Need to put password on AppleTV

My roomate keeps charging movies to my iTunes account on my AppleTV. I know I log out but he must keep logging in as me.
How do I put my password back on the AppleTV? (I'm not in front of the TV right now, I just got an email stating that he bought a movie for $10!)

Guys, roommate is my life partner, pretty much my husband. Our accounts and finances are separate - he pays me back or I deduct it from an expense. It's just a pain in the butt.
But whenever he does this my account is the owner of the purchase, so he can't download from the cloud to his iPad. In this instance he purchased a movie for $10. I'm now the owner of the movie. I can download from the cloud to all my devices. He can't without my login. So to put the movie on his iPad, either I have to log in to his iPad or he has to download it from our iTunes on the computer - after it's downloaded to the computer... Which is another pain in the rear I hate dealing with, 2 accounts for 1 iTunes library.

If you did not get an OS X install-restore DVD with the computer you may need
to buy one from somewhere, and you may be lucky to get a retail OS X 10.5.x
version. The original grey-label install set of software and OS X it shipped with
likely would be an older system than Leopard 10.5. Last versions of G4 Mac, &
G5, shipped with a Tiger 10.4 system; so did early Intel-based Mac. Grey discs
which accompanied other computer build models generally do not interchange.
The last OS X version a PowerPC architecture can use, if supported, is 10.5.8.
A PPC processor at 867MHz & faster should be able to run OS X 10.5 Leopard.

things including re-install, and perform disk utility functions, etc.}
There is a chance you may be able to get a white-label Replacement 10.4 DVD
or Replacement 10.5 DVD from AppleCare or the online Apple Store (800myapple)
from a Mac OS X system specialist; these have been available yet hard to get
as not all persons involved with them seem to know if they still exist until someone
is asking. These aren't retail stock, are special discs for computers who could use
a system later than original old discs; these are complete install discs not for one
specific series of Mac. Generally they'd work in supported PowerPC G4/G5; but
do not replace specialized original install DVD, such as an early Intel mac requires.
You'd need to have a serial number of the computer, and a method of payment
when seeking some replacement system media from Applecare or Apple sales
and these discs are not available in a retail store. The original Retail discs are
labeled differently and shipped in a retail box with a big X on the front. Other
sources for retail 10.4 Tiger or 10.5 Leopard may be online via amazon sellers
or computer resellers who handle repaired Macs. Avoid mystery grey label ones
that were intended to be sold and kept with their original computer kits.

I'm sorry to hear that your laptop was stolen. Changing your password was a good step.
Entering your new password on your iPhone will not affect the laptop, as mentioned in this article:

Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod. . Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.

As rex already mentioned, Apps and other content are forever tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. No transfers. No combining Apple IDs. Forever means forever.
In practice, this means any apps you currently have - free or paid - will need to be either repurchased using your new Apple ID or downloaded again if free. Until you refresh all of your apps, your iPad will ask for credentials to the old Apple ID any time one of the apps is updated.

You can only import photos from the camera roll into the computer. Is that the album that you are seeing?
Any albums that you create on the device itself (the iPad that is) cannot be transferred to your computer. iPad created albums do not contain copies of your photos but merely pointers to those photos so they do not actually exist in those albums.

Back it up and restore it using iTunes on the last computer it was synced with, as explained at the bottom of this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. This will remove the passcode; at the end of the restore process you will be given the option to restore to the backup you made at the beginning.

I have created one website with Adob dreamweaver and in some pages I have the title of our published papers and a link to the papers for downloading.
But I don't want to let every body to see them, so I would like to put one password form that ask for password in order to let users to see the papers.

If you have to to take account to "normal" security requirements, so the easiest way in my opinion is to ask your provider (so as Murray said) for this possibility. In the side from above I used the provider's (ISP) service. In this case you don't need to struggle by writing the ".htaccess" and ".htpasswd" file of yourself. The advantage is, that the two files are created simultaneously and systemconform from there. (see screenshot > Passwortschutz = Password protection)
You will find this offer, I am sure, at your provider's website.

You can try removing the card in your account information, but if that credit card expired before you removed it, you might be stuck now,
Settings>Store (or iTunes & App Stores in iOS 6)>Apple ID. Tap your ID. Then tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Tap the arrow next to Payment Information and select None if it is available in your settings. See if that will work for you.
If iTunes doesn't accept that or if you didn't have None in the options, you are stuck until you enter e new card.

Easier to assist you if you tell us which OS X is installed ...
Open System Preferences > Users & Groups
Click Login Optioins.
Select the account you want to login automatically from the pop up menu on the right.
You may need to click the padlock icon to make changes. You may be prompted for your admin password.
If you don't see Users & Groups click Accounts > Login Options

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, see what happens.
If the behavior ceases, then think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
But if the behavior continues in Safe Mode, then you may need to consider more drastic actions -- WIPE, OS Reload, BBSAK Wipe/Reload, and the "Bare Bones" OS Reload Process. To prepare, you should be sure that you have a full backup to your PC...please review the Backup link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions.
