Need to recover the serial number of a stolen iPad.
My iPad (I think it was a 4) 32 gig with WiFi only was stolen and I need to recover the serial number of it for the police report. How can I do that without having access to the iPad?

If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

So, you are indicating that when you go to My Support Profile you are not able to see it under the My Products section: Apple - Support - My Support Profile
If not, then have you backed it up to iTunes? If you have, then open iTunes on your computer, click on Preferences under iTunes, click on the Devices tab, and then using your mouse, hover over one of the backups for the device. It will display a little box with the Serial Number info in it

I was running Lightroom 3.6 with the OS Windows XP (Sp3). The whole system crashed, I am unable to recover the serial number. I then upgraded my OS to Windows 7 (x64) and down loaded Lightroom 4.4, I wanted to buy a licence so I then upgraded to Lightroom 5, now when I try to register I am asked for the original licence/serial number. Where do I go from here??????
If you upgraded from 3.6 to 5 (you didn't indicate buying 4.4) then you will need the serial number from 3.6 in order to be able to use 5. If you did not keep a record of it there is a chance it might be available thru your Adobe account online, but if not, there is likely not much you can do except to return the upgrade and purchase a full version. Try contacting support using chat and explain your situation to see if they can help.

If you did purchase 4.4 then that should be sufficient to use to activate 5.

The qualifying product is the older version that you owned before you purchased the upgrade to version. It is what qualifies you to use the less expensive upgrade version. So you need to select the older version and provide its serial number to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

Here the situation.
Since March 6, I had trouble with sending and receiving messages and access to facebook on the iphone using t-mobile services. It has 2 bars and lte.. I later learned that T-Mobile is having some outrages... Then couple of days later (Sunday) There was a total data outrage, I cannot access any form of communication that lead to frustration. I shoved my iphone in the pocket and then not touched it since... so later that day my boyfriend found my iphone in the wash.. of course I blew a fuse. So I let it dry in a bowl of rice. Two days later it works again. Discovered that WIFI cannot turned out which is grayed out. I couldn't connect to it. Then there is a release of an update of 7.1. So I have my iphone hooked up to my PC.... failed... error code 4005. I tried my Mac and it shows something else.. It looks like this
