Having problem connecting with someone at iTune Store. Austen send me an e-mail this morning regarding my issue and he said there is a payment problem the order number is MG*****11S I need to know what is the balance of payment in this account, so that I can solve this issue. I am not able to download free app to my ipod touch.

There is no telephone support for itunes.

Lately I have been trying to download some apps but when i click install, the appstore comes up with a message saying that my apple ID can't be used in the iTunes store. I need to authorize my laptop with the itunes store in order to sync it with my ipad but when I go into the store I cannot find where to do the authorization?

I was under the impression that once you had authorised the computer, transferring purchased and other songs to your iPod/iPad wasa then straightforward. However it gets more complicated with apps, and as I don't have an iOS device I can't advise. You've actually asked in the forum for questions about these forums, and you would do better to ask in the iPad forum, where people who actually have these toys hang out. -

why when i want to download a free app from app store it asks for my apple id and when i give my apple id it then says "this apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store". i dont even know what that means and it will this happen everytime?
If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

About the only thing I can do is log into the account, but it's constantly asking me for my user/password.
I've read a number of discussions on the matter -
I am running Lion 10.7.4 on iTunes 10.6.3
I check the keychain access
Reset passwords
etc.
Nothing seems to be working.
Any other ideas?I have the exact same problem, it suddenly just started asking for the iCloud or iTunes password, practically every 5 seconds, no exaggeration. Even more frustrating than that, it rejects the password I enter, even though I'm positive that it's correct! I can barely go from screen to screen without this infernal box popping up, and forget texting or using an app.
After resetting the password & turning the phone off & on a few times, I just finished restoring it and the bloody pop-up was the first thing that came onto the screen when it restarted haha. I hope someone can help -
Hi. I just downloaded "angry birds" from the iTunes store. It says it was successfully downloaded and that I can use it on the two mac products I have. I can see an icon for it in the finder on the mac, but I can't figure out how to play the game. Anyone?

A movie I purchased in the iTunes store is missing. It isn't hidden and doesn't show up in search. I've followed support steps. Where is it and how do I find it? I believe I originally purchased the film on my 1st Gen AppleTV...other movies show up. Help.
It was Love Actually. It's been in my library a few years but is now missing. It's odd...it isn't even in the iTunes Store anymore. I think there is a rights issue because a message appeared in the store saying it wasn't available at this time in the U. S. store. Still, if I bought it years ago it should be in my library or I should get a refund....

I can not connect to the ITunes store. I have updated my apple ID and made sure that everything is set correctly. However, I can not purchase or update any apps no matter what I do. My partner has the same phone and hers works perfectly. I'm not sure how to sort this out. Please help

AndyI've been having this problem for weeks and have found no solution to it. There are lots of other people with this issue too if you look back on the boards. I even e-mailed AND called Apple and have had no luck. I tried all the suggestions they gave me and all the ones I found on here- nothing worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed iTunes (boy was that a pain!) and no difference.
The weird part is that I have an old laptop that works and if I buy music with the laptop I can download it with my regular computer buy buying does not work on my regular computer. That tells me it's not a connection issue. I can't get to my account either.
I can't figure out why an issue that has kept so many people from purchasing a product has been ignored! -
When trying to listen or buy music from the itunes stores my system keeps rebuffering so this enables me to even download music because it keeps shutting off and coming back off this is a problem and would like to know how to fix it?
The only things I've done differently are I started using VoiceOver Utility and Pocket Cloud.

i just downloaded two rental movies from the iTunes store, proceeded to sync them to my iPad, and now I can't find where they landed. Anybody know where to access rental movies on the iPad? thanks
And just in case .... You don't actually sync rental movies to the iPad....
To transfer a rented movie from iTunes, use the movies pane in iTunes. Rented movies transfer is at the top. You must have an Internet connection to transfer a rented movie. Select the "move" arrow in the direction you wish to transfer, and click the apply button at the bottom right. Rented movies can only exist on one device at a time, they do not sync like other video, but move from iTunes to the iPad.

Scrollbar does not work in PDF documents
When FF opens an PDF document the scrollbar does not work. If it is a one page document I can use Page up/Page down to toggle between top and bottom of page. If it is a multiple page document I can use PageUp/Page down and the arrow keys.
