Need XSL-FO landscape template for POXPOPDF (PO Output for Communication)

Hi,
I'm new to xml publisher technology. I need guidance to customize the standard "PO Output for Communication" report using XSL-FO.
The satndard report generates a PDF in portrai mode. I need it to be generated in landscape mode as well as I need to make some modifications like adding the company logo re-aligning the components on the lay out.
Can somebody guide me how to customize usinf XSL-FO templates?

T Code for doing mass output for Sales order like VL71 for Delivery

Can anyone let me know what is the t code for the sales orders for which despatch time was set as "3- using own transaction"

Hi,
Though there is a program, there is no output for sales order similar to VL71 for delivery. Sales order is the only transaction for which there is no tcode for this purpose.
You can do the following.
Go to SE38 give program name SD70AV1A and execute
Now give ur selection criteria and save this as a variant.
Now you can schedule a job at regular intervals using this variant.
This will enable that if you maintain the output record as 3(using own transaction), the output will be created in mass for multiple sales orders.

Need a procedure to make minus query as output for 2 tables

Can anybody help me to create a procedure so that I could get minus query of 2 table as a result.
Requirement:
I have two table 1- src_table_list ,2- tgt_table_list both tables have 2 columns : serial_no,table_name and 100 records each. and details mentioned in column "table_name" are actually tables name which present in my testing database.
so I need one procedure which will pick one table_name from src_table_list and one table_name from tgt_table_name each time recursively and provide minus query as a result. as below.
select c1,c2,c3,c4 from table1 --(fetched from src_table_list)
minus
select b1,b2,b3,b4 from table2 --(fetched from tgt_table_list)
Can any body give or help me to create the procedure..as I have to prepare minus query for more than 200 tables and then I need to test them for integration testing..

The above statement should give output similar to below code and will list down all the table names in the 2 tables(i.e. above src and trg) -
select 'src_table_list.tbl1','trg_table_list.tbl1',count(*) from
(select col1, col2 from src_table_list.tbl1 minus select col1, col2 from trg_table_list.tbl1 );
select 'src_table_list.tbl2','trg_table_list.tbl2',count(*) from
(select col1, col2 from src_table_list.tbl2 minus select col1, col2 from trg_table_list.tbl2 );
Now atleast you can run these statements as script and get to know what all tables are having count differences.
I might have missed out on some syntax part in above code but hope to have helped you in some way as you will be specific with number of tables to check for differences.

Send only release (no agreement) to supplier using POXPOPDF (PO Output for

Hello,
Client wants to use POXPOPDF for sending PO to supplier. When release is approved the PDF file is generated and contains two parts - agreement and release. Is it somehow possible to generate and send only release?
In other words, POXPOPDF has an option "Print Release Option". I would like to have "Print Releases Only" option.

The report generation layout is @ RTF,
so try removing the part from RTF which you dont want to see from the output.

PO Output for Communication :: Modified XSL-FO not reflecting

Hi,
As per the requirement we need to add some fields in the PO Output for Communication report.
I have modified the Standard PO XSL-FO and I am able to see the changes in the first page but the changes are not reflecting in the remaining pages. I have verified that the remaining pages also haivng Standard PO only.
Kindly help!!!

CANCEL_FLAG in PO Output for Communication

I'm trying to build logic into an RTF template for the "PO Output for Communication" report to handle cancelled lines. The cancel_flag can be set to "Y" at any of 3 levels - PO Header, PO Line and PO shipment. The field is called the same thing (cancel_flag) at all 3 levels.
In my rtf template, I have a row in a table to display each PO line using the for-each clause. I do not want to display lines which are cancelled (ie where CANCEL_FLAG (at line level) = 'Y'.
How do I reference the CANCEL_FLAG specifally at line level (not header, and shipment line)??

I'm really stumped. I tried using the choose when clause but it doesn't work as I think it isreading the wrong cancel flag.

and you can do it, by using .. to go up one level
example from current level to go up4 level up ../../../../CUSTOM_FLAG
../../../CUSTOM_FLAG three lvl up.

Cancel_flag in PO Output for Communication report

I'm trying to build logic into an RTF template for the "PO Output for Communication" report to handle cancelled lines. The cancel_flag can be set to "Y" at any of 3 levels - PO Header, PO Line and PO shipment. The field is called the same thing (cancel_flag) at all 3 levels but it doesn't always exist at all 3 levels. What do I call the field in my "IF" statement, so that it is looking at the correct field? Right now, if I am at the line level and I want to check the cancel_flag, if it doesn't exist, it looks at the cancel_flag at the shipment level.

PO Output For Communication Program is not Submitting in Background PO appr

Hi Gurus,
We are working on "PO Output For Communication" Program.We created a Standard Purchase Order and Approved it through the "E-Mail" option checked."PO Output For Communication" program was not submitted in the background.
From the workflow we found that it was stucked at PO new Communication Process.
As the value of column "po_output_format" is NULL in the "PO_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS" table it is not submitting in background.
Already in the front end
Purchasing responsibility->setup->organizations->purchasing options
under Documnet control we assigned Output format column as "PDF".
Will you please provide us your valuable solution as soon as possible.

I mean that this program actually sends an email (or fax or print) along with the PO in PDF attachment or in the TEXT format.
This program does other part than the above mentioned point also.If yes then provide me the information in which other parts this program effects.I believe it is only the part you mentioned above.

PO Output for Communication doesn't work for POs created from a requisition

Hi gurus,
When I create a PO using the standard PO form, I have no problem generating the xml tags in the log file when I run the PO Output for Communication (using Debug option).
When I create a requisition from Iprocurement, it automatically generates a PO. If I run the PO Output for communication for this PO, it gives me a bunch of gibberish data in the log file. like little squares and symbols.
Can anyone help me on this. We are using R12.

Output for Blocked PO

Hi,
PO is blocked for compliance reason's. Still system is allowing the PO output. Is there any configuration in standard SAP for blocking the Output for blocked PO or do we need to develop a custom code for it. Plz advice on this.

contenant Templates > My Templates
comme il y a un dossier
iWork > Numbers
contenant Templates > My Templates
Depuis le Finder, tapez cmd + f
puis configurez la recherche comme sur cette recopie d'écran.
puis lancez la recherche.
Ainsi, vous allez trouver vos modèles personnalisés dans leur dossier.
Chez moi, il y en a une kyrielle en dehors des dossiers standards parce que je renomme wxcvb.template quasiment tous mes documents Pages et wxcvb.nmbtemplate à peu près tous mes documents Numbers.
Ainsi, quand je travaille sur un document, je ne suis pas ralenti par Autosave.
Désolé mais je ne répondrai plus avant demain.
Pour moi il est temps de dormir.
