Hi All,
I need to set the customized monitors from CCMS so that an alert in form of a mail will be triggered. Can some one route me to the online material which will guide me for that.
Note: SCOT is already configured, so I just need to configure the ccms .

Need Help: Generate Customer Data from Prod Database

My company have an Oracle Financial System, with and old version Oracle Application 11.0.3 and Oracle Database 8.0.5. The database name PROD. This system has been use for more than 7 years and in between there were many stuff resigned without handover and therefore many records and supporting steps cannot be trace back. However the system is still keep running and updated daily.
Recently we have a user request to generate out a list of customer company name, and their related products purchase from the database, this is because they does not have any methods to print out the list from application. Unfortunately, we do not know which tables or index is actualy storing the name of the customer and products. We have the list of below users accounts that able to log in to the database.

All the reference documents is no longer exist. I am able to use SQL Plus to generate the list of tables with the command : select table_name from user_tables. Each user accounts will return different kind of table names. But still I cant locate which table that actually storing the name of the customers and products.

Need to set Custom Toolbar in Reader 9 when viewed in IE7

I'm deploying Reader 9.4 to XP SP3 workstations. Using the Customization Wizard I was able to drag down registry keys that turned on the Select Tool and the Hand tool however these do not show up when viewing PDF's in IE7. So on my test machine I open a PDF in IE7, right-click the PDF bar at the top of the PDF (not the IE toolbar) and can select the tools I want to add. The Select tool and the Hand tool. Fine. Now that workstation has those tools forever. Now for the rest of my 5000 deployments, I need to know where I can customize my deployment to do that? I can't seem to find a registry entry that the Wizard lets me drag down. I even dragged the entire HKey_Current_User\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\9.0 registry structure. Still no joy.
Anyone know how I can turn on these two tools as a deployment customization for viewing PDF's in IE7?

This is not a scripting question. The solution needs to be in the custom
application you're using to create the PDF files.
The "Keywords" field is just a part of the document metadata, which any PDF
library should be able to edit.

Need help with custom event from Main class to an unrelated class.

Hey guys,
I'm new to Flash and not great with OOP. I've made it pretty far with google and lurking, but I've been pulling my hair out on this problem for a day and everything I try throws an error or simply doesn't hit the listener.
I'm trying to get my Main class to send a custom event to an unrelated class called BigIcon. The rest of the code works fine, it's just the addEventListener and dispatchEvent that isn't working.
I've put in the relevant code in below. Let me know if anything else is needed to troubleshoot. Thank you!

Alright, this compiles, gives me no errors, shows my 'book' and 'flowers' icons perfectly when ran, and prints 'addEventListener' to the output window as expected. I get no errors when I press the button, 'dispatchEvent' is output (good), but the 'twitchUp' function is never called and 'EventTriggered' is never output.
How do I get the 'twitchUp' event to trigger?

Can not set custom Worklist branding logo

I am using Oracle SOA Suite 11.1.1.7 and I need to set custom logo in Worklist application. I have created a shared library as described in Deploying Images and JAR files as Part of a Shared Library JAR file - 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.7). I have deployed it as a shared library to a Weblogic server and restarted Worklist application as said in http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28280_01/dev.1111/e10224/bp_worklist.htm#SOASE85326 :
To specify the branding logo:
Do one of the following:
Refer to an external image-hosting web site. To do this task: In the Branding Logo field, enter the URL of the image.
Upload an image to a particular location on the server and, in the Branding Logo field, enter its relative path, for example, /afr/my_logo.png.
Refer to an image from the shared library. To do this task: In the Branding Logo field, enter the path of the logo name as found in the shared library, for example, /my_logo.pngv.
I have tried different paths (/faces/images/logo.png, /images/logo.png, logo.png), but my logo does not appear. Am I doing something wrong?

I have forgotten to add a line in my MAINFEST.MF:
Extension-Name: custom.client.applib
Also, I have named my deployment and my JAR file the same way: custom.client.applib. All works now.

Getting Customer data from Different R3 system to CRM

I need to get Customer data from different R3 systems to CRM. But the problem is, the customer datas in these R3 systems have the same BP number, and the SD datas were defined same in these R3 systems. Thus, when ı try to fetch these SD datas to CRM, it overwrites the existing datas.
I have read different scenarios to solve this;
1. About Using Mapping.
2. About Working on different Clients.
Do you have any solution or suggestion? Need your Help...

For instance: the customer types are churches, schools, organizations. The program type would be dependent on the customer type selection from the first list. Some examples would be: fund raising, gift planning, surveys, and others. The purpose of the trip would be dependent on the program type selected from the second list. Some examples of trip purposes would be: presentation, design, prospecting. Further, the purpose of trip selection from the third drop-down box would then have to determine the values of other fields by expense type: such as commission, airfare, hotel. etc. I've tried pop-up menu but can't figure out how to "select" from the final popup list and have it populate a field for the purpose of the trip. I've tried to look at the JavaScript examples for dependent drop-down boxes, but can't find any that quite fit what I'm trying to accomplish. I am very new to all of this. No training in writing Javascripts - just trying to wing it. The form has to be very simple for our consultants to use, but also give our office the detail we need to process through the correct account numbers. I would appreciate any detailed step-by-step instructions - kind of a javascript for dummies type of info. HELP!

An AcroForm is the name given to the type of PDF form that you create in Acrobat. An XFA form is the type of form that you create in LiveCycle Designer. Although they are both PDF files, they are very different structurally and have significant;y different scripting models. So pay attention to the information on AcroForms and ignore anything about XFA. Be sure to get the sample PDF forms so you can look at how it works and where the scripts are placed.
What you want to do will require scripting, and if you don't have the experience and are unable to use the information in the tutorials to create what you want, you might consider getting someone who has experience do this for you. I'll often suggest code if I can do so quickly, but what you want requires more than a few minutes.

We need to set up a new customer to use a scheduling agreement . We need to know what is the conifguration needed to do this. Is there config that has to be set up for the customer say in the customer master to allow this. Is there also config that needs to be set up in the plant or shipping point.

Spro --> img --> sales and distribution --> Basic Settings --> Partner Determination --> Set-up Partner Determination --> Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header
Select "Partner Determination Procedure" as "DS - Scheduling Agreement"
Once selected, mantain appropriate settings in following (from Left-hand side)
Partner Determination Procedure Assignment (Sales Doc --> Partner determination Procedure).

We need to pass the customer id from Parent BO report to Child BO report.

We are using SAP BI BO 4.1 for Business Objects and SAP BW 7.3 as BW Backend.
Requirement: We need to pass the customer id from Parent BO report to Child BO report.
Issue: Customer (0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER) Characterisitic is used where in the display characteristic is set to Key i.e 'Display As "Key" ' But the In BO the Dimension appreas as Text .
I have tried out by changing the display characteristic as KEY/ TEXT/ KEY & TEXT but still at the BO end the it is displayed as TEXT.
Workaround Tried: I have used the detailed object for the Dimension 0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER- key in SAP BO i.e the key value where in we are able to view the customer ID. But we are unable to pass the value from parent report to child report as the query level Filter cannot be applied onto a detaield object.
Is this a BI- BO Integration issue?? Kindly help me out with the same.

I have gone through the doc sent. It was helpful.
Info Object (BW)/ Dimension (BO): 0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER.
In SAP BO the dimension has detailed object under it 0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER- KEY and 0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER- TEXT.
Now I can pass "0CUST_SALES__CUSTOMER- KEY" from the parent report. But in the child report we cannot apply Query level Prompt / Filter on the detailed object which will hold the parameter passed from the Parent report.
Q1: Can we apply prompts on a detailed objects?? Is there any configuration changes required.
Q2: Is there any other method the achive the same??

The Apple TV should set it's time automatically from the network time server, if it isn't doing this try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds, if this fails try resetting or restoring it.

Any devices connected to the same icloud account can sync all the data on that account. For this reason an icloud account is really for a single user.
On a mac, if each user has their own account, then the itunes for that mac account should be set up to connect to that user's icloud account (System preferences>icloud).

Need to copy a custom field from sales order to billing document

I have a requirement, I need to add a new field in the sales order header part and even a field in the billing document, once i add this field up in both the documents in the header part i need to create a copy routine using the VOFM tran, can any body help me on what's the procedure to add a field in billing document and does the copy routine transfer the data ( Custom Field ) from Sales Order to the Billing Document, if yes can somebody help me with the procedure on how to and code of it.

Hello,
Regarding item 1, is it in the region of the global links (ie logout, home, preferences, etc.)? If not, have you tried creating a link via personalizations to the region you wish to have the link displayed (item type = link, destination = fully qualified name of your .xml page/region?
Regarding item 2, you may have to create the custom subtab programatically using the controller for the region of the current subtab layout.
Regarding item 3, you can also add a submit button to the page button bar region via personalizations. You can then add any logic you want to the button in the controller for the page.
