Need to speak to a human about money coming out of my account for a previously downloaded APP
I downloaded reading rainbow app months ago. Did not like it so I shut off auto payments, discontinued membership, and deleted APP altogether. Now I keep seeing $10.99 come out of my account each month and this whole Apple site is so convoluted...smh...I just need to speak to someone. I can't find my issue anywhere.
You can try contacting the support staff for the stores, all one group, at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and if that is not what you want, try the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com and then iTunes and iTunes Store and you can arrange a phone call through that location.

Start by freezing the credit card account by calling the issuer to stop the bleeding. iTunes will be unhappy, but you will not lose any more money. Also get a complete listing of all charges and dispute charges you did not authorize.
Next time I would use pre-paid cards (Mastercard, Visa, iTunes) instead of any credit cards for iTunes to limit the damage. -

Were the gift cards redeemed on your account? Also, some content, such as gifting apps to others and certain in-app purchases, cannot be bought with iTunes credit so money would be deducted from your credit card.

MY daughter who used to have an apple iTunes account and cancelled it is still getting money taken out of her account what do I do guys to sort this out and get her a refund.
If she logs into her account (an account can't be cancelled or deleted, you can only stop using it) on her computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, there should be a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it - clicking on that should then display a list of her purchases. If she no longer has iTunes installed then she might be able to see recent purchases via this page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Did she have any auto-renewing subscriptions that she didn't stop ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098

I had a subscription to something that was supposed to be cancelable by May 10th. I went to do this and I received an email saying that I had been charged again. If anyone has any advice on how I can get a live human to help me obtain a refund and truly cancel this subscription I would greatly appreciate it.
There is no telehone support for itunes.
