Need to suspend my service

Hi,
I've been trying to suspend my service over and over via Verizon website because I am out of states now.
I also need to reconnect automatically on May 19th.
But whenever I click the suspend button it keeps saying error. Also I am not able to chat with any assistance.
I need to suspend my service ASAP.

This is what I've been trying to suspend my service on this website.
I've been clicking the suspend and reconnect button on the left side of Verizon website. I've been trying everyday since last Friday, but it never worked. They keep giving me an error message.
Also, I did chat with an assistant and I asked her if she could suspend my service. But she said I needed to pay $15 per line if I suspend my service through her because the stuff is not a part of her department. I believe there is a no fee for suspend service and you guys have to have the same policy about the suspend service.
I've found a lot of issues I've got wiht Verizon.
I do not want to see FAQ Link, I NEED TO slove the problem!
I need to suspend my service until May 18th, will reconnect May 19th. This is what I want.
Please figure out the fastest way to suspend my service.
I am so tired clicking the suspend button and keep getting an error message.

well, you know how it is - glitches that usually resolve with a hard reset etc
then a restore. then a factory restore....then ..... nothing fixes so I try the next step with apple online - fill out my serial number and find it is a couple of weeks out of date - and then with the holidays who has time to get to the apple store? this is my second 4s handset as it is - first one the glass cracked from L to R without any impact/damage etc - they changed it out automatically because it's a 'known fault' apparently - so technically, this handset is only 6 months old - but warranty is from original purchase date -
never imagined it would turn out to be a warranty issue with the phone - and hey maybe when I get a chance to go to the apple store they'll be sympathetic, but I won't be able to get there till at least Jan 4th as it is. I was just wondering if i should reinstate my service and try and wait for it to turn back on and then go get it because you need internet for it to track and with the suspended service, it can only track if connected to wifi, but they wont get past my password.

Verizon support, please contact me through this or my email. My account is currently past due and is accruing charges. My family and myself have been in South Korea since June of 2014. I am in the military and stationed overseas. We plan on being here until the summer of 2016.
I need to suspend the account and fix the payments that have been piling up for a service I am not using.
I do not have access to twitter or face book.
Please respond soonest. Time is a luxury I do not have. As a commander of Soldiers overseas, I typically spend over 80 hours a week at work, am on call 24/7, and spend weeks at a time with no access to communications. If I do not have a response in the next 20 hours, you will not get a response from me until around 23 February, I will be away from any access to communications.

Now, would you happen to have someone state side that could help you with this situation? Maybe get a copy of your orders to them and they can help you get this taken care of? As Ann mentioned, you'll still be responsible for charges already incurred but at least you can help put a stop the future charges. The VZW reps don't always chime in and even if/when they do, they don't always respond in a timely manner. Your best bet would find a friend or relative in the states that would act on your behalf to get this taken care of. Unfortunately, I wouldn't put much hope into getting your situation resolved here on the forums.

Is your daughter's phone officially unlocked? If not, you won't be able to use any sim other than a sim from the carrier your daughter's phone is locked to. To do what you want, you need to get your daughter's phone officially unlocked. Once done, she can then purchase a local sim when she gets to France.

Suspend a service during a persistent connection

Hello.
I have a CSS with one Content that balances traffic among two servers. All the connections come from just one client.
When I put one service in SUSPEND state the connections are still balanced across the two servers. I think it's because the connections are persistent with a long expiration time but if I configure the Content as "no persistent" nothing changes.
It seems there is no way to suspend a service with such a kind of traffic.
Can anyone help me?

You are correct. When you 'suspend' a service, CSS do not actually allow any new sessions to that server but maintains the existing connections until they wane-off.
You really need to wait for a while to bleed the last session off that server. If you are in a real hurry you can cruelly admin-shut the interface connected to the server.

I need to tell Print services to use the 2nd ethernet port
Thanks in advance to anyone who can shed some light. My research has led me to a dead-end so far. Running 10.3.9 on my server. XServe Dual 2.3
I want to have File services and the various other duties pushed through one ethernet port, and print services on the other. I know there is probably a config file to make one simple edit, but I can not find it, or perhaps a "defaults" type command.
Also, where is this "command-line administration guide" that I keep running across on Apple's support?

Similar issue here too. Is it the subnet? Basically, I'm having a problem printing to an AirportExpress-served printer. Our network looks like this:

The printer driver does not appear to be able to do IP printing, it assumes a direct USB connection. We can setup the OS X Server with the printer served by the Airport Express, as it is found via Bonjour, and then we share its queue via Server Admin. The problem is that the LAN clients cannot print to this server queue. The printer gets stopped at the server.
If we turn OFF the OS X Server's firewall, printing works from both the clients and obviously from the Server. I think my question is this: what ports or services need to be turned on in order for the clients to print? There is no clear checkbox for "Bonjour Printer Sharing", and I'm curious what ports this would open, and if it would be safe. I thought it would work because we're pushing the print job up through the firewall, but apparently some response needs to come back through the firewall, and that's what's not happening.
And to tack onto this, how could we also push iTunes to the Airport Express from the Clients? Assuming the music goes over different ports than the print jobs. ?

The Find My IPhone app is used to find OTHER lost devices, it does nothing to make your device "findable". To make it findable, you must turn on "Find My IPhone" in settings. And than you need location services on. This however does not guarantee that you'll always find it if lost. A thief can set it to factory settings, even remove the sim card. Then it'll be unfindable.

OH wait.. I think I got you. Are you asking if you can use the bases for just a Lan and no outside connection? You can use them without the internet. It's just an option.

Hi John, In my another environment I have to migrate the users and groups from Hyperion HSS 11.1.1.2 to Hyperion shared services 11.1.2.2. I am using LCM for that, when I export the users and gropus from 11.1.1.2, it exports fine but when i import it to my 11.1.2.2 using LCM, I am getting the below errors.
Error when I try to import the groups:
ErrorEPMIE-00051: Failed to perform operation on role. Could not locate role matching filter {0} and filter attribute {1}. Please ensure that a role exists matching the filter with filter attribute.
EPMIE-00024: Failed to import all of the membership info for group test group. Invalid group members encountered. Please ensure the validity of members and its existence in their respective providers.
Errors when i try to import the users:

Doesn't hurt to call the police.
The SIM wasn't replaced; if it were, you wouldn't have been able to locate it.
