Submitted mobile Z10 for repairing due to non functioning at Nasik based service center on 27th August 2014 , but it was not repaired by them in warranty period, they told me to come after one month due to sending of mobile for replacing . They gave me a call to collect the mobile on 4th November 2014, I went accordingly but they gave me irrelevant answers and told me to come some other day, I went on 22nd October 2014 and collected mobile from them, but it was in very bad condition than when I submitted it. I asked them about repair they told me to repair it from some other Blackberry workshop and gave me address of other shop, the mobile data clearly shows that the mobile was used for personal use by the Reddington staff and also I have proof regarding this issue. I have registered a police complaint in Gangapur police station I asked for call logs from EMEi number, but they didn't gave details. I am very frustrated for by pathetic behavior of blackberry service center and reddington India staff and I am taking this issue very seriously . The mobile data clearly shows the use of mobile by staff for 14 days continuously. It was great loss to me and because I had to travel from Gadchiroli to Nasik many times because of misbehavior of Reddington India staff. I also have video recording of the interaction with staff, if they deny it I will publish it on social sites and company will be responsible for further consequences.
Kindly check the video of your redington service center for blackberry. they used my mobile for continuous 15 days without my prior permission . the mobile got damaged during the process and they gave me a damaged piece. Similar compalint has been logged in Gangapur POICE STATION ON 24/10/2014. KINDLY NOT IF ANY ACTION IS NOT TAKEN AGAINST THE STAFF AND MY MOBILE if not reimbursed for personal use I may file criminal case against all of you in consumer as well as judicial court.

Hi, I need help and advice. Basically me and my ex partner both had iphones and synced it with the same computer under the same ID. We split up and now im trying to get all my apps and info onto my new laptop with a new account but it keeps asking me for the old apple ID which she is still using and she changed the password. i tried backing it up but still nohing. When i try to back up purchased items being apps etc its keeps asking for the old one. help
See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. But you'll still need the password.
Once you have the computer authorized to use the account she could change the password again to stop you buying apps on her card (assuming it's not on yours!). It would lock you out of upgrading them too but they should work unless she uses the deathorize all feature.

Need help with Quizzes & Advanced Actions
Hi, I am relatively new to Captivate (v6) and I am looking for a way to force learners to respond to a question BEFORE navigating to the next page.
On my question slides, I have a submit button and the next page button but no playbar.
I want the submit button to be active to provide feedback to the question with the next page arrow inactive. It would be great to have a message pop-up (similar to the incomplete message) when the learner presses on the inactive next page button. Once the question has been answered and submitted, then I want the next page arrow to be active for the learner to navigate to the next page.
Do I need to create an advanced action for this? Either a standard action or conditional?
Can anyone help me with this? I would be most appreciative!Normally they do not need the Next button, except during Review (if you'll allow that after the last Quiz attempt).
So my most simple solution is to drag the Next button under the Clear button, it is normally stacked lower so it will be hidden. During Review, the Clear button will not be there and the Next button will become visible.

I can understand your situation, do the following things first.
1. File a Police Report

Login to https://www.icloud.com/ with the same Apple Id & password that you have configured on your lost iPhone and see if you can find all your Contacts there ( you will only find the contacts on iCloud if you have setup iCloud Account on your iPhone and had taken a backup on iCloud before)
On the same page you can also track the location of your iPhone if you have Find My iPhone Enabled on your iPhone earlier, and if your iPhone is connected to any Internet connection (Wifi/Cellular) you can see the last location and inform the same to the Cops.

few days ago I have purchased Iphone casino games from itunes apps store. One of the game was made by the company called "ARISTOCRAT" dragan game. Usually we will get basic tokens to play the game, and if we ran out of the tokens all we need to do is going into "manu" and "setting" selete "dream" and reset that we should be able to continue play the game with same amount of the basic tokens. The one game would not let us to go back to the game. There were msg came out said" game center requires an active connection to the internet"? I didn't feel comfortable because we purchased the game for $1.99 to play for fun and not to gamble. We do have credit card on your file. We don't want to be charged alot of money for something not in our well. I need help to answer the question on the following:
1. Are we able to ever play this game again without going to internet? We don't even know which site to go to, because when we press the ok button nothing else came out to direct us to any area.
2. We only purchased the few days ago order ID: MGT74GN6V7 on 10/03/12. all the other games we purchased we were able to continue to play by doing the same setting.

Low quality DVD outcome.. need help for high quality result ASAP!

(This is my first post, as I only got my iMac 2 weeks ago.. so please be gentle with me :P )
I have just been asked to turn a Microsoft powerpoint (PPT) into a DVD for "induction training video" purposes with voice overs and backing music. I have a professional music studio so providing high quality audio is fine, but trying to turn the power point into a high quality DVD file is my problem. This powerpoint has timing transitions (fade ins etc) for the timing of voice gaps. When using Microsoft PPT, you can turn the PPT into a Quicktime file which I was going to drop into iMoive then add the music and voiceovers.. this is when my problems started. Microsofts powerpoint doesn't add the transtiions and effect into render Quicktime movie, so I thought as my new iMac has iWork (KEYNOTE) I'd give it a try and to my surprise it all worked and the final mpeg4 quicktime movie result work great _when you look at it on the MAC_.
1) Problem
I then exported the file into iMovie and then my first Problem arose.... (grr). I movie lost it's sharpness and the images started to have pixelation.. that seemed to pulse in 1 seconds gaps.
I hope this was just an issue with the iMovie preview window and thought once I put it into iDVD and burnt it... the final result may be fine.. but I was wrong and the quality was crap... with the pixelation still there.
2) Problem
The other problem that came up was the about 25% of the edge of the total screen was cutoff. When i did the original file, I choose 4:3 ratio, and watched it on this..so where did the image size go wrong.. I also choose the "high quality" Quicktime file, but didn't go into the settings in the iMovie in the export section (which I should off), but after check the compression type was H.264.. and I also didn't change any settings in the 'export file' section in KEYNOTE.. this is where I think I must have gone wrong..
So in closing. my questions is:
-What's the best way to turn a PPT into a _high quality file_ so it looks professional once it goes through iMovie and iDVD.. or
- Should I just redo the whole production using iMovie ( by re doing all the work eg wording, transistion inside iMovie seems like a lot of extra word ) and so not use the PPT at all... and if I do this, then
- What's sizes, and ratio and compressions should I use for 4:3 ratio TV purpose (eg. whats size should a background image be that I do inside Photoshop, so I can put the transition wording over the top, so I see it on the TV screen and the edge doesn't get cutoff etc.?
I was very impressed with Keynote and would be happy to use this for most of the production.. but am I banging my head againist a wall...re fixing quality problems when exporting files into... can someone shed some light on this for me?
Sorry this is such a big post.. but I thought if I gave you most of the background you would have to ask so many questions.

Thx so much for your help.. it's really appreciated. This is by far the best result quality wise, (but I really am a perfectionist and personally are still not overall happy with the final product) but if my client is happy.. then I will continue down this track for this job.

I find the images and wording lose their sharpness only after being imported into iMoive. I could still be probably enhance the quality level of the TIFF's once more, as I did the test slides in Keynote, then exported the 5 slides a individual as TIFFS out of Keynote, then imported the into QuickTime Pro as you suggested then followed your instructions all the way to the final burning of the CD. I also tried doing this in Photoshop using your suggestion of 720x576 images (for PAL) .. pixel aspect ratio to ~1.094 so you can see the correct proportions for 4:3 video output. When creating the new slide in Photoshop there were a few extra settings other than the ones you gave me... _so I would real appreciate what every setting should be when creating the NEW TIFF file in Photoshop for PAL 4:3._ I noticed when I did this the image crispness on the fonts was shithouse pixelated and shadows, even while looking at it from inside Photoshop )
As I tried mutliple ways of importing into iMovie (yours being the best suggestion) I really believe when dragging a TIFF or movie turns to blur on the way into iMoive. You can see the image is blurred from that point on.... _do I need to buy final cut pro or express to get a better image quality result?_
I also tried iMoive7, which I found was great to use video editing wise, but Apples has definitely stuffed up there by not give users a 'time line' to work with in the Audio section... but everything else in the video area was great to use.., but in my situation trying to line up the narration to slide, while having also background music is now impossible sadly.
Also I really like the 3D transitions in KEYNOTE, plus iMovie 7.. do you know if there are available for HD6 or if there's a 3rd party company that has smilar versions

Sieve filter need help and guidance
HI all,
I just moved from 10.6.8 server to 10.9.4 Server 3.1.2. I had a clean Maverick install and I only moved dovecot GUID data and imported Users & Groups. Not An OD move so had to reset all passwords.
FInally I am mostly up in running with one pretty big problem that I missed. In 10.6.8 you could in the "forward email" you could comma dil a list of many emails. I have a few generic email account that need to be seen by many people. In old system [email protected],[email protected] worked like a charm so I think Sieve is the best way to go to replace this function.
SIeve is not my strong suit and have had issues before. Anyone have any ideas on ways to get a Sieve editor setup so I can make ServerSide rules that happen even is user not logged into mail client or webmail etc.

MIkeFirst and foremost point you need to take into consideration is at what perks you are going to join as a SD Consultant? Obviously, it would not be even half of your current salary since as for as SAP is concerned, you are a newbie. To reach senior level, definitely, it will take some 5-6 years, depending upon, how fast, you learn SAP. So you have to decide whether to learn something new to your career and forego your current perks or better concentrate in existing marketing line itelf and go up in the ladder.

I was updating the new version of iTunes the other day but there was an error and it didn't install correctly. It had already got rid of the old version on my computer. I asked for help and I got no responce.
NOW today I have uninstalled iTunes from my computer and reinstalled it like the error message told me too. I did but it will not install now -_-

I am building a simple flash movie clip in Flash cs4. All I want to do is run the play head through a one 5 frame scene and stop, and then you press a button that will send the play head to the next 10 frame motion tween scene.
When I run the movie all I get is a movie clip that pauses for a millisecond then loops back around.
I have three different books on flash action script, read all three still not doing so hot. I am using the navigational button concept maybe that is what I am doing wrong. Can someone show me the right method or lead me in the right direction.

the button and need to create a "hit" area. Click on the "hit"
state and press F7 to create a blank key frame. Using the drawing
tools, select the square, no stroke, and any fill color you want,
draw a square shape, click on the shape and in your Info Panel,
change the size of this shape to match the size of your stage,
lastly, make sure the registration point is (0,0) by using the
Align Panel. Go back to your main time line, add a layer on your
time line and make sure it's at the top, drag your new button from
the library to the stage and align it to (0,0).
There are two ways to code the button, so to make it easier,
click on the button once to select it, hit F9 to bring up the
actions panel and type this

If some of this isn't new to you, disregard parts of it. If
you have any buttons in your Flash application, this will cause
problems because the invisible button will counter-act anything
below it. Let me know if this works for you. Of course, this all
assumes you have access to the flash file. -
When I try to download latest version of Flash Player get a box showing downloads but there isn't anything in the box.
Well, that should mean that nothing is running in realtime and should not interfere as McAfee would. I think this version of Ad-Aware was an On-Demand, you ran it when you wanted to, it didn't run automatically, is that correct?
Was the HJT just on the Desktop?
When you left click on Ad-Aware what happens? We can remove it, but it isn't causing a problem now so we'll do that later.
Did you have any ad block? What about pop-up blocker software installed?
In your Manage Add ons, the All add ons, can you pull out all ActiveX Controls(list them?) If not don't worry about it.
When you first began having problems, did you try to Install an older version of Flash Player thinking that would work?
Are there any other Anti-Virus/Spyware that you had installed before that wasn't Uninstalled that may still be running in realtime?
I'm trying to determine what caused the ActiveX Control error.
Do you know how to find the Flash folder? If not, I do. Just tell me.
