I have a phone (iphone5C) that I´ve sent a command "Wipe Device" using Notes traveler on Noted Domino 9.0.1. The phone is in locked state and unable to use the appID that was used to set the phone up. Think that there must be somekind of an software error in "Find my Iphone" or the cloud connect.
The phone asks for an appID s******@s*****.is and that is the correct appID. But when I log in , the phone says that the phone can not be unlocked using this email address.

That's not how an iPhone should have been wiped. I have no idea what Notes traveler is but perhaps you should contact the developer since it was their software used to send the command.

First off let me just say no one here can unlock your iPhone. As far as a backup, this is done through iTunes (doesnt matter if you have a sim or not) and you can follow this article. AT&T is the one that will unlock your iPhone at their discretion.

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.

IPhone that was stolen was returned but disabled for a long time! My computer is broken so I can't back it up or restore it. What can I do without losing everything on it!

The only options are:
Wait it out.
Sync the device to the computer it normally syncs with to remove the passcode.
Restore from backup or as new.
Without access to the computer it normally syncs with, your only real option is restore as new.
Keep in mind, pictures can be copied off the device on any computer regardless of the device being locked or not.

Apple gave me a "new" iPhone that was worse than my old one what do I do?

So about a month ago my iPhone 4 camera stopped working. I went to Apple Genius Bar and got a new one for 169$. But they replaced it with a even worse one. If you want to totally start from scratch and erase all of her content go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. This removes everything from the device and returns it to out of the box status. You can also restore the iPad as a new device in iTunes and that erases everything as well. Family member passed away. Need to unlock, iPhone, iPad mini, Macbook Air

My Grandad recently passed away and has left me with an iPad mini - Wifi only, iPhone 4s and a Macbook Air 13 inch. All of which are passcoded and locked to his e-mail account. However no one in our family knows his password.
Of course I'm sure people use this story all the time when this have been stolen - So I'm just looking for some help.
If I need to go to an Apple store with the death certificate I am more than happy to do that, I have the serial numbers of the macbook and iPad I took a photo of the box before I threw them out.
With the iPad I have reset the factory settings except it still wants me to sign in the with original Apple ID - being my Granddads e-mail and password. But as I said I don't know these.
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

It sounds like you are needing to unlock this iPad but the passcode is unknown. I'm sorry to hear of your loss. According to the following article you should use recovery mode to restore the iPad and be able to use it. The caveat to this is that it will delete all the data on the iPad.

Use recovery mode
Follow these steps if you never synced your device with iTunes, if you don't have Find My iPhone set up, or if you can't get to your own computer. You'll need to put your device in recovery mode, which will erase the device and its passcode. Then you'll restore your device as new or from a backup.
Disconnect all cables from your device.
Turn off your device.
Press and hold the Home button. While holding the Home button, connect your device to iTunes. If your device doesn't turn on automatically, turn it on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iTunes will alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode.
Click OK, then restore the device.
