NETWR in extractor 2lis_08trfkz
Hi,
I'm using extractor 2lis_08trtfkz for shipment costs. Sometimes a shipment cost item is cancelled and deleted. At this moment three records are send to the deltaqueue:
For example:
X 35,00- (the deletion)
35,00 (the original record)
R 35,00- (the cancellation)
Problem is that the acquisition layer in BW now contains netvalue -35,00 instead of 0,00 as I want it to be. Does anybody know what to do?

Hi,
If you are loading to a ODS then you don't to worry about this. Generally key figures are set to overwritten mode in transformation or in update rule.
So let's say you just fetch this field from database without checking delta mode. The highlighted number is NETWR:
X 35,00- (the deletion) 100
35,00 (the original record) 100
R 35,00- (the cancellation) 100
When it comes to your ODS then NETWR is still 100 - that's what overwrite mode means.
If you are updating to a Cube then you can follow Kams's suggestion. But you really need an ODS in data acquisition layer.

In 2LIS_08TRFKZ extractor, the cost is split proportionately according to weight of all the positions of the delivery.
Is it possible to split only by the weight of the position of Finished Product or Main product of the delivery?, To do that, is it necessary to use an user exit, or is it possible to parameterize the extractor specifically? How?
In the case of user exit, where? In the CMOD at the time of extraction? Or through function module MCEX_BW_LO_API?

Cost spiliting is standard functionality of extractor you cannot modify it however, you can write the CMOD code the logic you said.
Onemore thing, to populate the data create a zfield and update it.

Purchase order MENGE and NETWR comming blank 2LIS_02_ACC
Hi All,
I am using the 2LIS_02_ACC Accounts assignments extractor(ECC6) for my BI7 lodas, and have used the MENGE(QTY) and NETWR(PO val) key figures.
Aparantly when extracting Purchase Orders with Invoicing plans(Automated job to push invoices), it returns blank values for PO QTY and Net PO Value??
It occurs for both Quantity and Value based PO. But the values are appearing in the EKKN table in the source sys.
Any suggestions regarding issues on this extractor- 2LIS_02_ACC is appreciated.

I should have mentioned it, the MENGE & NETWR values are not showing up in RSA3/RSA7 from the 2LIS_02_ACC extractor.
They are available on the 2LIS_02_SCL extractor(in RSA3/7), what I need to ascertain as to if there is problem with the 2LIS_02_ACC extractor for specfic purchase order operations(Quantity based using Invoicing Plans)?. how to resolve it...

2lis_02_itm NETWR in case of PO with Invoicing Plan
Hello all,
The 2lis_02_itm documentation says that the field NETWR (Net PO value) is picked up directly from table field EKPO-NETWR.
However I observed a different behaviour in case of POs with an Invoicing Plan ( mostly framework POs)
E.g If a PO item has qty 10 and Price 5 , then the field ekpo-netwr is 50 ( = 10 * 5)
Now if this PO item has 3 invoices done according to the invoicing plan , then the 2lis_02_itm-netwr is 150 rather than 50
I just want to have your opinion - whether this is correct Net Po Value from BW analysis perspective or not? Is this the right behaviuor of the extractor?

In the extractor pool of the 2lis_08TRFKZ and 2lis_08TRTLP we have a field "CMFRE" that comes from strucutre VTRLK.
Does anyone know in which table this field is stored?
How can I check this?

In your case, if you look closely you can find the table name in the structure itself.
In the structure VTRLK, there is a include of table LIKP. And this field exists in this include structure. So it is clear that this field is stored and extracted from table LIKP.

I need to extract some fields from the table FLEET, does any of you know if there's already a standard extractor for that?
Otherwise I may need to enhance an existing one or create my own. If so, can you suggest any ideas about how to link the data?

Get into ROOSOURCE table, Select A in OBJVERS, Extraction details etc..You will come to know about any Standard Extractor.

Standard extractor for shipment cost information(appl.08)
I need some clarification on "08" extractors.
We are using BW30B with PI2003.1 on the SAP enterprise side. We need to transfer the shipment cost details like cost centre, business area, G/l account etc? We have shipment cost documents which have the accounting/cost center field KOSTL shown as 'Cost Center'='10-0HAD'; business area (field GSBER) as 1010. But the data is not getting transferred!
What we did was using Tx LBWE, the extract structure MC08TR0FKZ has been enhanced with the field KOSTL (MCCOMVTRLP KOSTL Cost Center). Similarly in the data source 2LIS_08TRFKZ (Shipment Costs at Delivery Item Level) shows the field KOSTL. In the data source this field is not hidden. In the table
ROOSFIELD for the data source 2LIS_08TRFKZ, the field KOSTL is present.
This has field "SELECTION" as value "P". Same for field KOKRS & GSBER!
We are getting the fields MATKL, MTART , PRCTR properly populated since
the extract structure and data source was enhanced with these fields
also and in Table ROOSFIELD, they also have field "SELECTION" as value
"P".
What are the possible reasons for above? am I using the wrong structure or such details cannot be transffered using standard means? What exactly is meant by "SELECTION" as value "P" in table ROOSFIELD for a particular field say KOSTL.

you should check the function module MCEX_UPDATE_08 if there is the internal table MC08TR0FKZ_TAB enhanced with your fields, because there this table is filled for the extract structure MC08TR0FKZ with the communication structures MCCOMVTTK, MCCOMVTTS, MCCOMVFKP, MCCOMVTRFKZ, MCCOMVTRLK and MCCOMVTRLP. Debbuging this function module will help to find out if your field is filled or not.
If it´s not filled i think it is easier to make an append on the extract structure and fill the field in the customer exit. Otherwise you have to modify the function module mcex_update_08 or the function modules SD_SHIPMENTS_SAVE, VTRBW_SD_SCD_SAVE or VTRBW_SD_SHIPMENT_DATA_SAVE.

Hello gurus,
I have a small question about 2LIS_08TRFKZ datasource.
As we observed, it calculates NETWR, by GROSS WEIGHTs of the materials. But, we need to calculate by NET WEIGHT.
I want to know, if there is an easy way for customizing the datasource in R3 (CMOD-Spro).
Or we'll recalculate it in BW with ABAP code during transformation.

If you know the business logic and if you think that it can be calculated at transformation level then I would suggest you to do the calculations in transformation routine only.
Because for standard datasource enhancement you will have to do lot of steps e.g. append structure then write the logic, replicate DS and so on...

the job status say it is finished
the only bit i am worried is the log which says the setup is for application 12 although we are running it for 2lis_08trfkz and which is under application 8(shipment).

I want to use the 2LIS_08TRFKZ extractor to load the shipment costs and Qty by Delivery number to BI. I see that I can enhance the extractor to bring the Delivery Number from the VTTP table. But I am wondering how I can get the Delivery Item information and split the Costs and Qty at the Item level.

I had the same design idea. This is what I have in my mind, let me know if it works...
We have a Deliveries DSO DEL_DSO (loading from VCITM) with the Delivery Number and delivery Item as the key, the shipment number and delivery Qty are in the data fields. I thought of creating a FKZ_DSO with Shipment number, the Delivery number, and delivery item as the key and the costs in the data part and load it with the 2LIS_08TRFKZ datasource.
Then load the costs from the FKZ_DSO to an intermediate DSO while looking up the Qty from the DEL_DSO. So the Costs and the Qty would line up at the Shipment, delivery and item level.
But this would only work if I can get the Delivery number and Item from the FKZ data source. I am in a fix now cos the REBEL and the REPOS does not give me that information. I would have to enhane the extractor and write code to get the delivery number and the item from the VFSI table and also will have to split the shipment cost accross the all the deliveries. It seems a lot of redundency to me, so trying to avoid it.
Can you please double check tho REBEL and the REPOS fields?

get data from CE4OP01 and CE1OP01 and finally send the data set to BW after few manupulations.
I have implemented the whole logic and its working fine in DEVELOPMENT box where data volume is less.
But the same code is timing out in Quality Box, due to huge volues of data.

I am new to SAP BI, I am working on **LO and FI-Sl extractor..can any of you please provide me the detail steps in creation of these extractors.

Plz find the steps below for LO
LO :
1. Run T-Code LBWE
2. Select your area EX : You want to activate the DS : 2LIS_02_SCL.Then u need to Expand the Purchaisdng application component.
3. Clcik on maange extractor
- Using this you are going to select the Required fields in u r struture by dragging from right to left
4. Click on the DS : 2LIS_02_SCL
-Here you will set the options like slection,hide etc...
5. Activate
6. Job Control..
7. Update mode .
- Used queued delta option.
8 Your LO DS is available in RSA6 T-Code.
9 You need to fill the data for the DS by running the T-Code "OLI2BIW".
10.Check the dara for the DS in RSA3.
