed and use that.

Thanks, but i figured it out.
I went to "clip" and highlighted the clip i wanted to join to the one ahead and clicked "join clip"
and they merged

I need to merge two My BestBuy accounts.

I bought a Vita 2-9-15 and used a point multiplier coupon as well. (though I forget by how much) Its well pasted the 15 day mark and at this point I guess it was put on my other best buy account. Can someone help me merge the two?

As long as the information (name, phone #, mailing address) shared by each account matches, I should have no problem performing a merge. Any active points/certificates in your secondary account would transfer over to your primary account following the merge, including the points you have received for using the 3X coupon. I need to MERGE a same named user account from one mac to another.

I am a neophyte in the Mac World, seeking to move al of my son's material from hid old MacBook to a MacBook Pro that has a fresh install of Snow Leopard. I set up his user account on the MacBook Pro during the installation process. The user account on the Book has an identical name. He has used the Pro for two weeks. The need is to MERGE the accounts' information, NOT: 1) Renaming the user account to be transferred (THAT MIGHT MAKE HIM SCHIZOPHRENIC); 2) Replacing the existing user account with the one you are transferring (THAT WOULD MAKE HIM LOOSE TWO WEEKS OF HIS LIFE); or 3) Do not transfer this user account (WHICH WOULD MAKE HIM LOOSE TWO YEARS OF HIS LIFE), as these are the only options available (all unacceptable) via Migration Assistant using a Time Machine backup. If it is material, I made a backup of the Book before and after upgrading it to Snow Leopard. I attempting to migrate from the post-update backup. I'm tempted to try Ethernet migration, but suspect I will be faced with this same dilemma. I have reviewed other posts on this subject, and hope there is a better solution than putting the old User Account into the public folder of the Pro and then moving data into the new User Account.

As long as the two accounts share the same username the solution is fairly simple with minor exceptions. On the new machine connect the backup drive you used. With the immediate exception of email, calendars, and contacts you can just drag the desired files from the backup drive onto the new computer putting them in their appropriate folders on the new computer - this would be the various folders in the /Home/ folder.
For email: Mac OS X Mail- How to import email
For iCal and Address Book it would be easiest to stay with the most recent data and copy these folders:
/Home/Library/Calendars/
/Home/Library/Applications Support/AddressBook/
Copy these folders to the equivalent locations on the new computer. Then you also need to copy:
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.addressbook.plist
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.addressbook.abd.plist
/Home/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ical.plist
into the appropriate folder on the new computer.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

Need help merging two users

I mistakenly have 2 users profiles for my desktop and want to merge them into one. Any advice?

Apps should be stored in the application folder. Either user should have access to them. If not, check the accounts an make sure they are not restricted.
For the iTunes accounts, if you have music in both users, then you can't simply merge the 2 accounts.
What you need to do is decide which account you are going to keep. Log into the other account you are going to delete.
For iTunes, you will need to export the music Library to another drive. If you have no other drive, then export the music library to the desktop. Then, move or copy that to the desktop of the other user. Desktop should be the only file you have access to on the other user.
For any other files, copy them to the external drive or to the desktop of the other user. You might want to just copy the whole user folder to the desktop of the other user. Then all files will be availabel.
Once the above is done, log back into the user you want to keep. For iTunes, open the application and import the music from the exported music file you did earlier. Then all music should be in one library.
Next, copy or move any files from the other files or user folder you copied to the desktop.
Once all is done and working OK, then just delete the other account and all files on the desktop no longer needed.

Need assistance merging two Creative Cloud Memberships

I recently purchased a Creative Cloud membership with my work Credit Card in January 2014. I signed up to be billed monthly because I was waiting on Accounting to approve the volume license we would be purchasing for my entire Creative team in February. On Feb 2nd 2014 Accounting purchased that Volume licensing via Insight Public sector. ( I have the invoice if needed) when this was purchased it did not replace my current CC license but added an additional CC license to my Adobe ID.I was told to cotnact Adobe to have this corrected. I have been trying to get this fixed but am unable to get through on the phones or on chat. The reps on chat keep insisting I have to pay a cancellaton fee. I should not have to pay a cancellation fee since i have paid for my license IN FULL via a volume team subscription for myself and 5 others. I have no need for 2 CC licenses under the same Adobe ID. Our contact at Insight Public Sector has also confirmed that I should not be charged a cancellation fee and wants to see someting in writing stating otherwise so we can clear this up.

You have two subscriptions under the same Adobe ID. Both are active. You can get the CC purchase in 2014 cancelled & the charges of February 2015 (if charged) also refunded.

Issue with Merging two files in BPM

Hi,
I need to merge two files (Balance and transaction) with correlation is defined from ID, Date and Accountnumber..
Sometimes, when there are no transaction records, then balanace file will come up number "0"
Balance file:
MDk;1728;175;02.09.11;781961.09;0.00;0.00;781961.09;;;;;;;;;0
MDk;8574;175;02.09.11;4462;1112;104098800;104102150;;;;;;;;;2
from the above file, two accounts..
MDk;1728; --- with zero transaction record
MDk;8574; --- with two transaction records
Transaction file:
MDk;8574;175;02.09.11;;DEBIT;;;;;-1112;;0;02.09.11;;;;20555;;;037;
MDk;8574;175;02.09.11;;CREDIT;;;;;104098800;;0;02.09.11;;;;;;;099;
We are using Correlation to merge the files by using the fields (MDk;8574;175;02.09.11)
Now the issue is the BPM is not working as the correlation is not matching as the balance file consists of a row (with zero transaction record) which is not present in transaction file.
I have to ignore the first record in balance file as it contains 0 transaction data which means there are no records for this account in transaction file.
How can I delete those records before going to merge condition? Is there any thing i can do in balance file adapter?
Any suggestions please?

Hi Ramesh,
This is the problem at the first step of the BPM where we will receive the files.
Start> FORK (Rec1 & Rec 2)>TransforMap( Merge_to_targetfile )-->SendtoReceiver -->END
It is failing at step1 (Fork), where the files are not matching according to correlation condition which we set.
ie. ID, Date, Accountnumber.
As the transaction file doesn't contain the record "MDk;1728;175;02.09.11" which is present in Balance file, the correlation is not matching. Hence it is failed. It is not even reaching to map
As correlation is mandatory to receive two matching files, it is failing here..

I need to merge two lists of pdf's or ps files and create one single list of pdfs (or ps files I prefer the output to be pdf). So I'll have two folders(1&2)

I'll need to merge those in a batch process like distiller or something (its just what I am familiar with) and come out with files:

If the information shared between your two active My Best Buy accounts matches exactly, then we should be able to merge them together. The merge process would involve closing one account, and then moving any unused points/certificates from the closed account to the active primary account.

Need a way to merge two mail accounts

I have a small problem that I hope someone can help me fix. I have cross posted this in the OD services forum as that is the service that I have the 'user' problem with.
Some time back I made a mistake and deleted a user using WM. This user had mail services. I had a backup of the mail folders using the mailbfr tool set. Lucky for me this backup ran just before i deleted the user.
Now this is what I did next.
I added the user again with WM withing a few mins - however I did not spell the name correctly and so I ended up with a shortname that is not correct. I added a second sort name ([email protected]) and so the mail now works in that the user can log onto imap using the previous 'second' short name and e-mail is correctly processed. As you would expect the users email mailboxs are empty as the are seen as a new users by the mailserver (due to my spelling the name wrong).
So I have two mail boxes for this user - one old with correct spelling, one new with incorrect spelling. From the outside world it all looks OK... but the user cannot access the old e-mails and over time one will get into trouble with this user haveing the wrong name.
I would like to find a way of correcting the users 'primary' shortname and combining the old and new emails together into the correct email account.
Help - how do I do this? It seems I need to fix two things - change the shortname internally in the server somehow and combine the e-mails into one account.
I could very easly delete the wrong account and create a new one with the correct spelling. But I would need to preserver the new emails that have come in since and move them into the old email account (which I assume will work Ok with the new user).
Hope all is clear. look forward to some help.

You can block port 25 at firewall/router as an easy way to prevent bounces from outside world during this process....
Delete the 2nd short name on first account. Create a new account with the correct short name, enable mail.
Use an imap client to connect to both account and copy/drag all mail from the old wrong account to the new account.
That's a nice clean way to merge mail accounts.
Now of course, the user will have a new UID... and that might cause permission headaches......
So it might be better to use an imap account to connect to the old account first, copy all mail into a local mailbox. Delete the old account. Then create a new account and set the same UID and correct short name. You could then connect to it with an imap client and drag mail back to the inbox.

I have two accounts and need to merge into one account. How? Where to even ask this question? Chat will not assist in this.

Over the years I accidentally opened a second Adobe account, both with product registrations. I need to merge these accounts into one and see no way to do that. Updates to software will not install because serial for previous version not found on upgrade versions now installed. Could the 2 different accounts be a cause for this? I got no help at all from chat.
