Need to re-download PHP Event Calendar with MySQL Database

How do I re-download PHP Event Calendar with MySQL Database purchased earlier.  I need link without having to repurchase.

This has nothing to do with Adobe or Dreamweaver.  Contact the company from whom you purchased your extension or widget.

    I need to share one of my calendars with a co-worker.  There is no publish option.

    Only 'On My Mac' calendars can be published to a web page, but calendars listed under your MobileMe login name for syncing can be shared privately (editable if required) with other MobileMe subscribers, or publicly (non-editable) for general access using a CalDAV client such as iCal or Google Calendar.

  • PHP Event Calendar

    I have been looking high and low on tutorials on how to make
    a php event calendar. The closest I've gotten was a calendar event
    that is connected to MySQL and it shows all the days that an event
    is on. The MySQL table has a event_date, event_title and
    event_desc. That tutorial was from phpfreaks.com.
    I am looking for something a little more then just showing a
    calendar that highlights the day of the event. I am looking for a
    php event calendar that shows the calendar and it's event title
    showing up in the calendar according to its date.
    I had gone through a similar tutorial in ColdFusion. However,
    for PHP it seems impossible to find something that is free. Do you
    know of any tutorials that guides you a step by step using php in
    event calendar where the event title falls on the calendar date.
    Thank you,
    AdonaiEchad

    This is your opportunity to write the tutorial on building
    the calendar,
    once you get it figured out! That's how these get on the
    Adobe site in the
    first place.... 8)

  • Creating an event calendar with Muse

    I have a client that wants an events calendar.
    We want to use MUSE to build this calendar and have it updateable by the project manager on the client side.
    I followed some links to a Business Catalyst forum article that talks about this issue. I read it thoroughly, and logged into Business Catalyst as suggested in that post (see link here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5077545#5077545#5077545)
    Once inside of Business Catalyst I got overwhelmed, and generally confused. I don't know which product does what, I don't know what I need and I don't know how any of it works.
    For example, let's hypothetically imagine that I bought the "webMarketing" package at $18.88 USD / month. Will that allow me to place calendar modules onto pages inside of MUSE?
    Ideally any upgrade via business catalyst will allow me to create blogs and calendars. I need to keep costs down and be able to give access to the client's marketing team to manage the calendar once we've finished with it.
    Eventually the client will want to build a community forum - not sure if there is a business catalyst tool that will help us do that, but if so it's something we would like to be made aware of for the future.
    Anyway, again: I am having a hard time figuring out what to do to get event calendar creation via MUSE.

    You can add events module to muse pages if you are hosting the site on BC , else you can use any third party event scheduler.

  • Strange problem with MySQL database

    Hello,
    I'm totally puzzled by a strange error occurring with PHP/MySQL on my website... I hope someone has got an idea of what's going on and can let me know.
    In short, I have a MySQL database set up on the remote server where the website is hosted. Some pages of my website access this database with PHP.
    If the website is viewed with a browser in Windows (Firefox), it works well, the database data appear on the pages.
    If the website is viewed with a browser on Mac OS (Firefox, Safari), it doesn't work: the database isn't accessed, I get no error, just everything on the page below my PHP code is missing.
    I've attached two screenshots to show this. The website URL is: http://www.cerc.co.uk/CERC/v02/
    The pages were this occurs are: the home page (index.php and alternative index2.php), the Abous us/News page and the About us/News/Archives page.
    I really don't get where my mistake is. I would like to keep the remote server connexion details outside the root folder, but I guess that if there is no solution to this problem, then I'll have to move it back (I think it might have worked like that).
    Thanks in advance for any comment,
    Emilie
    More details
    I'm using DW CS4 on Windows XP emulated via VMware on Mac OS 10.5 (don't ask why, I wasn't given any choice). I've set up a localhost server on XP via XAMP and the news database is also there.
    Because I'm currently flipping often between the testing server and the remote server, I quickly got fed up to change all the time the connexion mode to the database (localhost or remote server) and have to resynchronise the files each time. Hence I decided to automate a bit the way the database is connected to.
    1. These 4 HTML pages with PHP code have got the below two lines when the PHP code starts:
    $pathpfx = "../.."; // see mysqlconnexion.php
    include('assets_design/php/mysqlconnexion.php');
    2. mysqlconnexion.php (see code below) calls a "connexion" file (in PHP) depending on the value of one parameter ($conxchoice). If $conxchoice = 1, the "connexion" file on the localhost is called. If $conxchoice = 2, the "connexion" file on the remote server is called. I've stored the appropriate version of mysqlconnexion.php on the localhost and the remote server (and I have checked it a million of times, they're in the right place).
    <?php
    // This code is called by and therefore included in the code of some PHP pages,
    // independently of where the pages are located within the website folder.
    // - Connexion to local server: I couldn't get the function include_once to work
    //   with a relative path, hence the use of an absolute path.
    // - Connexion to host server: I couldn't get the function include_once to work
    //   with an absolute path, hence the use of a relative path. This leads to the
    //   following problem: the path of conxsrv.php needs to be adapted to the
    //   position of the calling PHP page within the website, in order for
    //   conxsrv.php to be found on the server (it is located outside the website
    //   root folder). The variable $pathpfx is used for this purpose.
    $conxchoice = 2; // connect to 1 = testing server, 2 = host server
    // Connexion to database
    if ( $conxchoice == 1 )
    { include_once('C:\xampp\htdocs\CERC\assets_testing_server_only\conxloc.php'); }
    if ( $conxchoice == 2 )
    { include_once("$pathpfx/cgi-bin/sqlconx/conxsrv.php"); }
    ?>
    I would guess that a first hint of solution lies in the comment block, but I've really tried everything I could think of to work with relative path/absolute path respectively, unsuccessfully.
    3. The "connexion" file looks like:
    <?php
    # FileName="Connection_php_mysql.htm"
    # Type="MYSQL"
    # HTTP="true"
    $hostname_conx = "aaa";
    $database_conx = "bbb";
    $username_conx = "ccc";
    $password_conx = "ddd";
    $conx = mysql_pconnect($hostname_conx, $username_conx, $password_conx) or trigger_error(mysql_error(),E_USER_ERROR);
    ?>
    With aaa, bbb, ccc and ddd the appropriate value depending on the file. The # lines were introduced by DW when these files were created (I've then changed the variable names and moved the files to another place).
    Screenshots

    Well, my question has actually not been answered yet but the problem, as strangely as it appeared, has now disappeared. Best but scariest of all, I didn't do anything. Weird.
    Hope it never comes back,
    Emilie

  • Can I use Oracle APEX with MySQL Database

    Hi All,
    We are looking to create a performance dashboard using Oracle APEX for our client, but the application database is MySQL. Is it possible to create reports in APEX using data from MySQL database? If yes, are there any specific steps to be followed or any additional setups needed?
    Any inputs would be really helpful.
    Appreciate all the help
    Thanks,
    Sameer

    Hi Sameer,
    it's not possible to use apex on mysql, as stated above me by several persons.
    If you havent got any oracle database in your organization, apex would be an expensive choise unless you use the free Oracle XE (express edition), which has APEX embedded.
    There are some limitations to XE but with a bit of smart thinking it wouldnt be much of a problem.
    [check the XE information here|http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25329_01/doc/install.102/b25143/toc.htm#BABIECJA]
    In short:
    - XE will use 1 CPU even if you have two or more in your system
    - There is a 4 GB data limit
    - RAM memory usage is limited to 1 GB
    - 1 installation per computer
    You can use XE as a reporting database. This will relieve your mysql database from heavy reporting processes, too.
    The XE can be used as a mini data warehouse. So you have to transfer and transform the relevant data from mysql to your XE instance.
    After that you can start building report screens etc in the embedded Apex .
    hope this helps you
    Robin

  • How make installer java with mySQL database

    How do I create a java installer for windows, because I have a project that uses mySQL database.
    Anyone please help me....

    If you have eg. a desktop application which needs a database, but don't have/ need a database server, which is accessed by several instances of the application (which seems to be the case, otherwise you wouldn't want to install it along with the application), consider an embedded database such as Apache Derby/ Java DB.
    Then all you need is to ship some jars and make sure they are on the classpath.
    If you're using JPA and generate the DB schema, then switching DB vendors should be quite easy. Just reconfigure your persistence.xml.

    I am certain that I am entering the info correctly and have

    With the hosting provider that I use for personal websites I

    Not if you want to use Dreamweaver server behaviors, no. The
    usual
    meaning of "an unidentified error has occurred" is failure to
    connect
    because communication is blocked by a firewall.

    I'm using this example found here:

    take a look at the picture:

    Is there someway of clearing or unloading this data before
    the next frame loads?

    Your classpath can be edited from Control Panel > System > Environment Variables in Windows NT, 2k, XP. You need to include the path and filename of the jar file, ie.
    D:\lib\mm.mysql-2.0.14\mm.mysql-2.0.14-bin.jar
    Or you can define the classpath at compile time, using
    javac -cp [classpath] [filename]
