Netbeans 6.7.1 & JavaFX Can't Find java.util.* at Runtime

Netbeans 6.7.1 & JavaFX Can't Find the JRE classes (i.e. java.util.*) when the project is run (in Netbeans 6.7.1).

Right Click Project_, then Run Project_
init:

C:\MyJavaFXProject\Source\Java\com\acme\Blah.java:4: cannot find symbol
symbol : class ArrayDeque
location: package java.util
import java.util.ArrayDeque;h1. Workaround
Add all the jar's found in JAVA_HOME. This is VERY BAD - because netbeans projects are no longer portable!

My NetBeans 6.7.1 JavaFX project is using the "JavaFX SDK on Java 1.6 (Default)" Platform.When I take a look inside this (using Manage Platforms) I can see that the following is in the list of platform classes:
C:\Program Files\NetBeans 6.7.1\javafx2\javafx-sdk\lib\desktop\rt15.jarI'm assuming that rt15.jar is the java runtime @ version 1.5, and indeed this does NOT contain the Java 6 ArrayDeque ('_Array Deck_') class.

JRE 1.6 missing/can't find java/util package

I installed Sun's JRE1.6 to mitigate the DST issue a couple
of months ago. In the past few days, my clients report when, trying
access web-services the Java Compiler throws an exception dealing
with the inability to access the java/util package.
One solution (in Japanese) purported to say that if one adds
the switch:
-Djmx.invoke.getters=true
This can help mitigate the issue (after a restart). I did for
a couple of hours but the services began failing again.

My problem is not solved, when I tried to start Tomcat today it fails with the same message as earlier, namely

You can find the UIDetailsCommand class here:
..\WEB_INF\portal\portalapps\com.sap.km.cm.ui.flex\private\lib\km.appl.ui.flex.uicommand_core.jar
And the bundle file UIConst here:

I am using winXP.I have installed J2SE 5.0 by default.I want to install JWSDP 1.6 but when I runned JWSDP 1.6. install script, there is always a message error that it can not find Java VM.

Are you sure it's { the script } is not looking for JAVA_HOME environmental Variable?
You could try: Control Panel - System - Advanced - Environment Variables
and see if it has an Entry for "JAVA_HOME"
if it does ensure it is pointing to the correct directory:
ie the one that has the directories bin, jre, lib
in it. for me that is C:\Java\jdk1.5
for you it's probaly C:\Java1-5-05 or whatever
If it doesn't add a new entry for it.
in my case:
JAVA_HOME C:\Java\jdk1.5
Normally I just double click on those .exe's and they install fine.........

I'm trying to figure out how to take an application built for Websphere and port it to WebLogic. I've come across this blog entry http://blogs.sun.com/fkieviet/entry/using_java.util.logging_in_bea_weblogic and would like to try creating and using the startup class.
I have not been able to find the correct jar files.

Sorry for being so simple here but I've been trouble shooting why I can't follow what look like pretty simple steps to implement over-riding the ApplicationLifecycleListener Class to use existing java.util.logging.Logger code by adding the following to the the weblogic-application.xml:

</wls:listener>
And including as a referenced jar file, a simple POJO class instance of com.qualcomm.weblogic.log.listener.UtilLogWrapper.
My resrouces for this are:

Maybe my weblogic.jar is at the root of the problem.
