Network Issues Please Help

                   I have been dealing with an ongoing phone issue for the past 7 months . I have a network of 20 users , 17 ip phones with an off site pbx(BounceTel-WhiteLabel Communications) abut 4 network printers and anywhere from 5-10 wireless devices at a time. I have an rv220w and a sg200 managed switch . The problem I am having is one way audio on the network . The problem happens maybe once or twice a week. The caller outside the building can not hear the person inside the building . What I have done so far was set up qos , set up vlans, which took about 3 months as nobody at cisco new how to make them work with our phones and our phone provider would not assist with setting them up ,opened up ports out from lan to wan that span for the ip addresses for my vlan , I tried opening up the ports requested from the provider from wan to lan but can not set the destination of the phone by ip addresses only Dnat server which only on Ip address, I believe this is a limitation of the router . Set up COS and still the issues persist. I have been working with small business engineers and that state I need an onsite pbx , my provider says its my router and I have too many devices on my router ,I have a lan issue cause the packet capture shows that we are hitting there internal ip address , and or there is a DNat issue . But they will not tell me how to fix issue . Neither cisco or the vendor will work with eachother . I will attach packet captures when issues occured .
Another issue that I have had with this router is when I enabled cisco protect link the router will loose connection for a couple of seconds and then gain connection , that happened about every half hour, I disabled or bypassed overflow control and that helped , but the router started to disconnect maybe 2-3 times a day . So I ended up just turning off every option from the protect link to solve . Can this router or firewall handle my network or is there something else wrong ?
So I have decided to upgrade my router and switch as the company is aquiring a new building that can hold up to 40 systems . So I would have about 40 systems connected, 40 phones (Connected to the same cat cables as the system) about 5 network printers and anywhere from 5-10 wireless devices conencted at the same time . I can not decide on which router would be good to solve my issue and be sufficient for my future needs . I got recomended and asa 5510 and a catalyst 2960 from compusa when they went through there resource at cisco , I was recommended a 891 or 1900 series router and sg300 managed poe switch from cisco presales team . And 3 access points . Not too sure what exactly is needed. Any help would be great.

Sounds like a network fault in you area to me.
It happened to me a couple of weeks ago on orange and they fixed it within 24 hours.
If you think it's the phone try your sim in another phone.  If you think it's the sim or network fault call t-mobile, from a land line.
