Need Users and ACL permission for KM Reports

Hello Experts,
Need you help for one requirement , in which i need to provide a list of users with ACL permission of each report from KM. There is huge amount of reports so it is quite time consuming to get each report open & to check the ACL and user from KM.
It there is any thing , so that i can get the list of user with the ACL permission for each reports?
Any help will be appreciated with points.

Hi AK,
I misunderstood your query,if you just want to check the permission of all reports then you can use the default permission report available in the content Administration->KM Content->toolbox->reports->permission report.

Brooks lansing if you create a new Administrator account does the same issue occur? If so then it is likely that there is a file permission failure and file permissions have been set for the existing Users instead of the groups they belong to.
Have you removed and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 11? This may reset the file permissions to the correct state to allow it to work under new accounts.

Need a bapi or table for GL Report

Hi experts,
I need a bapi or table for generating report period balance for GL accounts. i found one bapi BAPI_GL_GETGLACCPERIODBALANCES which is closer to my requirement. But i want to get the balances for cost center and particular material. As Cost center and product ranges are in my selection fields.
Can anyone tell me table or BAPI?

SAP standard infoset query provides a report STDCOST for this.
May be this will suit your requirement. It will give material wise costing.

Currently table VARID table stores only latest change and not history.
We need to avoid logging enabling for table VARID and custom field addition in it.

Hello Muthu,
BW reports will be shown in SRM Box if the corresponding BW roles for SRM are integrated with SRM roles.
You might to activate the corresponding datasource of this in SRM.
And since you have to connect the source system to BW, I think you have to define SRM system as logical system in BW.

By default annotations are used. However, you can create a new descriptor and that will take presidence over any declared annotation.

Is it possible to make an item editable for certain users and read only for others?
I've been able to accomplish this by taken the select statement that I used to define an authorization scheme, placing it in the Read Only condition of the item. However, I would like to simply reference the authorization scheme to utilize caching, and to help keep things cleaner for future maintenance.
Is it possible to reference an authorization scheme in an item condition similar to the way another item can be referenced by preceding it with a colon (i.e. :P1_First_Name)?

It would be nice on a future release of APEX if a drop-down box existed under the Ready Only section that would allow an existing Authorization Scheme to be selected or negated when applying the Read Only attribute to a form item.

Reset Password using Recovery HD
Boot into Recovery Partition.
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until you see OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter key on the keyboard.
Do not close the Terminal window
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.

Need you help for one requirement , in which i need to provide a list of users and groups assigned under Service permission for each KM folders. There is huge amount of folders so it is quite time consuming to get each folders open & to check the service permission and user.

Crystal needs user and password.

When I run my program in the same laptop that I have devoloped my application I dont have problems, but when I try run the application in another laptop I have problems with user and password.
In my application, into load event of my report I have read this sentence.

This is where your problem is. Version 10.5 of the Crystal assemblies does not work with VS 2010 and above. You need to do the following:
1. Uninstall your current version of the Crystal development tools.
2. Download the "Install Executable" of CR for VS SP 9 from here: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824
3. Install CR for VS.
4. Change all of the references in your project to point to the version 13.9.x assemblies.

OBIEE filter/criteria limit for AND/OR operations for a report

Hi
We have a report that has around twenty "OR" criterias and ten "AND" criterias. All the filters are logically correct but report is returning invalid data. However if we reduce some filters then report works fine.
Any ideas of increasing filters limit for a report or reason of the issue.

The report i created would not result any error code/msg.
The only reason i put question here is:
My report has around 50 predicates and is returning data without any respect of the predicates i have applied. However if i reduce some predicates (says reduce them to 20) then my report results correct data.
For the time i tried a work around and created two reports using half of the predicates in one and half in two. but i need everything in one single report.
The most important thing is that when i execute report with 50 predicates, the query i get in NQquery log omits many predicates.

Need user message when trying to run report when report session is already open.

HI !!
I have GUI application bulid in C++ and we call reports from
there.
My user ran a report and minimized the sceen display of the
report. He then clicked Task/Reports and selected a differnet
report from the selection list. After he clicked OK nothing
happened. He believes a message box should appear at this point
to notify the user that a report session is already opened and
must be closed before generation of another report can be
started. This has happened to him several times where he
minimized a report that he ran and then worked on something else
for a while and forgot that he had a report open. He then went
back and tried to run another report and nothing would happen.
Can we fix this isuue, I mean is there any way to run a differnt
report if report session is already open.
Please advise.

Is this qury is running fine in SQL?? Have you checked this query in Sql server(Management studio) whether working or not??.
I feel there is some mismatch with relations in query.. Cross check your query once in SQL itself. once it is running well, we will take a look.

How to hide welcome user and logout link for only specified pages

Hi,
I have few pages in my application like forget password page, in which i don't want to show logout link on top corner and welcome message. For rest other pages its ok. If I edit the template body for doing it then in all pages the welcome user vanishes, where i need to hide it for some specific page only.
Please give some idea.

Go to Shared Components/Templates.
Find the page template that you are using and click Copy.
Go into the copy and look for &USER. and #NAVIGATION_BAR# and delete.
Go to each page that does not need the user and navigation and assign the new template.
This will get rid off the user details and the navigation bar.
