Neither my programs will open or can I open any PDF since the install.

Installed the whole Adobe suite products and now I cannot open any PDF or the program. It clicks, downloads, and does nothing! Help!

Can't print to pdf since I installed Snow Leopard.

I make newspaper ads all the time in Illustrator CS4 on a Mac.
I always print them to pdf files. Never had any trouble doing this.
However, since I installed Snow Leopard I can not print to pdfs.
I go through the usual motions and then... just nothing happens.
Are there known issues with AI CS4 and Snow Leopard?

I was having the same problem. Basically, you now have to "save as" then "to PDF" to get the same results. Although this new method give you more choices in terms of output, i.e. saving layers, image resolution, it has also produced larger PDF files. I will then have to open the document in Acrobat and "reduce file size". I do wish they would bring back the print to PDF option. Go to the link below to read more. It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
You can try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

You run Windows in Parallels or Fusion. Then in Windows you install the program.

you haven't lost anything, it's virtually impossible to delete your Zotero library by accident.
You may just need to show your add-on bar (View --> Toolbars ---> Add on Bar).
To check if Zotero is disabled, go to Tools--> Add-ons --> Extensions.
Make sure to check for Zotero updates, you may need the newest version (2.1.10) for FF6 compatibility.
As a general piece of advice, if technical problems make you frantic, don't perform major software upgrades in the middle of a project. Also, support for Zotero is better on the Zotero forums than here.

Sounds like you downloaded the OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 Update or Combo Update. Neither will work on a version of OS X prior to OS X Mavericks. Those are only used to update an existing install of OS X Mavericks. The Combo will update any version from 10.9.0 thru 10.9.4. The Update will only update version 10.9.4.
You need the full installer of OS X Mavericks from the App Store. However, the App Store no longer offers OS X Mavericks. Yosemite is the new FREE OS X.

There were no places in which to do that and I can not figure out how to go back and sign it. You can toggle Full Screen Mode on and off by tapping the F11 key. You can also move your cursor to the top of your screen, toolbars will slide down, right-click in the blank area at the end of the Tab bar, choose "Exit Full Screen Mode".

Can you try the following things
1. Open Reader XI from the Reader dektop icon or through the programs menu. Open Edit > Preferences > General > 'Select Defualt PDF Handler' > select Reader XI and then click Apply.
If step 1 does not fix the problem then try repairing the application using the following steps.
Repair Adobe Reader XI from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Select Adobe Reader XI and click on Change and then select Repair

How can I print a pdf in the actual size with a page border? (2 pages per sheet preferred)
I usually print pdfs of books at a copy shop and they turn out fine.
The problem comes when I try to print the same books at home.
I use Adobe Acrobat X with the same settings: "multiple pages per sheet" (2x1) and page border. But the pages are slightly shrunken when printed. I think this is because my printer can't print as closely to the margins. Still, two pages should be able to fit on one sheet in actual size. Are there any layout settings that I can play with to find a better fit, besides portrait and landscape?
If I select page scaling "none," I'm able to print the pdf in actual size, one page per sheet. But there's no option to add a page border.

I have a test with some questions (multiple choice, FIB, matching, etc). I have just one button to submit all the answers, and after submiting the student can see his score and review the test to know where he failed. He can't answer again. However, he can change the answer multiple times before submiting.

My results page is the default. I didn't use any variable. When i go to the results page after reviewing the test all the entry boxes are "wrong".
