Need to re-enter serial number again on some Macs after installation and usage of CS6 Mac ENG
Hello,
a while ago we bought a site license for Adobe CS6 Mac ENG and we installed it without and problem. After a while one Mac came up that the license was expired and the program will go to trial mode. After we keyed in the serial number again, we could continue. This occured on several Macs already.
Also, op PC, we have a similar problem. After installation, I could work properly and after a period the program will not start up again. I don't get any error message at all. What can be the reason for this? How can we solve it?

i purchased logic studio (as upgrade 9.17) earlier this year. if i want to start compressor or soundtrack pro (also in the package), i am asked to enter the serial number (of the upgrade) plus the usb-dongle for logic 7. Then the application works fine. But the next time i'd like to start it again, i am asked again for serial number and dongle. And then again again and again...What's wrong? Whatt can i do? Highlight the serial number, copy it and paste it, instead of manually entering it.

Hi, recently my mac was fixed and the hard drive wiped, so i need my serial number again as i didnt write it down and cant find the email with it in, how the devil do i get it?
If you purchased on line with Adobe you would have had to create an account and after you installed and entered you serial number you would have been prompted to register your product. If you did register then the info will be stored there, log on to the account and you should be able to retrieve the info.

After more than a year I am being asked to enter my serial number again and when i enter it it no longer works

Can't enter serial number to check if battery is faulty
HI,
I need some help with my iPod nano 1st gen. I'm trying to see if it has a faulty battery. I don't think it has, but I'd like to sell it. I found the replacement program on the apple website, and entered the serial number to check it.
The next page didn't display, so I refreshed the page and was taken back to where you enter the serial number again. I did it again, but this time it said that this particular iPod has already been checked, and didnt give me any information regarding the battery.
The iPod was new when bought, so I must have messed it up when I refreshed the page. Can anywho who knows about tech things help me out?! I've tried contacting apple support but I can't find an address to email them on, or a live support chat.

There is no "deactivate" function and the technical support person I chatted with recommended I come here. Can I just use the serial number again? How can I deactive? Has anyone else run into this? How can I get Dreamweaver 8, which is no longer being activated by Adobe, on a new computer? Is it even worth doing or do I need to get a new version. What are the killer features I'm missing?

I bought acrobat adobe professtional version II in 2012. Now I re-download this software to my new computer. All info was downloaded. But when I opened the file, I need to verify the serial number. I entered. But it showed up that the serial number is valid, but the qualifying product could not be found. I could not be able to find Ver 11 from the list. What can I do?
The qualifying product is the older version that you owned before you purchased the upgrade to version. It is what qualifies you to use the less expensive upgrade version. So you need to select the older version and provide its serial number to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

"qualifying product" error when downloading/installing cs6 and trying to enter serial number
When i download PS CS6 and try to enter my serial number i get: "Serial Number you provided is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer". Just plain CS6 isn't available in the drop down. CS6 extended is available but i don't want that nor do i have a serial number for that. What is the appropriate action?
this is quite confusing in the installer. I got stuck and it took me quite a while to figure it out.

If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again. -
does anyone know what to do next so I can continue to use the trial versions of cs4. It appears as I have been kicked out for good because I entered the serial number wrong. Spoke to a rep and they said this was not available to purchase online, as it is an older version, but I need the old version to use the halftone option they have on cs4. sure would appreciate some advice, thanks to anyone who might have the answer.
If the trial version is indicating it is no longer available and you need to enter the serial number to activate it then that is the end of the trial version for that machine. If you have another machine then that will be one way of getting the trial version running for another trial period.

Need CS5 Student Edition Serial Number
I bought the PS CS5 Student/Teacher edition in 2011. I loaded it to my macbook at the time. I just purchased a new macbook yesterday and am trying to install it on the new computer. I have downloaded it and now need to enter the serial number. I do not have this. After a very long chat with Adobe they can not find this product under any email I have ever had. They say that since they can't find the email ID they can't give me the serial number. I have the original box with product code and I have the program on the old computer still. Is there ANY way I can get the serial number so I can install on my new computer? Or anyway to figure out which email address was used? is this info stored somewhere in CS5 files?
Thank you so much for your help!!You probably only have one license, before you can enter the serial number on your new mac, first you have to deactivate Photoshop on your old mac (For help on that go to Activation & Deactivation Help). Also to determine what email your AdobeID was registered under would be to go to the create an account page, and enter all of your prior email addresses, when it says 'email already taken', you know that is your email. You can also change your password if you don't know that either by asking to send a verification code to your email address.

How to enter serial number for sale order line which is in shipped status
Hi All,
We have 2 different items which are defined as Serialized at Sale order issue at item definition.
In one sale order,User has forgot to add serial number to one of the item at Ship confirm stage.
He has entered serial number correctly to other item.
Now the both Sale order lines are in Shipped status if we view them through Shipping>transactions.
I am technical guy and new to OM.Could you please let me know the process to enter the serial number for the item to which user has missed it

Since the item is already shipped, you cannot enter serial number for this line.
you have to enter serial numbers after pick confirm only.

Just started up my Mac Mini out of the box, using a USB windows keyboard, it will not recognize letters so I am unable to enter serial number. Anything I can do to get the mini mac right out of the box to recognize the windows keyboard? Do I have to buy an Apple Keyboard to get it to work right out of the box?
Is this a normal USB keyboard or is there anything specialized about it? Does this keyboard require you to install any special software to use it on a Windows box? Or is it usually a plug & play keyboard?
Normally if a Mac does not recognize a keyboard it asks you to press certain keys to identify the keyboard. What is happening on screen with this keyboard? What serial number are you referring to?
