New apple ID not mine but it charged my credit card do you have horrible security?

Thanks guys way to get my credit card info stolen...

A new iTunes store account was created using your credit card, and you automatically assume this has something to do with Apple's security or lack thereof with the iTunes store?
You shread all your credit card receipts before being thrown away, and the same for any paper credit card statements received that may be received via snail mail?
No one else could possibly access your credit card without your knowledge? It is never used at a restaurant or bar where it is taken out of your sight for a charge to be run?
Hate to break it to you, but there are plenty of ways for someone to get access to your credit card including the credit card company or bank having a secuity problem.
My bank ATM/debit/visa card that I only use for ATM to withdraw cash and for paying my AT&T monthly cell phone bill was recently compromised. Someone tried to charge nearly $1,500 on the card with some website vender based in China. My bank sent me a text immediately requesting that I confirm the charge, which I didn't. The charge was blocked and the card cancelled with a replacement issued with a new number.

    After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

    you can do a Google search for "anti-virus" and "mac" and see what you come up with. I think Norton now makes a program for mac with anti-trogan and anti-rootkit detection, and hopefully it'll get better with more time and more complaints
    As laverne's mom said, Norton's should never be installed on any Mac - period. I would not let it within 10 feet of my machines. It creates so many problems, it should be considered malware.  If you must install AV software, try ClamXAV; it is free. However, there are no viruses for Mac; the current problem is a trojan and if due diligence is observed, there is no problem.

    We are fellow users here on these forums. You haven't purchased anything, including new apps.songs etc or in-app purchases, and you've checked the purchase hostory on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list). When purchases are made they will be charged to your account's balance or to the credit card that you have on your account.
    If you don't recognise the charges and nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made them, then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption (the contact methods that are available may depend upon the country that you are in)

    Our annual accountant caught that the charges were still being charged.  Our book keeper (my spouse) thought that Abobe was one of our systems charges and it did not raise a flag until October 2014.  We canceled at the end of MAY 2013 when our off site designer at their own office said that illustrator was better for him for the work we need and we no longer needed to use PSD .  Month to Month means you can cancel when you want.  The agreement is very clear that we can cancel PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE.  ADOBE PS  is a great program, we love it, we DONT love being charged for 27 extra unauthorized months 29.99 = 809.73 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  Adobe can see the service has NOT been accessed or has not 1 minuet of use time on any dat for 21 months.  When they did not cancel I had a 1 hour 25 minuet RECORDED conversation to cancel the service in November of 2013.  I was assured this time it was canceled and refunded.  We trusted the manager we spoke and did not see the charges for  Our accountant whom filed our personal taxes first week of October 2014 for Tax Year 2013 discovered the charges were still there.
    We have called in October 2014, November 2014, December 2014, January 2014.  Our company attorney said to dispute all charges from first date of cancelation.

    Any apps you have installed from the old AppleID will always be tied to that AppleID. You have no choice but to enter the password for the old AppleID if you want to update apps downloaded using that ID.
    The only way to stop being asked for the password for the old AppleID is to remove all apps from the device that were downloaded using that old AppleID.
    You'd then need to re-download (and re-purchase) any apps you want to keep using under the new AppleID.
    Apps cannot be transferred between AppleIDs.

    First thing to try is to connect it to the charger that came with it and plug that into the wall outlet. Let it charge for an hour. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the. Phone starts up continue with the setup procedure.
    If the phone still does respond Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
