Need WLAN drivers for Satellite C855-1KP, Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

I have a Toshiba Satellite C855-1KP, Part Number PSKCAE-04600QG5, and i can`t find the wireless driver on web.
I scaned my laptop with TOSHIBA PC Diagnostic Toll, and at Network appear:
Network Realtek RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC version= MAC Address=
All my drivers I downloaded from www.Toshiba.com, all worked, except the wireless driver.
I tryed allready some wireless drivers from Intel ( Intel PRoSet/Wiress Software and Intel PRoSet/Wiress WiMAX Software ) but they give me an error that I couldn`t resolve ( The WiMAX adapter was missing, and the error code was 0x302 ).
I really don`t know what anything else to do. Please help me if you can.

The REALTEK B/G/N(1X1)RTL8723AE was built in other notebook series.
Therefore I would recommend downloading the driver from other notebook series.
For example:

...that 114 different items! And I can see a lot of those items are not mandatory and/or are not drivers. More to point though, it does not solve my problem of needing to know the names of the drivers I should download (as presented on the downloads page) in order to fix my Driver Manager problems?

Need wireless drivers for Satellite A100-259

Hi
Had to reformat my daughters laptop (A100-259 PSAA2) due to virus issues and am in the process of rebuilding it. Almost there but can't seem to get the wireless bit to work. Nothing appears in the system tray even when it's switched on (little switch on the right has the light on). I assume because i've reinstalled XP that i need to reinstall the wireless drivers but i can't seem to find them on the toshiba web site (http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=UK). It only shows the Atheros management utility.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate especially as i'm pretty new to this kind of stuff and she has lost the manual that came with the laptop.

I dont know why no WLAN drivers are available for this A100 model and Windows XP but you can search for an other A100 model (for example Satellite A100 PSAA8).
Then you will find an Atheros WLAN driver for Windows XP and it should also work.

I'm a young professional and I have the need for using Windows XP to work since Vista isn't quite as reliable. Unfortunately I noticed that the drivers for said OS were not yet released (with my disappointment) on Toshiba's website.
Could you please give me some indication on how to solve this problem? Or shall I just wait for the release of said drivers from the main website (hoping this happens any time soon)?

Hi mate,
you have two options:
1. Collect the drivers from the internet by the hardware manufacturers, for example: chipset is from intel -> go to www.intel.com and download drivers from there, graphics is Nvidia -> go to www.laptopvideo2go.com, sound is a realtek chip -> www.realtek.com and so on. Do you know what I mean?
2. Wait until toshiba releases the XP drivers for this model type. I dont when but it would be there when its there. ;)

Drivers for ProBook 4540s (Microsoft Windows Ultimate)

As we can see at this HP page for ProBook 4540s drivers, it has not been offered drivers for both 32-bit & 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate. I want to know whether drivers for those versions are available at anywhere &/or is it OK if I install drivers for an available version (Such as Windows Professional 64-bit version) in Windows 7 Ultimate. Will they be fully compatiable with the ultimate versions?. & anything I should know related to this matter would be great. I'm specially concern about "Windows 7 Ultimate - 64-bit" version, as I'm planning to install it on my new ProBook 4540s - i5, which I will buy very soon. Thanks

Need WXP drivers for Satellite P100 -429

Hi,
I had to reinstall windows XP on my gf Satellite P100-429, but she lost the origina disk, so when i installed the new XP there are the following devices missing drivers (they have yellow question mark beside them) and I cant connect the laptop to the internet.
1. Audio Device On High Definition Audio Bus
2. Ethernet Controller
3. Mass Storage controller
4. Netwrok controller
5. SM Bus Controller
6 Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
Can anyone tell me where I can find these drivers, i have been looking all day for them.
I imagine if I can find them its just a case of putting them on a disk or usb key and installing them ?

You must see this problem from other side. Fact is that all drivers, tools and utilities must be installed in right installation order. How to do this is listed in Installation Instruction document and this can be downloaded on this download page for your notebook model.
Obviously you didnt follow this order and some drivers are missing now.
1. Audio Device On High Definition Audio Bus try with sound driver and install also modem driver
2. Ethernet Controller install LAN driver
3. Mass Storage controller is chipset utility installed?
4. Netwrok controller is WLAN driver installed?
5. SM Bus Controller try with flash media driver
6 Video Controller (VGA Compatible) display driver
Install this and post result but, as I wrote before best way to install all stuff properly is to follow install instructions document.

Need WXP drivers for Satellite 5100-503

I have a Satellite 5100-503 with a GeForce4 440 Go and I recently installed Windows XP Professional with SP2 as fresh install. I tried to play a game that I had installed and played on the other operating system (XP SP1).
When I tried to run it, it sent me a Could not run OpenGL message. Then I browsed your website for drivers. The only problem was that when I checked your driver archives my model was nowhere to be found.
I checked various other unofficial websites for drivers but again without success. After that I tried models that where close to my model, but they didnt help me, then I tried various force wares with modded .inf, no success either.
All Im here to ask you is to please send me the drivers or upload them to the internet for download. The last time (a couple of years ago) when I had installed the OS, I downloaded the drivers from your website and it worked perfectly.
I hope you can answer to my problem as soon as possible.
Also I would like to have all the drivers needed for my laptop, for Windows XP SP2.

I searched the whole drivers archive and it doesn't show my model "5100-503", it skips from 5005-S508 to 5105-S501...
I am at least with no sound drivers as the sound appears to have a lot of static.

Hey, I'm re-installing windows xp for the second time on my laptop now as the first time i did it without consulting help and it resulted in not everything working and i got a bit too much of things i didnt actually have.
I would like to know what drivers exactly i need to get it working. I don't know what exactly i missed out on last time all i know is that internet wouldn't work on it.
Any help is very much appreciated because i've been trying to get this thing going for a while now and i would really like for it to work.

Thanks, but i downloaded the drivers by clicking them one by one on the list because clicking all gave a lot more options and it confused me so hopefully i have all the correct drivers now. However i did not manage to intall the LAN driver, I don't know why but i extracted it and there was no setup file just an uninstall file and some other files that didnt give me anything... i plugged my ethernet cable from my ADSL to my comp and it's not working... wasnt really surprised as i take it the non-installed LAN driver is the cause... if not, then what must i install for it to work i have the drivers but unfortunately not the CDs that came with the computer :(
what have i done wrong?
P.S the installation manual gave a huge list of hotfixes and other gibberish i didnt get anything from... i also by accident managed to click the uninstall LAN driver thing :o if that helps solve anything... shouldnt be so quick in doing stuff :(

I presume your notebook is an European notebook model and you must not search the drivers on Canadian site. Just go to http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com 'Support & Downloads. For older notebook models (like yours) you should as product type choose Archive.

I have a Satellite M115-s3094, I had problems with my OS which was Windows XP MCE but I could not fix it. So I got fed up and loaded in windows XP Professional, but a lot of my drivers have gone.
The drivers I require are for Ethernet controller, network controller, PCI device, flash memory, SM bus controller, USB controller, video controller....plus I have no sound. It is an Intel centrino duo...as you can see I am missing a lot of drivers.
Could anyone tell me how can I find out what kind of drivers I need and where do I get them from? Would Win XP SP2 installation help to install any of these drivers?

I have the same problem. I just need the drivers for the Ethernet controller and PCI device. I assume that the PCI device is the wireless card.
I have tried all of the drivers on the Toshiba website, but none seem to work.

Need sound drivers for a Pavillion dv8309us running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit OS. I'm getting "no audio output device is installed" error after trying various different drivers. Sometimes the driver will install and I'll reboot, but to no avail I end up with the same error and a red X over the speaker in the system tray. I've tried Realtek drivers and Conexant drivers from HP. When I run Windows upgrade advisor it recognizes the problem, but Microsoft doesn't offer a compatible driver. At this point I'm very desperate considering everything else works fine and I don't want to go back too XP Media Center. If there is anything you can do to help, it would be greatly appreciated. After it loads, Command + F to find information regarding the drivers.

The Satellite M40x is pretty old notebook and therefore you have to search in *Archive* for drivers. Thats all!
Then you can see and download all drivers for it.
