Network PO creation

Dear All
I am creating PO with account assignment category N.But it says following error.
G/L account 700001 cannot be used (please correct)
Message no. ME045
Diagnosis
Comparison of the field selection strings from the G/L account 700001 and the account assignment category N reveals that there is an incompatible combination of field selections for the field selection group 'Network'.
The G/L account field selection is stored in table T004F; that for the account assignment is stored in table T162K.
Procedure
Please enter a correct G/L account.
Kindly tell me how to recover from this error?

Hi,
There are two potential problems and the solution depends on the finance department.
Firstly you have to establish if the GL account 700001 is the correct one that should be used. Your finance department should be able to confirm this.
the settings on this account determine what data it requires and in your case the settings on this account are not allowing the storage of certain data. That is why I suggested checking to see if it is the right account first.
If it is not the right account then you will have to change the config of the auto accoutn determination to point this to a different GL.
If the finance department agree that this is the CORRECT GL account to use in this scenario then they will have to change the field settings on that GL.
When you get the error message you can click on it to get full detail (as I think you may have already done) but within the full detail will be a link to run the check to see which fields are the problem. You will see them in red. You then need to let your finance team know which fields are the porblem and get them to change the field settings on the GL to open the required fields.

  • Problem in Network - PR creation

    Dear Experts,
I have a problem in network.
I have created a network with some activities and I have given my material requirement in that network.
filed Res./Purc. req. is from release. Once I release the network, this filed is chaning to Immediately. I dont want this field to Immediatley.
Why this is happening? Is there any setting available for this?
Can any one please help me?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Praveen.

the field will change to immediately once you release
initially it set to on release
Whne you REL activity it will change to immediate
this is standard and expected behaviour
if you do not want immediately then do not release

  • Network variable creation through DSM

I've been using CVI 2009 and I'm able to create a simple network variable using Distributed System Manager 2009 (DSM 2009).
Now I need a "struct" network variable, and I noticed that the only option I can choose is "From Custom Control..." which asks me for a LabVIEW .ctl file.
I read this KB and I created a custom control with LabVIEW 8.2.1, but DSM gives me the error "Invalid data type". I find the same error even if I create a .ctl file with a simple numeric indicator.
Should I use a specific LabVIEW version to create this .ctl file?
How can I create a struct network variable with DSM if I only have CVI 2009?
    Vix
    In claris non fit interpretatio
    Using LV 2013 SP1 on Win 7 64bit
Using LV 8.2.1 on WinXP SP3
Using CVI 2012 SP1 on Win 7 64bit, WinXP and WinXP Embedded
Using CVI 6.0 on Win2k, WinXP and WinXP Embedded

I tried with LV 8.2.1 and Variable Manager 8.2.1 and everything seems OK (both creating the varibale in LabVIEW and in Variable Manager).
The problem is that I want to deploy variables on the PC where I have CVI 2009, that is not my old one where I have LabVIEW.
On my new PC I only have CVI 2009 and DSM 2009, but not LabVIEW: how can I create a "struct" network variable?

  • Error code 0x00000004 when installing Yosemite?

I have a family member's 2012 13 inch MacBook Pro that failed to boot one day (month ago). I've tried to restore via Recovery and install from all OS's I have available to me (Mavericks and Yosemite). I've downloaded each OS from the Mac App Store. Each time I try to install Mac OS X I get an error. While Mountain Lion (was installed on recovery partition) never included any information, Mavericks and Yosemite gave me an error log. After scanning it, I found the error code of 0x00000004.
In reading other threads, I understand this may be a faulty RAM stick issue? Anyone had this error before? Are there hardware tests I can run? The full log is below.

    Hi Jason,
    Thanks for your question.
WebEx Social combines the power of social networking, content creation, and real-time communications. Employees can quickly connect with people, communities and information they need to get work done.
The product tour video (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps10680/vds_cQuad_prodTour.html) featured at http://www.cisco.com/web/products/quad/index.html gives a really good overview of the product.
If you prefer a document to read I recommend http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/vcallcon/ps556/case_study_c36-706800_ps10668_Products_Case_Study.html
I would be happy to answer any further questions.

  • Virtualbox bridge

    hi folks,
I'm reading the Virtualbox page from the archwiki ( http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VirtualBox ), I'm trying to setting up a host interface networking following the instruction in the paragraph "Using host interface networking (the Arch way)" but when I try to start my virtual machine virtualbox hangs on "Spawning session". In the virtual machine configurator I selected  "host interface" and in the host interface name I wrote vbox0, it's right?
    EDIT:
"Spawning session" error is due to vboxmodule not loaded, I've already fixed that but the host interface still not working. This is the error "VBox status code: -3100 (VERR_HOSTIF_INIT_FAILED)."
I think the instruction on the paragraph "Using host interface networking (the Arch way)" are wrong becouse following the much more complex instruction of the "Using host interface networking (generic)" I managed to set up a working host interface connection.

The interface may still be in use, or you may not currently have sufficient
permissions to do this. You can replace the interface manually using the
VBoxTunctl command, or alternatively, the new interface will be created
automatically next time you restart the host system.

  • How watch youtube without safari without crashing

Everytime  i search  for search for a video on youtube my safari crashes i only had this computer for a few days. any suggestions?

There is nothing to "solve", as ewaller intimated in the linked thread a couple of posts later.
The tools described in this thread, and the other one, are not in themselves at issue. The Forum Etiquette entry is quite clear:

This includes, but is not limited to information or links to facilitate illegal drug use, theft, network intrusion, creation of code for malignant purposes, prohibited software copying, prohibited use of copyrighted/patented material...
Posts that encourage the prohibited use of copyright/patented material will be removed. This script, like P2P applications, is content-agnostic. The expectation clearly established in our rules is that discussion here will be around appropriate use of content.

  • Watch YouTube without flash

I wrote this tiny script to make it really easy to watch YT videos without having to rely on Flash. I tried MiniTube; it's nice, but this method seems to take less CPU during playback.
    Packages needed:
    xclip
    mplayer
    youtube-dl
    #!/bin/bash
    URL=$(xclip -o)
    mplayer -geometry 100%:100% -xy 500 -ontop -cache-min 2 -cookies -cookies-file /tmp/cookie.txt $(youtube-dl -gf 18/34 --cookies /tmp/cookie.txt "$URL")
I saved the code as ytplay.sh, then I added a program launcher in my xfce panel with the command:
    bash ytplay.sh
Now, to play a video, I go to a YouTube page in my Flash-disabled browser, I highlight the URL with my mouse and then click the program launcher in panel. The video will show up in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You can change -xy 500 in the script to -xy <whatever pixel size you want the video window to be>.

Everything was working alright after initial Office 2013 installation with no updates. After updating the all the PCs to the latest version as of 31/03/2014, the user profile creation broke for newly created user.
    Symptoms and causes:
Trying to log on as a new user on the machine would give the following error on Logon before automatically loging off because it cannot copy the following file to the new user profile:
    D:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\_00.sqm
    D:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\_01.sqm
    D:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\_02.sqm
The Bici folder has Read and Execute permissions for everyone but the _XX.sqm files inside only have permissions (Full Control) for SYSTEM and Administrators and LOCAL SERVICE with the all permissions EXCEPT:
    - FULL CONTROL
    - TRAVERSE FOLDERS/EXECUTE FILES
    - CHANGE PERMISSIONS
    - TAKE OWNERSHIP
    Solution:
I gave "everyone" Read and Execute permission on those files and the new user could log in and his profile got created alright.
The files with broken permissions time stamp shows they've been modified during the Office 2013 update and Bici seems to be a OneDrive related service. This bug should get fixed ASAP.
    Event log error:
Windows cannot copy file \\?\D:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\_01.sqm to location \\?\D:\Users\TEMP\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live\Bici\_01.sqm. This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.

  • Error in standard network creation using BAPI

    hi,
I need to create standard network using BAPI.
I am trying with BAPI_BUS2002_CREATE. As per the documentation, I need to call function BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION. But, I am not able to get the required output since its giving me error.
Does anybody has used the same BAPI for standard network creation.
    Regards,
    Ujjwala

    HI,
How did u create standard network? If u used bapi, which bapi did u use???

  • Automatic creation of ad hoc network

I regularly have to facilitate workshops using Keynote slides.  I use Keynote Remote to control the presentation which requires the creation of an ad hoc network that is password protected.
My procedure for this starts with the MBP where in the Finder menu bar I select the Airport Menu then Create Network… and fill in the text in the dialog box.  Then turn on WiFi on the iPad and locate this network and join it using the password.
I tend to set the same name for my ad hoc network (showtime) and five digit WEP password which means that the iPad just locates and logs on automatically.
Now I want to automate the setup side as I want to reduce my set up time (and stress) when getting ready for a workshop (it's bad enough having to deal with strange data projectors and hard wired AV facilities) or when returning from a lunch break when I tend to take my MBP and iPad with me for security reasons.
I have found that Location services in the network pane of System Preferences completely lacking as it does not retain details of ad hoc networks users may create.
Anyone know of a good third party application that would automate this?  Or a good Apple Script for Mac OSX 10.6.7 that would do it?

I'd forget about administering administrators, and framework-level activities here, and go down a level.
    Here's a built-in low-level monitor for local networks:
    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Apple80211.framework/Resources/airport -s
You'll typically see the MAC addresses, names and channels involved.  Polling that data could probably be scripted to broadcast a notification from a local (trusted) client, too.  Roll that up with generic MAC data collection and you can probably identify the client device involved.  (Until the gremlins discover MAC spoofing.)
The usual (technical) response to detecting and preventing these networks is not via client settings — phones can do ad-hoc these days, after all — but rather via tools that can explicitly detect rogue access points (APs) and such; an old intro and some Cisco Radio Monitoring details.
Some APs can send disassociate packets into rogue network, though that's a solution and an approach that I'd view rather skeptically, and would want clear and explicit administrative and legal buy-in before deploying anything like that.  Same for collecting and saving MAC data and locality data; that can potentially be personally-identifying data.  Remember also to account for the possibility of MAC spoofing when forming any administrative or disciplinary policies here, too.

  • Speeding up creation of network servers

Hi every one, I've seen so many requests in this form on how to handle multiple clients and socket programming in general. Most of us face this requirement in our projects and start from basic ServerSocket and Sockets every time we build servers. On top of this we need to build protocol and implement the business logic. I have also done this several times trying out many different approaches. We always waste time in writing/testing the same code each time we build new software, which acts as network server.
So using the things I have learnt the hard way over years, I have build a generic library that eases the creation of powerful network servers in java and have called it QuickServer. This project is open source and is available at www.quickserver.org With QuickServer one can just concentrate on just the application logic/protocol on hand.
This project is about 1.5 years old and is now pretty stable. Right now it only supports blocking io along with large set of features. And nio integration is almost complete and should be soon available. I would like to invite any of you who would be interested to try this work out and provide your feedbacks on improving this project. I would also be greatly helped if any of you could give hand in doing testing and code review. Thanks again to all and best of luck guys.

Yeah, you could write two profiles with different ESSIDs in them, pointing to a single wpa_supplicant.conf file, but given you situation, what does that gain you? Why use netcfg-auto-wireless in that case to decide whether to load one of those profiles or fail, as opposed to just having the single wireless profile and trying to load it directly with net-profile.
Ifplugd's main purpose is to listen for an ethernet cable being plugged in/removed, and run a script (e.g. a script that tells netcfg to load/unload a profile) when it sees that happen. This doesn't compete with netcfg but complements it. (You could have the ifplugd script do whatever you want; you don't HAVE TO use netcfg.)
You could also opt to use wpa_supplicant.conf manually in some situations, and netcfg (on top of wpa_supplicant) in other situations. No harm in doing so. I just don't see what in your situation motivates that. What does it appear to you that you're able to do by avoiding netcfg, that you wouldn't be able to do using netcfg? As I said, you can have netcfg load your wpa_supplicant.conf-based scripts even if there's further complexity encoded in the wpa_supplicant.conf. Netcfg just won't know about it.
One change you might consider is to break your current wpa_supplicant.conf file into two files (you can name them whatever you want, just specify the names in your netcfg profiles). Then you could stick an ESSID into the associated netcfg profile, and then the net-auto functionality might work for you.
If you want some more intelligent network decisions (like, use wired if available else load whichever of these two wifi profiles you can), you'll have to write some script that incorporates that decision-making and farms out the basic tasks to netcfg.

  • CJ20N Network creation issue. Short Dump MESSAGE_X; CNPB 011

    Hello,
    I need your help please.
We have an issue on CJ20N.
We have a short dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X with error message "CNPB 011" in any way we create network on CJ20N (1/ By right click => Network or 2/ Right
click => Copy network or by 3/ drag and drop from templates)
    It's noted that:
=> the problem not occurs when we create the network from CN21.
=> We didn't have this problem before.
To avoid the dump and be able access to project, we execute the program that described on note OSS 445323 "Z_DELETE_AFVC_MISSING_AFKO".
After analysis, it turns out that:  Records are created on AFVC, AFVV, AFAB, AFVU, JEST, JSTO, etc. BUT NO NETWORK EXISTS IN AFKO for the AUFPL. SO, all is correctly created expect AFKO update.
Can you please help me to see clearly? We don't understand why we have this dump at network creation from CJ20N mainly we didn't have this problem
    before.
Thank you in advance for your help,
    Amal

    Hi Amal,
I would suggest to do the following:
    1. Are you getting this DUMP in all of your Clients DEV, Quality and Production?
    2. Check if any transport has been moved to Production lately which might have disturbed some settings in PRD Environment if it is happening only in Production Environment.
    3. If you are getting DUMP in all of the environments Please raise an OSS with SAP. As what you have described seems to be a Program Bug.
    Hope it helps..
    Cheers
    Sammar

  • Macbook bound to AD won't allow network login or new local account creation

As the title states I am having an issue related to a macbook pro that is bound to active directory. The only option we tweak when binding the macs to AD is that we opt to "create mobile account" option under directory utility.
It also seems that while we can login through the local admin account, new local accounts cannot be created (the account creation window hangs when you create account).
    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi
To successfully bind a mac workstation to Active Directory certain things need to be in place:
DNS has to be fully resolving on both pointers. This is done on the PDC or whatever server is the designated DNS Server.
Date and Time settings need to be adjusted to reflect whatever is designated as the NTP Server in the AD environment. Adjust the Date & Time Preferences Pane and find out from the Windows Network Administrator what the NTP Server IP address is.
You must use account credentials that has authority for the AD Domain. If you're trying to use your own account it may be restricted in what it can do? A domain account has special privileges not usually accorded to ordinary user accounts.
This assumes you're (a) not the Active Directory Network Administrator and (b) you're using the Active Directory plug-in the login options section of the Accounts Preferences Pane. It's a good idea to click the "Open Directory Utility" button when binding to Active Directory. It's also a good idea to access the Advanced Section once the Utility has opened.
If this is failing at the bind stage then perhaps you should review the details you've been given when binding to AD? It may be worthwhile to clear the workstation from the Computer OU before you try again?
The above is not an exhaustive list but should help?
    Tony
