Netflix playing back incorrect audio in Mexico

My Apple TV here in México plays Netflix movies with audio in other languages than the original, do you know how to fix this? Example: Karate Kid (the old one, not the new one) plays the english audio on my iMac but dubbed audio in spanish on my Apple TV. I've changed every possible setting to no avail. Apple TV language set to english. Netflix website preffered language set to english. Like I say, all that has made no difference :-S Any thoughts?

Juhani hit the nail on the head I think. If you don't have any plug-ins on the audio track with the song on it, then it definitely should play exactly as it is.
First go to the Audio Bin and look at the info for the track. Then go to Settings->Audio, and look at the sample rate that is set for your song. More than likely they're different, and they need to match in order to play correctly.
If it's just the one track of audio, you can just change the Sample Rate of the song to match it and it should sound right.
If you have several audio tracks in the bin that have different sample rates (bit rate can be the same, just the first number, 44100, 48000, etc), then you have to use the 'Copy/Convert Audio' function to change them so they're all the same. Then make sure that number matches the one in the Audio Settings of the song.

My iPod shuffle syncs all the music I specify but will not play-back AAC files!! It will only play-back MPEG audio files. Is anyone else having the same issue? Have restored it numerous times and tried fewer files / more files but no joy. The voiceover just says "please sync with iTunes"

On my iPhone 4s the video play back , the audio is very low . All other audio is good on phone even older video plays nice and loud . I have no idea what is wrong?

I have tried holding down the home and power button countless of times. It doesnt respond at all. Plug my phone to a charger and hold down the power button and my phone switched on. But it said Activation Required and said connect to Itunes. As e screen remains on the connect to Itunes screen, I disconnect the charger from my phone and my phone went dead instantly. My battery is full btw. Tried connecting to Itunes through my Macbook Pro but iTunes doesnt detect my device and the apple logo flashes for about a few seconds on my phone and then disappear and then came back on again. My Iphone has been connected to my laptop for about 30 mins and the apple logo has been coming on and off for 30 minutes now and Itunes has not detect my device yet.

What I'm saying is:
Make a new MONO audio track (use the + button). Assign it to input 1
Make a second new MONO track, assign it to input 2
Name both tracks, record-enable both tracks, and record.
You could, of course, make both tracks in one go via the new track dialog box, and hav ethem automatically assigned to ascending inputs.

Audio tracks play back wrong audio

at some point in my mix sessions , in different sessions , one of my audio tracks starts playing back audio from both its channel and another channel simultaineously. there not always adjacent tracks , not assigned to the same voice and have seemingly nothing in common. if i change voices i can sometimes allieviate the problem or it will start playing a different track audio simultaineously. i have two records pending and need some immediate help please...

Just to warn you (or throw some experience in). Logic 7 has for me, operated poorly with sessions created from older versions of Logic. It is often fine if you just want to duck in and grab something but the sessions do go weird if you just keep using them they go batty and can often get kind of self destructive.
Updating/merging/replacing the environment is one of the first steps to take, just creating new updated objects helps, even using presets and channel strips from older versions seem to give problems. Copying objects and configurations over can give you different results, but basically the more you replace and create as new the less problems you'll have.
So you know you have alot of reworking to do if you really want to do alot of work with these in the current version. Determine where a good transition point would be and try to follow with that. Often mixing or sooner than later but plan on taking some time reworking things. It's almost easiest to just grab everything and paste it over into a 7 built autoload-without the plugins. Audio Objects and plugin instances seem to give alot of problems. I usually end up redoing a bunch of stuff if I have a ways to go and export away. Things really get fixed along the way but it is a pain and better to do it sooner. Unless you're coming up on a mixing stage or something soon I'd just do it (and keep a backup of the older versions just in case I want to retrieve something.
I am working on an album that was created on a 6 autoload and 12 of 13 tracks had to be reformatted in 7 from forward INcompatabilities-some of them twice because they did not get a 100% clean autoload (as in the instruments and/or audio objects were opied over). Maybe I'm just weird, don't take only my word on this because it is alot of work for many projects to just redo things like this but you should be aware of what some people have encountered and be prepared to take some of those steps if there are more people saying their experience has been like this.

Error Playing back Both Audio tracks in Premiere Pro CS6

Hi, I'm going to make this fast and direct as possible. I was recording some media with DxTory (avi file output, default DxTory codec, an audio technica AT2020 microphone, and the media volume.) Both my microphone and the music from the audio; as well as the video played back fine in Windows media player, as well with other editing programs such as Sony Vegas Pro 12.
My problem is, when I import the file into CS6, only the video and sound of me talking shows up, the secondary audio channel isn't there. I used both PCM and MPEG Layer 3 codec for the audios (which played fine in other programs) but neither would play in Premiere.. Please tell me what do to, or if you need any extra information.

Assumed that work, what's the convenience in having an iPod when I can't listen on the iPod? This is pretty dumb if all my field recording has to be listened on a computer.

After Effects CC 2014 plays/renders incorrect audio for mp3 (Mac OS X Yosemite)

I'm translating the audio for a number of animations made in AE. Sometimes when the mac users import new audio in another language, AE plays and renders a totally different mp3 file than what has been imported. It is playing another piece of translated audio from another folder but I can't tell where from (as it's in another language).
When I click reveal in Finder, the track in Finder plays the correct audio.
When I re-import after purging and emptying caches, AE still plays the wrong audio.
I found a work around where if I copy and re-name the audio and import that it works. The problem is, we can't tell when this has occurred until reviews have been performed and it's costing us a lot of time in re-renders and fixing.
Does anyone know what causes this problem? Has anyone even encountered it?
Any advice is much appreciated.

Sure: You are using MP3 files. AE never has been good with them. Convert them to WAV/ AIFF.

i just downloaded a song from itunes but it doesnt playback when i press play on my computer or iphone. I tried playin the file through other media players but no audio comes through. How do i resolve this issue?

I would delete them and try redownloading them. Sounds like corrupt files.

When I render my project to a NTSC file for Computer play back, the audio is not rendered and the file has no sound. How do I fix it?

I build my project using videos and photos and I add sound at the end for a few photos. I then render the project to a NTSCDVD Standard file so I can play it on a Computer. Once the file is rendered and I play it, there is no sound at all. I am using Premiere Elements 13, recently installed on 12/29/2015. Previously, I had a trial copy and before I could uninstall it, it disappeared. I don't know if that had any thing to do with my full version.

On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running? For now I will assume Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit.
What are the properties of your source video and photos and what project preset did you (manually) or the project (automatically) set as the project preset
to match those source properties? In this regard, please tell us the readings that you see under Edit Menu/Project Settings/General

Timebase
Frame Size
Pixel Aspect Ratio
even if the fields look grayed out.
What is your choice under Publish+Share/Computer/ which is using the NTSC DVD Standard preset? Are you using Publish+Share/Computer/MPEG with the NTSC DVD Standard preset? If so, are you using the default export settings or customizing them in anyway under the Advanced Button/Video Tab or Audio Tab? If you export your Timeline to Publish+Share/Computer/QuickTime with a preset = NTSC DV, does your file have sound in the export with your player?
What are you using as the player for this export?
Let us start here and then decide what next?

TS1702 Live Notes application does not play back the audio.

I bought the Live notes application. I tried to use the microphone to tape the voice. It shows the audio level, if you close IPAD it inform you that is recording de audio. But when I went to play my note the audio does not happen.

1) Try a Hard Reset as follows.
Remove any devices connected to the notebook. Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and start the notebook - check if the speakers are now working.
2) Please First check if the speaker icon on the unit is not muted.
3) Go to device manager and uninstall the Sound driver and restart and unit will install the driver automatically.
4) Try doing System restore to the date when the unit was working fine.
5) Try to update the driver from hp.com website for Audio & Bios.

HT2375 Logic Pro 9 is playing back recorded audio tracks ahead of MIDI tracks

When recording audio all of a sudden, my playback of any recording is faster than the MIDI recording. My software instruments are on time, but audio or guitar play through audio is always just a step ahead when recorded through live input monitoring. I've reinstalled Logic Pro to try and fix it, and no change. Any ideas?

just check your pref ........ midi ......... sync ...... delay ( 0.0 ) ( Reset once again change the value and return it to zero ( 0 ) )

Recording and Playing back Streaming Audio and Video

I posted this in another forum too. I have this sample code from the e-book: "Learning Flash Media Server 3". The purpose of the code is to create a FLV. The code is not running as it should. When I click on the 'record' button, the label is to change to 'recording', that dosen't seem to happen and also when I click on the 'Stop Record' button, I get the following error:
"TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.
at MinRecord/stopRecord()"
I have my suspicion on a certain section of the code as the possible culprit, but I am not sure how to rectify it, I will post the entire code here so you guys can have a look.

My deduction is that the 'if' statement in the 'startRecord' function is not resolving to 'true' and hence the label is not changing to 'Recording'. Also I feel that the assingment to the variable 'ns' of type NetStream is not being done and hence in the function 'stopRecord' I get the above mentioned error message when I click on the stop button. How do I rectify these problems?

Thanks for the message, I had acutually realised late last evening that changing this:

to this:
rtmpNow="rtmp:/vid2"
which is what you have also recomended solves one of the problems which is that of the startRecord function, as my server is running on my own local machine. However when I click on stop record, I am getting the following error:
"Error #2044: Unhandled NetStatusEvent:. level=error, code=NetStream.Publish.BadName
at MinRecord/checkConnect()"
I am trying to figure this one out...if you have any clues, let me know. Thanks.

Elements 9.03 with Windows XP - Only Audio Portion of Video Files Playing Back

I'm using Elements 9.03 with Windows XP. When I download videos from my Sony HandyCam, the video portion of the file does not play back, only audio. Is there a setting I can adjust or do I need to use a more recent version of Windows?

HT1539 Digital copy transferred from DVD has no audio played back via Apple TV

I have successfully redeemed and transferred the digital copy from a DVD into iTunes. Both the video and audio play perfectly when I play the .m4v file using QuickTime Player. The video plays perfectly, but there is no audio when the movie plays via my Apple TV. My TV is not muted. Every other file in my iTunes library, including movies and music and no matter the source, play back with audio just fine. The only file that doesn't play with audio via my Apple TV is this digital copy that I redeemed and transferred into iTunes. Any idea what my problem might be?

Apple Support Communities solved my problem thanks to member Winston Churchill.
My digital copy of Skyfall transferred from the DVD into iTunes and viewed via my Apple TV on my HD TV would display the video with great clarity and resolution but the audio would not play.
Per his suggestion I visited the Settings icon on my Apple TV. I changed the "audio out" setting from "auto" to "16-bit" and this fixed my problem.
Thanks to Mr. Churchill for solving my problem with his brilliant suggestion.
