Need to update the list item in the same sharepoint list with particular condition with Sharepoint Designer 2013.
Hi All
I have one sharepoint list with huge data i.e with 20columns and more than 200 records with the fields .
Suppose lets consider there are A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H columns.
Now i want to create one form with the fields A,C,E.
When the user enter the existing data of list for columns A,C..based on C value the E column value should change and update that particular item in the list.
Please guide me without visual web part can we acheive this by Sharepoint designer 2013 or what would be the preferable solution.
Please help me on this as it is very urgent from me..

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to update the list item in the same sharepoint list with particular condition with Sharepoint Designer 2013.
I recommend to create workflow associated to the list and then start the workflow automatically when an item is changed.
In the workflow, you can add condition and actions as below:
If current item: C equal to Test1
Set E to Test2
Then the value of the filed E will be changed based on the value of the filed C.
In addition, if you create the form using InfoPath, you can add rule to the filed C as below:

I would suggest creating two views, instead of two forms. Views can be shown/hidden based on the logged in users, takes few rules to configure based on the logged in users. you can also explore web service to get the users from groups to show/hide based
on the user group, little overhead but give more control due to the fact of one single form.
Two forms will be bit complex, if you want to update the same rows of information.

SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow - creating new items in the list
Hi,
I need to create a workflow in SharePoint designer 2013. Basically the flow is like that:
There is a Request List where people submit their requests. The requests have status: Submitted and Completed.
Once the status goes to 'Completed" there should be a workflow triggered that creates an entry in another list; VoC list and populate VoC columns. Additionally there should be an email send to the requestor that the request has been processed.
I tried to do that but I failed - what do I do wrong? It keeps telling me that there is an error in workflow.
Could you, please help me? Thank you.

JowitaWith this command it populated the Voc list. But when I tried to add additional fields, the workflow did not work. Fo example, I've got a column "Requestors Name" in Request List and I would like the same column in Voc List to be automatically
populated with the data from Requestors List. I set Field Requestors name to Value Current item:Requestors name but it did not work :-(
What do you mean by "VoC column is already created in VoC list"?
And one additional question: is it possible for the workflow to automatuically create new columns in the VoC list?

We could use workflow to populate values in column but not populate new columns, so the column should be created in list manually before workflow.
As I understand now, you need to use workflow to populate at least two columns in another list, and one is person or people type. I captured a screenshot for your reference, pp column is in person or group type in both two lists, please set return

I updated the latest version of iOS software on my Macbook Pro and now when I try to open up iPhoto it says that I need to update the latest version. But when I go to update on iTunes, it says the latest version is unavailable to the U.S. I wouldn't mind leaving it be but I can't access any of my photos. What do I do?

I have an iPod touch. When I try to download an app, it says I need to update the device's software to access the iTunes store. But, when i connect to iTunes, it says I have the most current version. I'm stuck. My mother got this iPod as free-with-purchase when she bought her desktop. She used it, then gave it to me. Could this be the problem? because she connected it to her iTunes and now it won't work on mine? I have an Airport Express that I am trying to use connected by ethernet to my iMac G4 running Mac OS 10.4.11. I need to update the Airport Express softwart in order to use security option WPA2 Personal to connect to the internet through my Airport Extreme. I currently have Airport Express software version 5.6.1. How can I update this software? (I can connect directly to my Airport Extreme by ethernet and download the update that way). I accidentally added the app store apple id wrong, then I was able to put the right one but now that I need to update the application tells me to insert the id of the psw wrong, how do I change it?
You must update the apps with the Apple ID that they are purchased with.
The only way to get round this is to re-purchase the app with the new Apple ID. -

I was looking into the BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM, but i couldn't find any field relating to the actual start date and start time of a operation.
Kindly Suggest me which Function module i can use to complete my task.

It is system's standard behavior and no other MRP type will help you in moving the start date outside the planning time fence. With MRP type P3 new requirements are covered at the end of the fixing period, the end date is set and planed order is scheduled backword. Hence the start date will lie within the planning time fence.

In OWB I need to update the target table with same field for match/update
In OWb I am trying to update the target table with the match and the update on the same field can this be done. I am getting a error match merge error saying you cannot update and match on the same field. But in SQl my select is

Have you already activated the iPad? That is what the screen is telling you to do - connect to the computer with the supplied cable and run iTunes while connected - and iTunes should guide you through the set up process. If you have already set up the iPad and you are still getting thos screen message - restore your iPad. You must be running iTunes 10.5 on your computer as well.

It appears as if the OS currently on that machine was not the original OS? If so, you are running into this problem because the seller did not do what he was supposed to do - he was supposed to erase the hard drive and reinstall the original OS. And, if he got either the OS or any apps at the app store, they are not transferable as they are tied to his Apple ID forever. That is why you will have to pay for them using your own Apple ID. And, if he obtained the current OS at the app store, you may also run into another problem: you may not be able to reinstall the OS if needed as that is tied to the original Apple ID as well.
