Need to setup a liability GL as inventory revenue account

Dear All,
Is there a way to setup a liability GL as inventory revenue account?
When I setup GL by item level then go revenue GL for either warehouse, I can only select revenue account. But some of the revenue GL should be liability account. Our consultant said he did some changes and made it worked before. But we cannot figure out how. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Go to your Chart of Accounts. Select the G/L Account that need to be changed and change the Account Type to be Expenditure. Go to Edit Chart of Accounts and move the account from Liabilities to Expenditure. Just remember if you do this, the accounts will be part of the P&L and not be part of the Balance Sheet anymore.

I was confused that do we need to setup ABAP transport Management System on XI, since the IR and ID object will use CMS or File to transport between DEV->QAS->PRD. If we still need, could you pls let me know why we need it?

You are absolutely correct. You transport all your ID and IR objects using CMS or File transports.
But lets suppose you have developed some zprograms or abap mapping in XI. This basically reside on the ABAP stack. So for this objects to transport we will follow the procedure what we do normally to transporting the R3 objects. So what ever you develop on the ABAP stack we need to transport to QA and to Prod using ABAP transport system.

I assume that you are referring to the Ethernet Switch Module in the 3845. If so it should support SPAN. Here is a SPAN configurations guide:

Does SolMan need to have TMS configured like other SAP solutions, Dev, QA and Prod? Or there is only one Solman setup and it does everything we need?

Usually there will be only one Solution manager in the landscape . You mainly use this for central monitoring, Maintenance Optimizer , creating Keys, Service Desk , proj documentation etc and you are not doing any development work in here. So it does not make sense to have Dev, QA and PRD for solution manager. But you can have a sandbox which will help you to test the Support packs before applying directly in production. Maintenance Optimizer can be configured with Solution manager .

I have installed WIN 2000 server, Oracle 9i DB, Application server and 9iDS in one m/c. the database and App server wokrs fine. I can connect to database through Forms 9i and when I run the form it ask me to connect to the network and when I cancel the dialog box it ask me work offline or connect. I have no network.
If I want the form or WMS to work I need to setup proxi server if so does any body knows how to do that.

2. if it restored, you should be able to see it in your wifi icon at top of screen as "airport express"
or you can see it in airport utility
3. then if you want to connect it wirelessly to your time capsule, you would choose "extend network" and put in relevant security and password....this would make the express a wireless access point, fed by your time capsule(main router)
if you chose to do it wired which is a better way if you have access to ethernet port at wall, you would choose "create a wireless network" and then under the "network" tab you would choose "Bridge Mode".....this would make the express a wired access point, fed by your time capsule(main router)

What you need to do is temporarily set up your new 4. Just long enough to update the operating system. Then you can erase all content and settings - which puts it back to its out of box state, then set it up again, this time restoring it from the backup of your two.
So, using the same Apple ID on both - just to keep things easy - set up your 4. Just basically choose 'set up as new' to activate it, then immediately update the iOS to 7.1.2.
then erase all content and settings, which puts it back to 'llike new'...but the operating system will not reset, it'll remain 7.1.2
Then set it up again, this time choosing to 'restore from the backup' of your 2 and your 4 will be a near clone of your two.
