Need to remove some email addresses that autofill when creating a ticket

Users leave, their accounts are deleted, but they still appear when creating Spiceworks heldesk tickets. Does anyone know please how I can selectively delete them, or if not empty the cache of all users?

Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings.

It sounds like you are trying to change the Apple ID logged into the iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone. Use these steps:
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.

The only way to remove those email addresses is to do a factory restore of the phone which wipes all data. In my opinion, easier to live with the address.

All of this should be on your computer as you should be syncing regularly to your computer.. Just sync it back.

the only way to remove that is to delete the apps and reinstall them under your current apple id. those apps were purchased under that hotmail app id account so they will always update under it

I have a similar problem. My son purchased an iPad for my wife and me for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. He added a number of apps plus family photos and videos and other data, downloading the data from his Mac computer. I have a PC and while I have downloaded iTunes and successfully moved my Contacts to the iPad, I cannot update the iPad's operating system without losing all the files (photos, etc) that he loaded. A few years ago, I accidentally typed an email address with a "." in it, and ever since, I keep sending emails to the wrong address.
I've removed it off of my Hotmail account etc, but the iPhone keeps remembering it as autofill, and it shows up before the real email address.
Because I did this shortly after I bought the phone, I cant restore back to that date, and I'm absolutely not willing to restore the phone.
There has to be a setting, or file somewhere on the phone that can be deleted?
(perhaps access it through my Mac/Windows?)

The email that shows when updating Apps is the Apple ID under which the App was purchased. Apps cannot be transferred between Apple IDs. The only way to change this is to delete the App and repurchase it under your correct Apple ID.

you choose which email accounts are sync'd to the phone from the "Info" tab in iTunes when you're phone is connected.
To delete accounts, go to Settings->Mail then select the account you want to delete and choose the "Delete account" in red on the bottom.

Trying to remove an email address that only shows when I start typing my own name in to box

I just discovered this. I was forwarding an email from one account to another. As I was typing my own name an automatic option was Laura@Kr***.*** with my name in ( ) after it. Laura@etc. is not in my contacts and I want to remove it from everything because I think it might be the source of emails that others get getting as spam from me. I've googled but without success. How do I remove this address? Where is it stored.

Any unwanted names can be removed easily. When it appears click the down arrow and select Remove from previous recipient list.

I want to remove some email addresses from the list of suggested email addresses which appear in iPhone's Mail app.
All of the ways I've found so far to remove suggested email addresses involve clicking on a blue arrow or i next to the suggested name. However, the suggestion(s) I want to remove have nothing on which to click. How can suggested addresses be removed without something to click?

Here's the solution (it's what you suggested):
If the old email address is in the contacts no blue circle i appears. The blue circle indicates it is in recent but not in contacts.
You need two step procedure:
1. remove email from contacts (try doing a Search for it if necessary);
2. and then remove from recent by starting a new email, starting to enter email address (which brings up the Recent suggestions), then click on the blue circle i (which should now be there because you removed email address from Contacts), select Remove from Recent).

I have an Apple ID that is used mostly for iTunes. My son has an iPod Touch and wanted to create an iCloud email address to use on his iPod. We created an iCloud email address through my Apple ID, not realizing that now, every time he sends an email, it arrives "from" my name, not his, as the address is attached to my Apple ID and therefore through my account information. We would like to delete his iCloud email address completely so he can open his own personal Apple ID and recreate his iCloud email address through his own new Apple account. We deleted the account from his iPod and also deleted it as a second email address on my AppleID account information. Yet, despite all this, the email address seems to remain attached to my account. Apple Support website and iCloud support did not give us any ideas. Help!

since I posted this question (above), I have read many other questions posted and it seems I am not alone. Seems Apple will not allow people to delete an iCloud email address completely from existence! You can delete it from devices but not from the Apple ID account. What a disappointment, really. In my opinion, the "user-friendly" Apple is really frustrating people who simply want to be able to manage their email addresses for various, valid reasons. Email addresses that have been created should be allowed to be deleted by the creator! Other email services allow this!
One idea I have that may help others in my situation: Rather than delete my son's iCloud email address from my Apple ID account, so that his emails come from HIS name not MINE, I might try to just change the name on my AppleID account from mine to his. He can create a new password too. Then, in the future, if I want to recreate my own Apple ID, I will.
