I'm look for some help I've been in GUL program for a while now. Maybe 3 or 5 month. My problems is I haven't been able to locate my welcom email for 50% of a strategy guide. So Im looking for some help as in hoping someone can resend me that email.that would be great.

    All of your benefits can be had by entering your correctly linked MyBB account # or phone # attached to the MyBB account with GCU. If you have a MyBB/Reward Zone membership card once scanned it`ll do the same thing.
    In-store once your MyBB/phone info is scanned/entered there should be a pop up box prompt on the cashiers screen and you`ll be asked to verify the keypad info. Once completed the discount will be automatic.

  • College Student coupon never received

    I purchased a Mac Book Pro for my granddaughter to start college.  I had planned to purchase it at the Apple Store but we took a chance that the Best Buy in Edwardsville, Il (an hour drive) would have the one she wanted.  We waited over half an hour in the store (with multiple attempts) to get the "College Student Deal" coupon without success.  We had to leave and I asked if we could purchase the computer and she could try to receive the coupon at home and bring it in for a credit. The clerk gave us two weeks.  She never received the coupon in her edu e-mail.  She confirmed her e-mail address with the school IT dept and they told her they think the problem is on Best Buy's end.   I have called Best Buy Customer Service  three times (with long waits and many transfers) without resolution to this problem.   I was told by one of the Customer Service representatives (in technical terms) that it may be being blocked and that she would never receive it.  I feel I have invested a great deal of time in trying to resolve this issue so yesterday, my day off, I went back to the Best Buy store to talk to a manager.  I was given instructions to go to this site for help.  Yet another diversion.  I am beyond frustrated at having spent so much time and effort on such a simple issue and am wondering if this is a method to discourage the customer.  When I purchased my oldest grandchild's Mac I did not encounter this problem - but I did not purchase it at Best Buy. Reading the other posts on this site I see that this is a common problem and wonder why.

  • Am I not allowed to share my 50 percent off strategy guide coupon?

    I gave my 50 percent off coupon to a friend so she could buy a Lightning Returns Limited Edition strategy guide with it for her birthday, but they denied her twice.  She ended up just buying it without the coupon.  I've never had this problem before with other coupons from BBY and was wondering why she was denied?  She had to pay about 20 dollars out of pocket.  The coupon is not expired so I don't see that being a reason. 
    I know this could've been avoided if I went with her, but I still don't understand why it wouldn't work either way since each barcode should have been unique.

    Is your friend a member of the My Best Buy™ program?  The reason I ask is because the instructions on the coupon mention that the cashier would need to enter the member's account ID before scanning the coupon, so if they are not a member, then that could explain why the store denied the coupon.  I would think the store would have provided your friend with a reason for denying the coupon.  Did your friend mention a reason?

    As the subject line says, I never received my welcome coupons after signing up for the gamers club unlocked. I signed up for the program when I purchased call of duty advanced warefare on release night 11/3. My account shows the that program is active and I see the discounts on games when adding them to my cart. I just never received my welcome coupons.

    I enter the email address and password for a new Persona account for my Backpack. All the information is accepted. The screen tells me to access my account through the link sent to my email. The email is never received.
    Yes, my email service provider has gone through all their inbound logs and check all spam blocking areas. They have watched the logs for all incoming email messages while I perform the sign up process and see nothing from Mozilla or Persona.

    Hi so persona is no longer supported. Please contact the administrator that has implemented persona in the portion of the site you are using it. For example, if you are on the badges page

    If you open up a web console and go thorough the process you can check on the final stage in the error logger if there are any errors on the ui's end. For example, if there is a 302 redirect or 500 server error, this will be the server responsible for the authentication responsible for the issue.

    I tried to create an ID account a few hours ago using my current email address in order to use ibooks. I completed all stages and even provided my visa card - I received a message from my bank that 'my visa was authorized for an indicative amount Euro1.00 @ Apple' BUT I never received an email in order to verify my apple ID.
    Please note, at that moment of my registration there was something wrong with my internet connection and I not sure if the registration process was 100% completed. I then tried to sign in using my email address and it says that my username or password is not valid. I tried all procedures to reset password/username but it doesnt allow me to do anything - since it doesnt recognize my name or my date of birth/security question. Then I tried to create the ID again, doing the procedure from the beginning but then it says that my email account (username) is already in use. I am blocked here and cannot use my email to register! (I registered with my old email address so I can contact you here). Any advice? Thanks in advance.

    I think you should contact Apple support and explain the problem to them.  It's not unknown but it might have a security side to it.   Better safe than sorry.

  • I signed up to get permission to post books for sale BUT never received an email confirmation.  I cannot reuse my same Apple ID.  What do I do?

    I tried signing up to be able to post iBooks and went through the process up until I was supposed to be sent an email for confirmation.  NEVER RECEIVED IT and run into a wall trying to continue.

    If you want to sell books, did you open  a separate account, complete the contracts and banking requirements and get an EIN number from the  US tax office?
    If you did not, you do not have a  "paid" books account...... if you did and your EIN  was obtaned less than 3 weeks ago... Apple may not yet have had access to the reords to confirm it.
    Also, when  iBoosk Author arrived in 2012,  Apple allowed a standard Apple iTunes account to create a free book account, I think now they also require a new and separate account.
    What was the "wall" into?

    This is most likely caused by an iCloud sign up (which forces you to use an email address as Apple ID).

  • I never received an installation disk with my iMac. I do require one now. How do I get it?

    My wife and I purchased an iMac about 1,5 years ago. Perhaps 2. And everything worked perfectly. We even got the iPad 3 to go with and next month an iphone 5.
    However, since a few weeks my mail didn't respond anymore. Did not open, didn't do anything anymore. I found a solution and had it working again.
    NOW, it's jPhoto that is not responding anymore. Though only on MY account. We have two accounts on the system, but with my wife it is working. Just not on mine.
    I have found Disk Utilities and did a permissions repair. Which worked. I think... But then the disk repair does not. I can verify the disk but not repair it. It requires a reboot from the Mac OS X installation disk.
    I never received one. Was I supposed to get one with my iMac? Or should I make one? Can I still make one with the problems I am having? Or am I copying the problems to that disk?
    Can anyone enlighten me?

    PS: We did update to iOS 10.6 a while ago.

    In the meantime, if you really are on 10.6, you can try and repair the drive by using these options, both explained here. Safe Boot and fsck from single user mode.

  • How to get a refund for paid app i never received

    In April of 2014 I attempted to perform an in-app purchase in the game HayDay, which I had downloaded for free on my older iphone 4s that I also had at this time. I still have an iphone 4s but it is a different one. But that's not important. What my question is, is that every time I would go to purchase some diamonds or what ever else I wanted in the app It would tell me there was an error and it could not be purchased. I kept trying a few times and then finally gave up. I had no idea that it was saying error even though the actual charges on my credit card were going through and I spent(lost) somewhere over a hundred, maybe two, on some stupid in-app purchases that I never received and got my credit card took quite a hit from that. I called Apple and they said they could not help me and I had to get a hold of the creators of HayDay in order to get a refund. I found the contact email to get a hold of the creators and they never answered my issue. I asked many times and no one can help me. What do I do to get that money back that shouldn't have ever been taken from my credit card in the first place? I have all the order numbers and stuff if need be.
