Thanks for the reply, but I was unable to get the file. I tried several different variations of substituting X (or 10) in the address, but it different work. Also, that looked like a link to the Windows download (*.exe vice *.dmg).
If you or anyone else had ideas, they will be much appreciated. I just need the file as I still have my serial number.

After you install just covert it to be licensed as part of Creative Cloud using the "License This Software" option shown here.

My old computer crashed and I am trying to download Adobe X Pro on my computer. I have tried to download and the only download I can find is the Adobe XI Pro. Any help would be appreciated. I have the product key but it's not deactivated on my old computer.

If you run into trouble downloading, please log in to your computer as an administrator, and make sure that you've disabled any antivirus software.

I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked on the link it actually sent me to a page that had the icon to download now. I clicked on that, but when I went to open the file and start downloading after about 3 minutes into downloading it says an error had occurred. Can anyone help me?
I am a little worried. If you are an existing subscriber why would Adobe need you to download... I wonder if the message is a fake.
I'm not clear, if you've had it for a year, whether you need to download, or you are just following the email?

Okay so I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Pro. I've gone to creative cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)" and I have no idea what to do afterwards... There's no way to open or run the file. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if it's the right download... Help!

Sounds like you've downloaded the OS X version of the game, which won't run on iOS devices. Can I buy and download adobe premiere pro at home and then use that DMG to install it in my office?
Have just purchased a beast of a Mac Pro. Will be using this for editing a feature film. Problem is I need to buy and download Adobe Premiere Pro. My internet speed in the office is abysmal and it would take forever to download. Thats why I was thinking of downloading the software at home, and then using that DMG file to install on the Mac Pro in office. Is this possible? Will appreciate any help at all.

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 for Windows 7. I need to re-install it because my computer crashed. I saved the outer box, but I do not see a serial number and it is asking for it when I am trying to install the CD software. I went online, but the only serial number I see is when I registered the Photoshop Elements 2.0.
The serial number will be on the disc case, not the outer box. Find your serial number quickly

IMHO Windows would be the place to start.
Why do you want to load CS5 for Windows?
Adobe does produce a version of CS5 that runs on OS X so that it would not be necessary for you to have to screw around with Windows. Personally that would be the way to go and avoid the hassles of Windows.

That's between you and your internet service provider. By the way, you posted to the 10.3 forum. 10.3 can't run on your MacBook Pro. Don't forget the following facts:
b= bit
B = Byte
8 bits in a byte
A typical DSL connection has 1 Mbps speed or 128 kBps speed.
At that speed
1 minute gives you 7.5 MB
10 minutes gives you 75 MB
100 minutes gives you 750 MB
A typical cable connection can be 5 times faster although some are 30 times faster.
A typical fiber connection is 15 times faster and some are 50 times faster.
Ask what your speed is rated at.
