NEED WORKAROUND !!! Can't Add GLOBAL to parametric Role !!!

When you try to put a global activity into the swimlane of a parametric role, you get an error message:
"Global activities are not allowed in Multiple Assignment roles because there is not yet an instance. Therefore, activity (GlobalName) cannot be located in Multiple Assignment role (RoleName)"
This is contrary to the documentation. According to the documentation about "Global activities", it reads:"Global Activities can be assigned to any user-defined role"
According to the documentation about "user defined-roles", it reads: "user defined-roles can also be Multiple-Assignment (formerly called Parametric)."
Any ideas for a workaround?

There is not a workaround on adding a Global to a Parametric Role.
Create a non-parametric role, associate the users you want to use the Global's functionality and then add the Global.
Know this probably seems odd. It did to me also, but here's what helped me understand why you cannot do this. Instances have information that the parametric roles are based on (e.g. "region"). When a user uses an interactive activity, the instance carries with it the value of the region because it was set upstream in the process (e.g. "West"). A global is a different story. Since there are no "upstream" activities and it's not a part of the process, the value that the parametric role is based on is not set. The Global cannot fire because it does not know the value of "region" in this example.

Able to add 2 titles, but need 4, can't add the other two

This question has been posed,and seems to remain unanswered. I know the procedure to add titles, I have added 2 to my video project, but can not add the last two. At some point the background of my video project turned from green (the color it changed to when I added audio) to a purple color. Each time i try to drag the title box to the frame it snaps back to its original place....really, I must be crazy because I have tried to do this about 300 times...with the same results...yet I try again. Someone on this site sort mocked us....saying Apple should provide the answer, true they should, but they are not going to...so I implore those of you who know the answer to this question, please, please enlighten me and the others that may have it....is it me, is it a bug, is there work around.

No, you cannot, unless you are just referring to apps that are in the multi-tasking list. The groupings of icons on the screen cannot exceed 4 across.,

U ll find two options Add iview to role-->copy or delta link
Copy is used when u tht iview ti be independent so tht changes done at parent level will not effect tht.Delta link is like hierarchichal, the properties r transfered to the iview if changes are made.

For many 17" (or 17.3") machines such as Envy 17, dv, Pavilion 17 .... you can add a second HDD (my old loan dv7 has two HDD's and my current loan Envy 17 also has 2 HDD's). You would need the following kit:

I need to transfer playlists from my old iphone into itunes so that I can then add them to my new iphone 6. However, none of the playlists on my iphone appear when I connect to my macbook. I have read other threads but have not found answer. help!

I am a group exercise instructor and rely heavily on my playlists. My old phone is an iphone 4s and I just bought an Iphone 6. I also have a macbook where I keep my itunes account, but I create all my playlists on my phone. I need to transfer those playlists from my old iphone into itunes in my computer so that I can then add them to my new iphone 6. However, none of the playlists on my iphone appear when I connect to my macbook. I have read other threads where the suggestion was to attach the old phone to itunes, find the phone in itunes and click the little arrow to the left to show the playlists. Then right click on the playlist and export it, saving it to the desktop, to then import it into itunes. However, in my case, the playlists do not show up when the phone is connected to itunes. I have clicked on the little arrow and all I get is "music", "purchased", etc., but none of my playlists. I'm sure some years back I probably deleted something in my itunes library and now none of my playlists show. Please help me. I would hate to have to recreate all of my playlists. Thank you!

I know it sounds weird, and that is the reason I posted my question. Because my case is not like all the ones I've found online and it's confusing. I added a screen capture of my itunes with my old iphone (the one that houses my playlists) connected to it.
My playlists "ARE" in my iphone 4s. They are still there even though they do not show up when I plug in to itunes in my computer.
When connecting my phone to itunes on my macbook, the playlists do not appear anywhere in itunes. I have found my connected iphone icon, I have clicked on the arrow next to it and it does pull up the standard lists that come with the iphone/itunes: Music, Movies, TV shows, books. That's it! below that is "Genius" and below "Geniuns" is "PLAYLISTS" but the only playlist of mine that shows there is one that I created several years back titled "90's music" and that one I created it on my computer, not my phone. Under "90's music" there are also other standard playlists that itunes automatically adds.
Does anyone else have this issue or know how to get around this. I am starting to think that I am going to have to recreate these lists on my computer

You can't now and need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
The time to create a rescue email address is when you set up the security questions, not after forgetting their answers.

Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.

You can add more images to your book, by dragging them from the browser to your book album. Switch to the Library Inspector, select the album or project with the images in the source list, and then drag these images onto the book icon. That will add them to the book album, and then double click the book album again to continue working with the book.

If you have Creative Cloud for teams, and you bought the licenses through Adobe direct (via Adobe.com), you can add licenses yourself, and they will be invoiced automatically as you get invoiced for the other two licenses.
Log into adobe.com with your team admin Adobe ID and password.
Once logged in you should be able to access a Manage Team option from the menu.
In the top-right corner there should be an Add Licenses button, that lets you purchase any number of additional licenses.
If you've not purchased through Adobe direct, but through a reseller, you'd need to contact your reseller to add the additional license.
