Need to re-install Photoshop Elements. Where can I download it? [was: Download question]
I bought a new Mac Pro which doesn't have a disk drive. How can I download photoshop elements onto my computer? I have already purchased the program on a disk and have it on my dell laptop.

Trying to install Photoshop elements 10 on an Imac which was downloaded and getting this error:
This is an included package with a new Wacom tablet. I have downloaded the file several times and get the same message.
This is on an Imac, running OS 10.7.4.
Any idea of what could cause this? Oh I also tried dragging the folder to my applications and still get the same message.

JohnYes it extracts properly and opens the install window whiich contains the "install" ikon. As soon as I click the ikon I get the error above.
I have downloaded it several times just in case I may have not gotten a complete download but they all do the same thing.
I did try this, since it kept referring to the disk image. I dragged the install ikon from the disk image, onto the desktop. Then I get a similar mesage that says "Install" can't be opened, you should move it to the trash.
I noticed the "?" so I clicked it and this is what it says:
The app’s authorization has been revoked
Although this app was signed by an identified developer, the certificate for this app has been revoked. There may be a problem with it. The app cannot be opened.
You should check on the Mac App Store to see if there is an updated version of this app, or check with the software developer.

you probably should have two files, an exe and a 7z file in the same directory. if so, click (or double click) the exe.

I'm having this problem since 1 month ago,
I bought Photoshop elements 10 but when i try to install it to my MACBook Pro (Version 10.7.4), I can't install it
I insert the dvd and everything runs perfectly, it ask for my Adobe ID and then for my serial number, but when the program is downloading it suddenly ejects the dvd and stop the installation, then it appears me Exit Code 7
I've tried so many times to install it, except it never works out.
Yesterday i've tried to download it from Adobe.com but the Adobe photoshop Elements 10 is not available to downloading it online anymore, cause version 11 is already out. Still, i download Photoshop Elements 11 as a trial for then trying to insert my serial number from Photoshop Elements 10, but as i though it doesn't work
Please help me, i want to start using my productSee if this helps.

It says CS5, but that's what PSE 10 is based on, so it should work for PSE, too. You can never upgrade to a different version of PSE just by entering the serial number from an older version. Whole number upgrades (i.e., 5 to 7, 10 to 11) are paid upgrades only. -

you can migrate your catalog (Use Backup, Restore to move catalog | Organizer | Elements 6 or later), but do not move pse; properly install it using the installation files.

I need to re-install Photoshop CC but cannot figure out how to download it again
I had an issue with my Mac and now when I open PS CC it tells me programs are missing a too re-install it. I go to the download centre and hit download but nothing happens.

I had to have my hard drive restored and need to re-install Photoshop Elements. How do I go about this? I do not have a disk as it was just downloaded, but I do have a serial number and can find the original order in my order history.....do I just download it through this section?

I have tried deleting all previous Photoshop file and also trashing the Adobe file in Library/Application Support, both as suggest elsewhere but with no joy. Can anyone help?Nothing here works. During the course of this I have had to reinstall the OS and this did not help either! I am thinking about asking for my money back and finding another way of editing my RAW files!.

it shouldn't be a Problem to install PSE 11 on your new PC. I would use a try version from Adobe's download site and change it into a "real" version by inserting your serial number and activate it. On the other hand, your license entitles you to 2 Computers anyway.
If you can still work with your old computer you should/could deactivate/activate.

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements on my new Windows 8 computer (I recently upgraded my windows 7 computer where Photoshop was working fine on before). It says the serial number is invalid. Do older versionsnot work on Windows8, or do I need to uninstall it from my old computer first?
You are allowed to have two activated installations. If you happened to have one on this Windows 8 machine before, it is possible that the activation used for it was never deactivated (did you deactivate it before you upgraded Windows?). Talk to Adobe support thru chat. They might be able to resolve this with you:

I have a new MacBook Air with Yosemite (no CD/DVD capacity). I want to install Photoshop Elements 6. Can I do this with the serial number? If pse 6 is not compatible, can I upgrade to pse 7. I do not need pse 12 or 13
I cannot answer regarding compatibility, but there is no download available for PSE6 if you would need one for this. You might be able to copy the installation files from a disk to some other removable media that the machine accepts. Upgrading to PSE7 would not be possible mainly because Adobe does not sell older versions of their software.
