I have a mobile DJ company and would like to add my playlist to my website similar to something like this... anyone have an idea of how to do this?
Seems like he linked his iTunes to the web page somehow.
It doesn't have to be itunes... anyway of getting my list onto the web and possibly having a sample feature would be nice.

Search MacUpdate (or any other of the several web sites that list Mac software) for something like "iTunes web". You'll find several utilities that can export your iTunes library listing to HTML.

That would only be involved if you wanted to provide a link to a given track on the iTunes Store.

A few days ago my sis plugged it into another computer but I don't know if she synched it to the other computer, and frankly, she won't remember. I have tried updating itunes, charging the ipod, restarting the ipod/computer, and the rest of what the apple site said to do. Ps I have the latest ipod touch

I'd say your sister messed up and your iPod is toasted.
Think about it... She plugged it in to another computer, she doesn't remember what she did (yeah, right), and now your iPod is not being recognized by your computer...
Also take into consideration how old is your sister, and how much does she know about electronics?

I need to print my song list from a cd I just burned, but when I do it comes out all printed on top of each other and un readable. I have done this lots of times, this is the first time I have had this happen

I have burned a lot of cd's and always print the jewel case song list when I am done, but tonight I tried to so that and it prints, but all jumbled together and unreadable. I have not changed anything on my printer and all the test pages print great, so don't know how to fix the problem in Itunes.

There is another discussion of this problem under "can't print cd jewel case inserts"--about 20 people on that page have the same problem.--I have a "band-aid" fix for anyone is in a hurry. When you go to print, choose the option "large playlist" (I think it is the last option). You can then print at least the songs that are on the playlist. Then, you can print a mosaic copy to get the album art work. Then you get out the scotch tape & tape them together! This is UNACCEPTABLE but it will do in a pinch. Someone on the other page suggests we all write in "itunes" feedback & complain.

In need of a report that will list all vendors for all parts in our plant.

Can anyone tell me if there is a report in SAP that we can use to list all suppliers for a given material? We are operating in SAP ECC6.0 and need a report that will list all vendors that the company has used for a given part. Is there a standard report in SAP that pulls information from purchasing info records? Woud this be a custom report? I have tried using MCE3.
Also does anybody know of any SAP consultants that can help us create custom reports

For list of vendors with PO - Me2l
If you can give the correct requirements then your Technical consultant will develop a report in the required format.

How do you post a comment on the Apple Website for one of their products?

I was wanting to post a comment about the new Aqua UI and I was hoping that it would be a lot easier to post a comment on iTunes 7.0.1 and their was no luck. If anyone can give me a link to do that, that would be great. I origionally thought that I could do that here but then I realized that this is a place for questions, not comments.

Song list will not display?

After restoring the system on my Ipad and reloading purchased applications, the song list only appeared for a short time. I can only see the "album" cover when music is playing. None of the other soft buttons on the bottom of the screen respond; e.g. Songs, Audio Books, Albums. The screen does not respond to tapping in any area and is almost completely black except for two vertical bands on the right and left side and the song that is playing at the top. Hope you can help. Thank you.

Sometimes people can't get that source window open, even when they try to move the dot/dimple to the right.
First try to drag the button to show the column as show here
If that doesn't work, then you need to delete the Preference file. That info (size of the source window) is kept in the iPhoto Preference file.
Quit iPhoto
Open your User folder, then open the Library in your user folder, then open the Preferences in the Library folder.
In the Preference folder is a file called com.apple.iPhoto.plist
For now, drag that file to the desktop. Launch iPhoto and see if the source window is there or if you can open the source window. If you can, that means that Preference file you dragged to the desktop was corrupt. Put it in the trash.
IPhoto made a new one when it was launched. Open iPhoto Preferences and set your preferences again and you are good to go.

How can songs listed with exclamation symbol be purged from my library?

I need to remove all songs listed in my library that are referenced with an exclamation point. Is there another option for removing these songs other than deleting them one at a time?

Backup, then restore the iPhone without syncing. Only the content currently in your library can be restored back to it.
Turn off all options in iTunes and on the device for automatic downloading of purchases.
In principle purchases made on the device are copied into the iTunes library when syncing. This ensures that you have the media ready to place back on it or a replacement should the device be lost, stolen, damaged, or need restoring, When you want to remove content either delete it manually from both the device & the library at the same time, or uncheck it within the library so that it is removed from the device during sync, then remove from the library later.

Nokia X6 song list?

I have recently got a Nokia X6. For the first two days I could go all songs and select any song and play it. But yesterday I haven't been able to see anything starting with the letter O-Z. And also have not been able to select some certain songs from the list (when I try the phone will freeze and the only way I can get anything to happen is to turn it off an on again. Even after which the problem persists) Please Help. Thanks In Advance ;D

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried checking the mass memory disk but no errors were detected. So I copied everything on there, formatted it then copied everything back. It fixed the song list. Except for a few songs that couldn't be copied for some random reason. Anyway I went to delete the songs I had doubled. But they are not actually doubled. They are different songs to what they say they are. Like just say song 1 is doubled. I click either one and it says are you sure you want to delete song 6. So I switched phone off and back on. Then looked at song list it is gone again after P. What I will do is Tuesday I will take it in to the store and ask them because its only a few days old and its not on a memory card it is internal memory (as far as I can figure out anyway)

NEED HELP! Can't print song list...stops halfway!?

I can print a jewel-case insert and an album listing, but for some odd reason, whenever I try to print a song list (like a cd for example) it stops printing halfway! Can anyone help? I have tried saving it as a pdf file, still stops halfway. I have also tried restarting both my computer and printer.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The problem is that when I print a jewel case insert, the song list comes out all skrunched up. I notified Apple, they are aware of problem...as of 6 weeks ago. The problem was verified and duplicated by them. Just try printing a jewel case insert with the songs of one of your playlists....you'll see what it does! It started after the last up date for me. It was ok before that. I know because I did a system restore to a date before the update and it worked. Then I tried doing the update again and the problem started up again. If only I could resort to the version before the last!

Itunes 10- Song List View is just a black screen!!

I recently updated to itunes 10, initially it was working fine. Today, my computer bugged out while shutting down and I had to hold the power button on it. When it rebooted I scanned for viruses, errors, adware, etc... I have re-downloaded itunes and selected the 'Repair' option, but it did not help. I have made sure I am up-to-date on both itunes and quicktime updates. I have not seen any similar problems such as this while searching the internet, so I am posting here. If I hit the play button it will still play the songs from whatever playlist I am currently in, and the grid view works, but when I want to view the song list (which is the way i always use my itunes) it just turns the window within itunes, the window that has the song list, completely black. This happens for all of my playlists, recently added, full music collection, any playlist that can be viewed using the song list view. Is there anyone who has also experienced this? What can I do? It took me over 10 hours to create this playlist with the large amount of music I have and I would not be happy to have to sit there an go brain dead again creating it.... please help!

Tylerdowner, as a moderator, one would think that, prior to adjusting comments/solutions, especially when not having a Mac, you would do more research (bet you know someone with a Mac, to duplicate problem), or pass responding on to a moderator who does have a Mac (I am amazed that you are even a moderator on Mac problems/situations, if you only have access to a PC). Had the solutions above worked, I would not have needed to figure out another solution (we all know the newest release of anything is the most secure). Finally I am open to any fixes (tested) that you can provide, that improve upon mine. As a moderator, maybe you have pull with the Foxtab and/or Adobe people to get them to work out compatibility, and lastly, maybe add a warning at the Foxtab add-ons page, after verifying the problem yourself, with an associate's/friend's Mac.

My songs are in my iTunes library but the song titles do not show up on the songs list.

I have an older generation iPod nano, do I need to go back to an older version of iTunes so I can see the song titles on the song list? If so, does anyone have a link to the oder verson?

Does anyone know of an audio CD burner that will consistently label the original information?
Audio CDs do NOT have info except for CD-TEXT, no matter which program you use.
The Redbook audio CD standard does not allow for anything except CD-TEXT.
iTunes will write CD-TEXT but it will not read CD-TEXT.
You can burn data CDs and all the info will be retained and can be played in iTunes.

Songs I purchased in iTunes, after syncing with my iPhone and iPad, show up in the library and playlist on the computer. They are in the songs lists on both devices but do not actually transfer to the playlist on either though the computer says they have.

I purchased four songs in iTunes, downloaded them, then did a sync with both my iPhone and iPad. All songs show up in the libraries of both devices. I then added these songs to a playlist on the computer then synced both devices again. According to iTunes on the computer, all four songs are in the playlists on both devices. However, on the actual devices, only two of the four are in the playlists. All four are still showing up in the library. I created another playlist specifically for these four songs to see what would happend, dragged them to the playlist on the computer, then did another sync. Once again, according to the computer, all the songs are in the playlists on the devices. However, only two of the four are actually in the playlists on the phone and iPad. Any ideas what's going on?

I had a very similar issue (same playlist). After several frustrating hours of various combinations I was able to sync by changing the options to "manuall sync.." and then "dragging and dropping" the needed playlist from the iTunes Playlist list to the iPhone button (on my itunes setup/view that was from the far left column list of all of my playlist in iTunes to the far upper right "iPhone" button). To sum up "checking" the playlist and syncing didnt work, "drag and droping" the playlist did... at least for now... then I unselected the "manually manage" in the options and re-synced and all playlist were synced correctly. I have a iPod nano 5th generation and there's a song I'm trying to play, but each time I click it from artist it just shows the songs name again. And when I try to click the song from the song list it just skips. How can I fix this?

Pretty much I have a song on my iPod 5th gen nano that doesn't wanna play, its just one song every other song works. I click it and it show the thing when a song is about to play but then it instantly goes back to where you click on the song. And when I click on it in the songs list it skips immediately to the next song on the list. I have tried restoring my iPod but the song still won't work I've also tried removing the song from the library and the putting it back on iTunes but still no luck. What do you guys suggest I do?

Can you play the song in iTunes?
If you can't the song file is probably corrupt and needs to be replaced.

Help! Need to convert my songs prom AIFF to MP3

I'm trying to share songs I've created with Garage band. For some reason they are way too large (40 - 60MB) to attach to an email and send. They shouldn't be that big, they are just average sized songs. Thats the size that they each came out when I exported it from garage band to itunes. A friend recomended a program Audacity to reduce their size (or bitrate?) but I haven't a clue as to how to use it to make my songs normal size. Is there some simple way to reduce their size so that I can send them to people?
(Someone already recomended the "never-fail" method but that method requires one to convert file in the "import preferences" but I have nothing called "import preferences on either itunes or garageband.)
As you can see I know very little about this stuff but I really need to send these songs out, any bit of help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou, Marc.

Here are the steps to convert it from aiff to mp3 (This is iTunes version 6):
1. In GarageBand, Export your Song to iTunes. (This will create the AIFF mixdown)
2. In iTunes, go to the iTunes Preferences.
3. Click on the Advanced button along the top of the Preferences window.
4. You should see three options: General, Importing, and Burning. Click on Importing.
5. There should be a dropdown menu that says "Import Using:" Select MP3 encoder from this list.
6. Click OK
7. Go back into your iTunes Library and highlight the AIFF file that you imported from GarageBand.
8. From the Advanced menu, select Convert Selection to MP3.
9. Now you have an MP3 file of your GarageBand song that should be able to be emailed and shared.
Let me know if everything works.
