You will possibly need to the order numbers, which you can get via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of the purchases on it.

Just upgraded to firefox 4 and websites are now taking ages to load, there were no problems when I downloaded the upgrade. Is there a fault with the new version of firefox?
Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

New user- all my files are now read only -
I am using a Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop with Windows XP and my husband has a Dell Dimesion 4600 desktop. Two weeks ago I installed a Linksys Compact Wireless-G USB adapter on his computer and then installed a WRT54G v.6 wireless router. All is working fine for internet connection. Today I discovered all my files are now read only and even when I uncheck the read only box and click apply, then close the file, on re-opening it it is again read only. Even the files on my external hard drive are now read only.
I am backtracking to see where a change was made that was unintended and the wireless router was the last thing I installed. Is there a connection? And if so, can someone help me make the necessary changes or tell me where to find out?
I read through a lot of messages but did not immediately see this situation addressed.
Sandraseems to be an OS issue , because there is nothing on the router setting that could change the configuration on the computer....try System Restore....can't think of anything else at this point...

I have been using waterfox for the last year or so and decided to upgrade. I found that Nightly was a supported version for 64-bit systems, so I downloaded and installed it. Well, now several websites I accessed with waterfox do not work correctly or at all with nightly. For example: When I log into one of my cPanel accounts (actually most of them) and try to edit websites, I get no response. If I switch to IE or Chrome (which I would rather not) I can use them just fine. Also, several news websites or even social sites do not completely load and are very sluggish. I've cleared the cache and did the general housekeeping to clean stuff out but it still won't work right. What should I do? Does anyone have any suggestions?
Unstable means it can vary in stability day by day as it can be crash prone to being stable. Features can be a work in progress for a while. The May 24 Nighty build was crash prone for a lot of testers for example.

I said earlier in this thread:

Please don't tell me you haven't even read the article and

So, the menu works the opposite of what you said actually. It
does *not*
make all links "accessible" and that's why I offer a "plan
B", not just for
keyboard users but also for *people using Internet Explorer
with scripting
disabled*.
You say your approach is to "make the top-level items in our
menu real links
to main section pages", that's fine, but once people get to
these pages,
*how do they access* the sub-menus? Unless you reveal them on
each one of
these main sections pages - as I do - they are *not*
accessible, period.
They do not exist for keyboard users nor for IE users with
JS-off. And of
course I'm talking about doing this using nested lists, not
*disconnected*
elements.

Don't tell people I need more than one rule, I'm the one who
pointed to the

Also, my stylesheet takes care of styling all lists
horizontaly in case
there is no JS support; and for *each* page (using different
color for each
one), to make sub-menus *accessible*. For sure that does
require more rules,
but it does make these links accessible :)
It's easy to say that a stylesheet is "lighter" if it does
not even do half
of the job. Please do not compare oranges with apples.

Actually, browsercam screenshots would *not* reveal that bug.
If you say you don't have it "anymore" then I take your word

won't bother checking in my old Mac, but last time I checked

Updated firefox to 9.0.1 websites are now slow
I updated to the new firefox and now everytime I go to any website, it is slow to get there. I have no add on's or anything like that. Sometimes it takes 3-4 clicks on the url to get it to go. Help?
Right-click on the Menu Bar ''(top toolbar)'' in a blank section to the right-side and then click on the Menu Bar in that contextual menu to deselect the Menu Bar.

How can my client upload files and new articles to his website without involving me?
I have created a website for a client who wants to be able to add any new information to his articles without having to go through me again.
How does he do this?
I have added all permissions to him as a user. I know how he can edit existing information on the website, but not to add anything new.

At this stage this is not possible out of the box in Muse to add the articles, you only can edit them using the in browser editing. To be able to add something without involving Muse, you will need to use a CMS system like business catalyst, where you can setup modules like blogs or news items for your client and they can add them from the back-end itself, which will reflect instantly on the site.
Since, this feature is not there in Muse at current stage, I will recommend that you post this on our ideas section over here, https://forums.adobe.com/community/muse/ideas, and let our devs team know of this requirement.

I shared itunes account with daughter's phone, never synced my phone with home computer through itunes, synced tonight with itunes but choose her iphone and it restored all her info on my phone, all my phone contacts, text messages and photos are gone - I had auto backup to icloud daily - is there any way to get phone numbers and texts back off icloud?
If you have been backing up to iCloud your camera roll photos, text messages and other data and setting should be contained in the backup. Restoring the backup to the phone should recover them.
To do this, go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings (which will erase the phone), then go through the setup screens on the phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup and follow the prompts. Be sure your phone is connected to wifi and your charger as this may take some time to finish. -
One I updated my sons new Iphone 4s his contacts are now on my daughters as well?
Hi I just got my son a I phone 4s registered it and all that stuff.Last night I did the update on it io6 anyhow after noticing my daughters contacts were all on his phone as well as his on her phone I also have the iphone 4s but my contacts are just mine we all share the same email plus apple password why is this happening and how do I fix it.Thanks

I rec'd an alert that my "Apple ID and phone no. are now being used for iCloud on a new iPhone." I am not using iCloud and I don't have a new iPhone. Is this something to worry about?

There are a couple of possibilities that may apply to the email you have received regarding your Apple ID. The first is that the email may be a legitimate warning that your Apple ID has been compromised. For this reason I would suggest that you change the password to your Apple ID as soon as possible. The second possibilty is that the email is an attempt at "phishing" in order to get you to reveal personal information. Typically this is done with an email that looks like it comes from an official source but has links to web pages that, while they may look like they are real, may actually be gathering your information for use by others. I just got my replacement phone from Warranty. The phone was on for just 2 hours and it crashed. I was told that motorola knows about this "possible" issue. I got a new sim, hard reset, If it can be done I did it. They are now sending me the same phone again. Number 3. I would hope this one doesn't crash but I rather have a different phone so I can enjoy using my account. The phone's most recent error was today. " Unfortunately, the process com.motorola.widget.circlewidget3d" has stopped. At least the error message works and it's polite. I told tech this and they could not answer my question or help me other then "let's do a hard reset" My warranty replacement is coming on Monday. Let's hope this one works. Anyone else havinbg the same problem. it says "such and such as stop working" on all sorts of stuff! Help! I want my iPhone Back!
I just did a google search on this issue. OMG, I got a ton of videos on this or similar issues. Each one says in some way to clear the cache, reset the data, etc. Why in the world would this continue to happen and they not do a fix that resloves this without having to lose or stop what your doing. This is a very long and constant issue it seems with Android phones as there must have been pages and pages of what I now call "Unfortunately" So I am going to pray that Verizon helps me out and gets me away from this issue and helps me go back to iPhone or try the Samsung.

How can I turn off Recently Visited Websites when opening new Safari window?
After tapping on the two overlapping boxes on the bottom right of Safari, a new blank window appears with Favorites, but now in iOS 8, recently viewed websites are listed. How can I turn this function off? I do NOT want my new Safari windows to have history displayed of previous websites I visited. I only want my Favorites (on the top) to be displayed. Please help.

Let me try to ask my question a little more clearly:
When I tap the two overlapping boxes on the lower left (the option to Open New Windows), the new Window that appears will show your Bookmarked FAVORITES. But with my new iPhone 6, and the new iOS 8.0.2, when I tap the two boxes to open a New Window, my Bookmark Favorites show (as they always have and should), but below them, there is a dividing line underneath them, and it says Recently Viewed Websites, and has these websites available to tap.
So my question is, HOW DO I TURN THESE OPTION OFF?
*UPDATE (10.13.14): Since I have asked this question, I no longer see these Recently Viewed Websites under my Bookmarked Favorites in my new Window tabs. So I hope that Apple fixed it, or somehow it was a mistake, or somehow I changed an Option on my iPhone 6 that stopped this for reoccurring.

New Mac only 5 days old. Daughter accessed a movie website and now popups keep appearing and unable to access any other Internet sites without being redirected. Have deleted her as a user and then tried to restore to factory settings. I did something wrong and it is now doing an Internet recovery. Help I am completly lost and don't know what I am doing.
You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
Malware is also found on websites that traffic in pirated content such as video. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow. Never install any software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or that was downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later)
or
Download updates automatically (OS X 10.9 or earlier)
if it's not already checked. -
I use to have the grid of pinned webpages whenever I clicked on the X of a new tab page. Now it's gone. I figured out if I typed about:newtab in the Awesome bar it would restore the page, but not all the time. Now when I type about:newtab in the Awesome bar I get a page called about:about...and I don't want that. How can I get my pinned websites back on my New tab page?

I have over 1200 songs in my iTunes library that have always synced fine, I have added a new album to my list from one of my CD's, synced to add it to my library but less that 100 songs are now showing on my device and no matter how many ways I try its not able to show any more.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to rectify the situation as I have tried every help setting for the last 4 hours.I have tried everything I have read on the Internet about sync issues and restore etc and not there isn't a single song on my iPad or iPod touch. All of the songs are listed in my iTunes but are all greyed out, some have the cloud symbol next to them but lots don't and some say waiting.
Long and short is nothing will save to my devices at all.....HELP !!!!!!!?
