Network Management - Stopping Windows 10 P2P Updates

Question

Skipping all the issues with the non-privacy of Windows 10 how as a network manager can I stop Windows 10 devices from opening up potentially thousands of active P2P connections trying to share their updates?I have businesses which want to provide Guest wifi access with most of those using equipment that meets the need. That means they spent what was required, not more, so that equipment is typically not what ATT has deployed in someplace like Atlanta International Airport. I can see this being a similar problem for places like Starbucks or Panera Bread where a commercial product has been used but is it ready to handle the potentially DDOS type of situation of Win10 P2P updates?If you have 10 Win10 devices show up at a coffee house and MS pushed an update so those 10 devices connect to 100, 500 even a thousand other Win10 devices you...
