Never had shockwave but now it always says that's what is crashing?
For 5 months I have been unable to get on my farm in Farmville because it keeps saying shockwave flash has crashed. I only had shickwave flash for ten minutes when I couldn't get adobe flash to work so downloaded it but it didn't work either so I deleted it. Since, I have re-downloaded chrome but it still says shockwave has crashed not adobe. What can I do?

I'm sure you meant Verizon not Sprint. Even if you got a hold of someone what do you expect to happen? CS reps do not have the power to lower pricing or offer you any special rates. here's what i did and what's now happening:
-i downloaded the newest iTunes
-i updated my phone
-everything got installed (into my laptop and phone)
-my phone restarted
-it said to enter in my pin number
-i did
-says the pin number is blocking it or something
-it's now saying i have to insert a sim card with no pin (which i do not have)
can someone please help me? i need my phone and atm i cant use it :/

Have you tried resetting the SMC? The SMC (System Management Controller) has control over the charging function, so resetting it may help. -

Before the recent updates to Firefox, when I would go to another page in the same window and then clickon the back button, Firefox used to bring me back to the same place on the page where I had been, but now it brings me to the top of the page, meaning that I have to laboriously scroll down to the old place. How do I restore the previous feature?

No I didn't even read through your post, to long.
You said that "No matter what program I try to install, as soon as the installer opens it crashes". Were you talking about the install for this/these 3D programs or ANY program? As it is worded it sounded like ANY program. That tells me there is a problem with your Mac, software or hardware.
Now you say others install programs, which is it. Programs other then the 3D ones install or no programs install?
Could simply be your Mac is to old to run these programs and the installer knows that. You never said what model or year Mac it is. -

Everytime i google something, I expect safari to open the link i click in the same window and same tab - as it did before - but now it always opens a new tab! I'm getting really tired of that! I clicked the button in my setting thatz is saying "software update iOS 6.1.2. It turned off and now My iPad 2 is stuck on a black screen that has the iTunes symbol and a charger that I'm guessing means "plug into iTunes".
