we have balance in customer 12620.15 Dr and vendor 14,988.09 Cr. we wanted to knock off it is possible to club the AR and AP? How to net off against AP and AR sub ledger ac.

In vendor Master data, in Control tab, enter the Customer No., similarly in Customer master data mention the vendor number. This links the vendor and the customer.
Secondly, in Payment transactions tab, there is a check mark for Clearing with Customer tick that. Similarly in Customer master data, tick this check mark in Payment transactions tab.
Next when you go for clearing of Vendor, you will also see Customer line items to clear.. and you can net off the amount between the customer outstanding and vendor Liability.

Here's my scenario:
The employee ask for cash advance in US$ say 1,000 which had already been paid.
The employee then processed the expense liquidation in another currency (say Singapore dollar) for SG$2,000. I need to pay the difference (of employee expenses and cash advance) to the employee thru F110. How could I process this in F110 such that the cash advance in US$ will be automatically deducted against the expense liquidation in SGD and the system will only pay the difference in SGD?

See for both the payment of customer and vendor the code are different. proposal is checking the vendor code or customer . as these are different is too item are not grouped.
just for the debit balance customer give the payee as the vendor code this will set is right. and payment will be grouped .
it should work. assign some points.

This will depend on roles to which a user(s) has been assigned. you take out GL specific roles from user. Then you have to make sure that AP-AR roles assigned to a user(s) doesn't have journal entry transactions like FB01, FB50 etc.
Please take help of the authorization person. or you can start by analyzing specific AP-AR users using transaction SU01 to find out what type of roles are assigned to them.

I already tried this, but if I try to post a customer payment it is posted with posting key 11 as credit memo, but I wanted to post with posting key 15 for incoming payment.
Is there any possibility to do this?
I havn't found a parameter to influence the posting key. Is there another BAPI to post payments? Or is there no difference in the treatment of such postings in FI?

I would like to know, what are all the references for "netting off of debit amount of vendor with credit amount while perfroming Automatic Payment run at T.Code F110.
Ex: I have a Debit amount against Vendor XXXX of Rs 21000 and Credit amount of Rs. 25000, At APP system isnot picking up Credit memo line item of Rs. 21000 for payment.

Is the credit amount 21000 or 25000?
Is the credit (invoice) blocked for payment?

The message to restart your computer, in multiple languages, is a kernel panic. This is usually, but not always, caused by hardware, with memory being the leading cause.
You might want to run the Apple hardware test, which is on the original gray-faced OS X disks that came with the mini. FInd the one that says 'AHT Version x.x' in small print on the label, insert and reboot holding the alt/option key down. Choose the Apple hardware test, and when prompted, choose the extended test. You can also download Rember from http://kelleycomputing.net/rember/ if you want to really test the memory. Set it up and let it run over night.

Netting off prepayments with related accruals

Hi everybody,
Has anyone been involved in a situation when it was necessary to netting off prepayments with related accruals that do not meet IFRS framework definition of assets (prepayments) and liabilities (accruals)?
This happens when no invoice has been received in order to clear open prepayment and accruals are booked in order to show correct P&L, which leads to overstatement of assets&liabilities.

You may be referring to the "Oleg Pliss" hack (not a virus), in which some people (mostly in Australia and New Zealand) have had their Apple IDs hacked and used to remotely lock their iOS devices. If that's what you read about, be sure that you are using a strong password on your Apple ID, and consider enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID to make it difficult or impossible for a hacker to take it away from you.
If you live in Australia or New Zealand, it may be worthwhile to turn off Find My iPad on your iPad, at least until the cause of the problem has been determined. Of course, that reduces the protections against theft. You'd be better off to just make sure you're keeping the iPad backed up, so you can restore it if it happens to get locked.

Trust me when I say this coming from 20 years of experience.
Get a powered external drive, format it 1 Partition Option: GUID and OS X Extended Journed as the format in Disk Utility.
Download and install Carbon Copy Cloner, clone internal drive to external drive.
Set a schedule to remind you to do it at least once a week, keep it near your charger.
When you plug your charger in, do plug the clone and power the machine up, set the display to sleep only,
CCC will do the rest.
If you want to boot from it, hold the option/alt and select it Startup Manager.
I've seen many TimeMachine and TimeCapsule nightmares and so far haven't seen a problem from anyone using a bootable clone.
It's simple, it's easy, it's more reliable and more powerful than what Apple does and it only takes plugging in a extra cable.
Make as many clones as you want, keep them time seperated, off site etc. etc.
Cables don't have network issues, clones can be verified in seconds merely by booting from them.
Clones protect your productivity, your up in seconds on a clone despite even the hard drive dying.
Software problem? No sweat, boot of the clone and reverse clone your problems away.
If you want to fuss and muss with half implemented TimeMachine and TimeCapsule network headaches then prepare to suffer.
I don't like to suffer, I bought a Mac not to suffer, but it appears you do with TimeMachine and TimeCapsule.

One company code has a vendor and another has a customer who owe each other. Both these companies come under the same group. How can the netting off happen between the customer and vendor without the companies having to pay them.

If you require clearing between the customer and vendor, the following requirements must be met:
1. The customer number must have been entered in the corresponding vendor master record.
2. The vendor number must have been entered in the corresponding customer master record.
3. The fields "Clrg with vend." or "Clrg with cust." must have been selected in both master records (this is Payment transactions accounting data screen -> Automatic payment transactions section).
So that it net off take place when you run F110.
In T-code F-53
select all options as per the vendor payment
and select vendor acc no andother account check box where u assign the vendor account no
enter, there u get a pop up square box
assign the customer account and select "D" and check box
select yes,enter.
select the open items
execute.

Hold the home and power button down until your phone restarts. If that doesn't work, backup and restore using iTunes.
