Never got the serial number

i never got the serial number by e-mail and i can't register ADE on my Acrobat ID

creative cloud do not need a serial number. or activation code it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.In case the purchase of CC is complete without any billing issue then
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
   Windows:
   In windows 7 navigate to following location:
     /windows/system32/drivers/etc
   1. look out for "Hosts" file
   2. Open it with notepad
   3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
   4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
   Mac:
   1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
   2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
   3. Remove the entries and save the file
   4. try again launching any product from CC

The serial number that you might have is an upgrade version & it will be asking for a previous qualifying version serial number.

If you bought from the App Store (and you could only have done that if your profile is incorrect, it ways you are running 10.5.7) there is no serial number. Apps authorize using the appleid used to purchase them.
So what makes you think the app thinks its a trial version? Has the trial version been installed on your system at anytime in the past?

Applications in the App Store never have a serial number, in fact Apple doesn't even allow that.
If your version requests a number, you already had a version of Logic Pro on your machine. Delete it and re-download it from the App Store (Logic Pro should show up under "Purchases" and the download will be free)

The SN will only help identify the iPod as yours if it is recovered.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

I received the serial number but unlike my lightroom install disc, which is win and mac, my Creative Suite disc is windows only, how do I go about installing a Mac version of my creative suite onto the Mac computer?

I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/

Contact your wireless carrier. They should have your IMEI number on file.
However, what will you do with the IMEI number once you have it? It will not help you track or recover your device.

Hi, I had the same problem and I found that you don't need a serial number anymore. Here is what I did:
(1)I went to Applications fodder on my Mac. (You can navigate to the Application folder from 'New Finder Window.')
(2) Deleted Pages (installed as part of the free free trial version) from the Applications Folder. Also deleted 'IWorks' from the Applications folder.
(3) Started AppStore.
(4) Clicked on Purchases.
(5) Clicked on Pages.
(6) Clicked Install.
(4) repeated (5) and (6) for Numbers and Keynote

If you have a CD for your product (I assume that is where you got the serial number from!!) then you can insert it in the drive on your new machine and install it in the usual way.
If the new machine hasn't got a CD/DVD drive then you can use another machine and copy the contents of the CD to a flash drive and use the USB port on the new machine to install the product.
Of course you can buy an external DVD drive and use it as well if that is what you want to do.
If, however, you don't have a CD for your product then I am afraid it is difficult to download it from Adobe website.
