I bought LR 5 a year ago. My hardrive crashed so I am using a new computer. I am wanting to download LR 5 (stand alone product) again. But it is not showing up in purchased products for me to download. It wants me to try a trial version or subscribe to creative cloud. Only proof of purchase that I have is a bank statement showing $149.99 from Adobe Systems. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
It's not clear from your post whether you still have your licence number; if you merely want to download the software go to this site:

Unfortunately, if your licence is lost, I can't help, except to ask if you mean by "showing up in purchased products" you mean in your Adobe account?

My Lightroom 5 upgrade serial number not showing up on My Products page; chat support useless
I purchased a Lightroom 5 upgrade license on July 25th. I didn't receive a confirmation email but my serial number was displayed on the order summary page after purchase. I tried registering the serial number repeatedly through the My Products page but for some reason the serial number wasn't showing up, even though the registration process reported a successful result. Furthermore, Adobe products bought from the Adobe store should automatically be registered according to Adobe's web site. Apparently this must have failed. I need to reinstall Lightroom 5 but the serial number is still not showing up on the My Products page. I just spent an extremely frustrating hour with Adobe "Live" chat who did nothing but send me in circles and repeat the same canned responses over and over again.
I'm currently on hold with "phone support" but I'm not optimistic as I've been on hold for 28 minutes. The only other support option was a link to this forum, hence this post. Hopefully someone from Adobe can retrieve my serial number and contact me. Failing this my only other option will be to contact VISA and open a claim.

Thank you for contacting Adobe.OK, I was able to recover my previous system's image and thankfully it appears you can get the serial number from Help->System Info. I attempted to register the serial number again via the My Products page and while it indicated that the registration was successful, we'll see. At least I should be able to install LR5 on my new machine now.
Edit: I also just discovered that the serial number is listed under My Orders, but not under My Products. Weird. In my defence , I never thought to check My Order history because I never received a confirmation email and the order wasn't listed after purchase...even as late as mid-August (when I last checked.) Very strange but it's all good now.
Edit #2: OK now I just feel silly. I just received an email from Naveen with an actual support case AND the correct serial number. So, I stand corrected. The Live Chat process still felt incredibly long with some seemingly canned/automated responses but, in all fairness, he did get back to me. Thank goodness I washed both feet today... -
Bought a TV season, but it's not showing up in 'purchases'
I just bought a TV season and chose the option to 'download later', but when I go to Quick Links > Purchases, it's not showing up at all. The funds have already been taken from my iTunes credit and I see the purchase receipt on my account page. I checked to see if the items were hidden, but they're not there either. Already sent an e-mail to Apple Support, but would appreciate any help I can get here. Thanks!
Yes, the series is still for sale in the USA. Forgot to mention that 'Store > Check for Available Downloads' says everything has been downloaded for my Apple ID.
When I go to Quick Links, TV shows I bought years ago are still available for download. Still using the same Apple ID and have already tried re-logging into my account. -

I have a CC Photography License and tried loading the new Lightroom cc but it will not open (only flashes the welcome screen for a split second) then goes blank. I tried uninstalling it, rebooting, etc. several times and it will not work on my Mac with Yosemite. Please help!

I have installed a new drive on my mac book and more ram but the snow leopard install asks which to install the system on but then does not show the drive.
do I have to partition it and name it first. -- if so just one partition?Do this:
Drive Preparation
1. Boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
When formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Complete the OS X installation. -
I recently spilled liquid on my computer, but it is up and running, it loads and brings me to the safe boot screen where I need to type my password, but It is not recognizing it, help! How do I get passed it or fix it! You have caused some serious damage to parts of your computer, and likely voided the warranty until Apple completes a repair and re-certifies it.
Step one is to turn it off and do NOT (did I say do NOT yet?) turn it on again yourself.
Take it to an Apple store and be prepared for a large repair bill.

Lion should still be available if you call the online Apple Store. If the Apple Store still has it, they will ask for your Apple ID and credit card number and will then send you a code which you can redeem in the Mac App Store. The Lion installer will download and run automatically.
Confirm compatibility with your current applications and Lion before you upgrade; in particular you will not be able to run any appications that were written only for PowerPC Macs.
