Hi, I would like to deactivate CS6 from my old laptop and reactivate it on my new one. In order to re-activate it, what is the process? Do I need to download the product like the first time? Is there something to be careful of? Thank you!

In order to reactivate this product on a new machine, you can simply download & Install the product on the new machine using the following link and enter the serial number when prompted. Make sure to deactivate the product from your old machine by launching any one of the products, go to Help>Deactivate/signout.

I'm having a billing issue with my apple id. I got my first iPhone today and I've signe din etc however before i can download any apps etc i need to resolve an old payment apparently. The problem is i cant enter my new card details because the issue is registered to when i was in America and i require to pay the funds from an American source. Any ideas how i can resolve this? It wont accept my new card detail as im back in the UK. I think i have posted this in the wrong area but anyone got any ideas?

You can email Apple for help but the link is for the iTunes store not the Mac App Store. You've inadvertently poasted in the Using Mac App Store forum but that's ok. Billing issues are the same for the iTunes Store.

Switched computer with Win OS to iMac computer with OS X.
Downloaded CS4 on iMac.
But old product key entered is not recognised.
How to solve problem?There is nothing to resolve. Serial numbers are platform specific, but platform swaps only apply to current versions, meaning CS&. Your CS4 is not eligible for an upgrade, so your only option is to buy a new CS6 license or sign up for Creative Cloud.

I need to re-download CS6 but can't see a download link with the product.
I lost my installation of CS6 due to an OS upgrade, and need to re-download and re-install it. When I go to by Adobe account the purchase is listed, but I can't see a link anywhere to re-download the package. The purchase was only about a year ago (i.e. within the 3-year re-download window). What might I be doing wrong?

I am trying to install CS4 web premium on a new computer and have the serial number/date of purchase for this product, but at the start of installation it wants an old product previously installed and what that serial number is. There's a chance it's on some old computer in a box, but I haven't seen / used a product besides CS4 in years (purchased in 2011) and don't know how I can put it on this new computer & get back to using it without knowing this mystery serial number? Thanks for your help & suggestions
It appears you purchased an upgrade version of CS4 and if so you are required to prove that you qualify for using it. This means you need to identify the old version and its serial number - no way around that. You will need to find that mystery version information. If you check your Adobe account online you might find it.

I had the files backed up, but the transfer for CS4 production premium didn't work. I have the serial number, but adobe won't send me disks or a link to download from. Does anyone have any recconmendations/

Hello Support have emailed a request before but it goes via Forums which do not help.I have come overseas for a few months and must still work, and need to have access to download software I have previously bought as own as I have a new computer. I have 2 versions of Master Suite and just need to be able to download one. Particularly Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat. The Lightroom version 4 is on this computer.I have been trying for months just to upgrade to Lightroom 5 too, but there is no option for this, other than having a whole package? Your site no longer allows one to download old software when a new computer arrives. Need to re-download Flash CS5.5 Pro
I have a Flash CS5.5 Pro License and a new computer at work - the old computer has been wiped - I therefore I need to re-download and reinstall Flash 5.5 on my new Win 7 pc. I am an occasional Flash user only these days and am not going to cough for an upgrade, and definitely not interested in the Cloud service. I have called a number of Adobe help lines already, and was eventually referred here, being assured that my problem would be resolved, so please can someone solve this one for me here.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

If you never deactivated the installation on the old machine you should contact Adobe support thru chat and ask them to reset your acrivations. That way you will still be able to install and activate on two machines if you ever need a backup.
