Need to "wipe" my Pavillion DV6500, has a keylogger, can't find the 3rd Restore Disc HP said I need?

I searched for this disc and can't locate where to order it. My pavillion laptop, DV 6500 has a keylogger on it. It was installed by someone using the Maestro disk and it's so embedded no one can remove it. The best they can tell me it wipe the laptop and then it will be gone for sure.
I don't mind doing that but HP said I need 3 disks to restore my laptop. I have 2 from a couple years ago when the laptop had an issue and HP actually had to restore it to fix it.
Aparrently, there now is a 3rd disc since there are more up to date drives, etc, But I cannot seem to find where they are so I can order the 3rd disc like the HP rep just told me to do the other day.
Any ideas where i would find that?? Bad enough I have to wipe a 7 year old device that may not start up again but now I can't find the software to restore it-lol.

Its possible the 2 discs you have is all there was at that time, are they numbered like disc 1 of 2?
You can order recovery media here, they only send a complete set as far as I know.

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)

I was trying to export my bookmarks to Safari and the instructions were to: Go to Bookmarks - select "Organize bookmarks" and "export to HTML". I can't find the "Organize bookmarks" tab on my tabs bar.
This came about because Firefox would not let me access my On Star account (kept getting error messages about a mis-direct).

Menu changes (wording), "Organize Bookmarks" under the Bookmarks menu has been changed to "Show All Bookmarks -- Ctrl+Shift+B" with the same keyboard shortcut. They didn't like the new wording either and it is expected to be changed in a later version (but no further changes seen yet in betas).
I always use the keyboard shortcuts anyway.

Had the same problem and spoke with Apple Support. They had me reset the System Management Controller:
Shut down the computer. With the computer off, on the left hand side of the keyboard press shift+control+option along with the power button simultaneously and release. Wait 5-10 seconds and restart the computer.
This solved my problem and I was immediately able to purchase, download, and play an HD movie from iTunes w/o any error message.

where can i find the resolution of a photo in iphoto? How can I change it to 102? I see is the pixel width and height, along with the mb/kb size for photo info; I need to change the resolution and size for submission.

Short answer: the dpi (or resolution) is set when you decide what size you're printing at.
Long Answer: Dpi means nothing in the digital world of your computer. There are no "inches" to have "dots per..." Size is measured in pixels. That's the same on your camera. It doesn't take 10 x 8 or 6 x 4 shots. It takes shots measured in megapixels. For instance 4,000 x 3,000 is a 12 megapixel camera.
Using that example, that shot from that camera has 12 million pixels. So that's how many "Dots" there are. To decide the ratio of dots per inch, you now need to decide the "inches" part. And that's printing. Print at 10 x 8 and the dpi will be 4,000/10 or about 400 dpi. At 6 x 4 then it's 4,000/6 or 660 dpi. Work the other way: Print at 300 dpi and the resulting image will be about 13 inches on the longer side.
So, your photo as a fixed number of pixels. Changing the dimensions of the print will vary the dpi, changing the dpi will vary the dimensions of the print.

You will find that bookmarking a page (clicking the star next to the address, or going into ''Bookmarks > Bookmark this page'' is precisely what you need to remember pages. It is a very widespread function in web browsers, and it is very ''very'' helpful in many situations, including remembering the location of pages you want to see later, providing easy access to pages you use frequently and other stuff too.
If you want to know about session restore, there's an helpful support article [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Session+Restore here] which I believe also has information on version 3.0. However, I do urge you, once again, to update, because older versions (including 3.0) are no longer maintained and have known security vulnerabilities. Besides, you will not loose any functionality at all (unless you are using add-ons that are no longer usable by newer versions, in which case you need to contact the add-ons' authors for support and ask them to update their software), it's free, and very easy to do.

you haven't lost anything, it's virtually impossible to delete your Zotero library by accident.
You may just need to show your add-on bar (View --> Toolbars ---> Add on Bar).
To check if Zotero is disabled, go to Tools--> Add-ons --> Extensions.
Make sure to check for Zotero updates, you may need the newest version (2.1.10) for FF6 compatibility.
As a general piece of advice, if technical problems make you frantic, don't perform major software upgrades in the middle of a project. Also, support for Zotero is better on the Zotero forums than here.
