Never got my preoder bonus code for Elder Scrolls Online for my PS4.

I preordered it in May, picked it up on release day in June, and never got the preorder bonus on my recepit. I am NOT talking about the Explorers Pack. I am talking about this: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Rufous_Mudcrab Now I've been trying to contact Zenimax Online for a month about this and other issues (other issues involving the game, not Best Buy), but I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at all. I was assuming they could just put the code in my account for me. So now I'm trying Best Buy. I have the receipt still with me as proof. I don't know if I didn't get it because my local Best Buy messed up My Best Buy account by giving the account a different name (the phone number I gave them was also under a different persons name). I originally had this preordered at GameStop but changed to Best Buy for the $10 reward certificate. GameStop has never onced messed up a preorder bonus. The one time I do it at Best Buy, it gets messed up. All I simply want is my preorder bonus code.

I've been playing Elders Scrolls Online and the pre-order bonus we offered was the Explorers pack. I was able to locate on the publishers website and it states that the bonus you're referring to was part of the Digital Collector's Edition. I'm pretty sure we didn't even offer this version of the game.

All customers that pre-ordered the PC versions of The Elder Scrolls Online were supposed to receive an Early Access code. This was not dependent on when the pre-order was placed, however since the 3-day Early Access has now begun, you would have needed to have your pre-order placed by 3/31 to have the full 3 days.

Elder Scrolls Online early access still not recieved.

I'm still waiting on my early access key from my imperial edition I preordered. Talked to phone customer service and they said I would have it today. Getting very discouraged with best buy due to this.

Ps4 shuts down when I load elder scrolls online

Whenever I try and play elder scrolls online my system immediately shuts down. This happens at the very first screen as soon as I select play. I've tried deleted the game save data and deleting the game and reinstalling it. This issue still happens. I've tried other online games like destiny and have no issues.

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data (Clear Cache on iOS 4) and also Clear History
Then close Safari completely and do a reset and see if that helps. To close Safari : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
To do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I never received my concert presale code for Counting Crows

So, I made an iTunes account, just so I could buy the latest counting crows album and get early access to tickets for their concert. The pre-sale starts tommorow, the code was supposed to be emailed to me yesterday, and I still didn't get it. I'm fairly upset and can't seem to find ANY way to contact apple/iTunes to get my code. I've tried selecting the "store" tab and selecting "view my account" and then selecting "report a problem" for the counting crows album, nothing happens, it just makes all the tracks say "Report a Problem" in the right-most column. I did this yesterday and was hoping apple would email me or, i dunno, SOMETHING today to find out what the problem was - but no luck. What can I do so I can get my darn tickets tommorow? lol... HELP!
Also, even though I bought the album I never got an email or anything with any type of "receipt", though I don't know if I was supposed to?

Thanks for your help and sorry if I sounded short, I'm just very upset over all this. Infact, this presale was the whole reason I even installed iTunes onto my computer and purchased anything.
I contacted them through that email thing last night and I have yet to receive any type of response and the pre-sale is now over... I really kinda want my money back and to purge the digital copy of this album from my computer now and just go buy the physical copy... It's really ridiculous that a simple thing like this couldn't go right. I'm a very unsatisfied customer at the moment...

Never received Nvidia Shield promotion code for the 16GB Shield TV

I Purchased the 16GB model of the Nvidia Shield TV on 6-6-2015 and according to the store page the $30 promotion code for the play store credit should arrive within a few hours yet I still havent recieved anything in my emails over a week later. Anyone got sample C# / VB code for CRM OD web service with multi threading?

Hi,
I am writing a small utility app to help bulk delete data from custom objects in CRM OD via web services.
However from what i can see you can only delete 20 records at a time it can take a long time to delete several thousands records by getting 20 results from a query, then deleting the records, then getting the next page of results and deleting them and so on.
I thought that using multiple threads would help speed up the process but since I'm new to CRM OD web service development i thought if would see if anyone had any sample code they would like to share to help ease the transition?

Not done this area myself - but I spotted some code that use these tables:
CRMD_SRV_OSSET, CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT.
So your selecting lines from OSSET that match the service ticket header guid
SELECT * FROM   CRMD_SRV_OSSET
         WHERE SUBJECT_PROFILE = 'Subject Profile for classification'
         AND    GUID_SET in
                        ( SELECT GUID_SET FROM CRMD_LINK
                               WHERE GUID_HI EQ header_GUID
                              ) ... into a internal table
The selecting more information from CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT that matches guids found on the OSSET table
loop round internal table
SELECT * FROM CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT
       WHERE GUID_REF    = crmd_srv_osset-GUID
endloop.
On this table you have your code group and code that relate to a classification

found them in the end, surely they should have been placed in the journals section ?
