Needed is there any one or anywhere i can get a startup CD of MacOS9

Question

im tryin to get into my old iBook Clam shell G3 which is running OS9 but i have forgotten what my login and password is i beleive the only way in is to boot up using a start up Disk but One i do not have can anyone help

By any administrator user, as designated in the Accounts preferences (or in Server Admin).
Yes - that's how it is set to begin with, by an administrator. The method of setting it includes the ability to change it. I guess the first time it is set is could also be termed a change - from nil to A, functionally much the same as changing it from A to B.

And that's just about impossible to do by someone who does not know the password on a password-protected machine.

Features of Open Firmware Password Protection
When turned on using one of the models listed above, Open Firmware Password Protection:
•   Blocks the ability to use the "C" key to start up from an optical disc.
•   Blocks the ability to use the "N" key to start up from a NetBoot server.
•   Blocks the ability to use the "T" key to start up in Target Disk Mode (on computers that offer this feature).
•   Blocks the ability to start up in Verbose mode by pressing the Command-V key combination during startup.
•   Block the ability to start up a system in Single-user mode by pressing the Command-S key combination during startup.
