NEW BUGS IOS 7 Apple Logo Loop and Unwanted Frame on Iphone 4

I just upgraded my Iphone to IOS 7.1.1 on Iphone 4. previously this has never happened since I upgraded from ios 5 to ios 7. following frequent problem I experienced on my iphone :
BUGS # :
Iphone abruptly turns off after a few minutes idle and can not normally turned on by pressing the power button. after that I did a hard reset to restart by pressing the power and home buttons simultaneously. but sometimes always fail, because the iphone fail to boot. always appear apple logo and not to enter into the core program and sometimes up to iphone gets hot and suddenly a white screen in the middle
When I press the home button twice or three times press the home button, suddenly appeared a strange black box :
I think ios 7 is a product fails
is there any solution of this problem?

Did you perform the initial update using iTunes or over the air?
-Software problems are usually resolved by connecting to a computer with iTunes, and restoring to factory settings.  I recommend you connect to iTunes, create a fresh backup file, then restore to factory settings (Set up as new and retest).  If everything is ok, then restore your backup.  If the problem returns, there is something corrupted in your backup file.

  • IPhone 4 apple logo loop after update, unique problem.

Please take the time to fully read this question before copying and pasting the generic apple help links please
Okay so today I decided to update my phone to the latest iOS version, and upon completion I got the infinite apple logo loop problem. The standard approach I know is to do the recovery solution on your itunes. Well, here lies the problem. My laptop which has my iTunes is currently badly broken, and cannot be used. I thought that oh I'd be able to use my iTunes account on a different computer, but to my annoyance, my password is different to the one I use to confirm IAP. So I try the recovery methods, first birthday. My birthday is wrong, tried a varied range to no avail. Tried email, non of my 3 only used emails work, till I look and see the Apple ID email is slightly different to the ones I currently use, but I can't even create the email it uses as I don't know of any way I can make a .co.uk email now.
So I am stuck in a very unique situation, need to recover my iPhone via iTunes, but my iTunes can't be accessed. Is there anyway around this or am I completely screwed? I don't want to just cut my losses and make a new Apple ID/wipe my phone as I have lots of much needed information in my notes etc that I can't afford to lose and that I don't remember by heart.
Any constructive responses would be greatly appreciated.

if it is stuck in a reboot loop and u HAVE to do a recovery mode restore. there is no choice. u will have to get rid of that information. call applecare (1-800-275-2273) to get help with getting access to ur apple id, but for now, u need to get ur phone working first.
to help with a loop problem sometimes a hard reset will work. hold down the power button and the home button at the same time for 20 seconds. its kinda like holding down the power button on a computer.
if that doesnt work then u will need to place it into recovery mode and do a restore. that WILL delete what is on the phone currently but if u have a back up either on itunes or icloud u can restore that back up onto the phone afterwards.

    Hi sarasalves,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
If the Apple logo is flashing on your iPhone 4, you may need to put the iPhone in recovery mode so that you can restore it.  The article below explains how:

  • IPhone 1st Generation Apple Logo Loop

My Problem: The past few years I've been having a problem with my iPhone 1st Generation.
What's Been Happening: My iPhone has been going into a "Apple Logo Loop"
What I've Been Doing: I've been looking up what I should do. The same thing has been coming up "On the iPhone hold Start/Sleep button and Home button, keep holding it until the Apple Logo shows up. Release both buttons then." I've been doing that but nothing's been happening. What I mean is... the iPhone screen is black. Then, I hold the Power button at the top right until I see the Apple Logo. As I see it, I still hold the Power button but then hold the Home button as well. After that, the screen goes black and then it turns back on. Then, I see the Apple Logo with a little loading sign in the middle, like it's trying to start up. Finally, it just turns off again. Every time I try, it does the same thing. Once, it came up with telling me to plug it into the computer, but then it quickly disappeared. I've also tried to put it into DFU Mode, but it seems that something is blocking it from doing so. It turns off but it seems that something is forcing it to turn back on.
HELP!: I'm not sure what to do with it. I'm not sure if it's completely dead and nothing can fix it. I took it to a place to see if they could to attempt to fix it but they failed to do so. If anybody can please be out there and help me that would be completely great. If you do reply, I might not reply back right away, but I will reply sometime during that day.
    Thanks
    -Chris
P.S. This is my first time making a post, so I might've done something wrong in the processing...

    Hey there,
It sounds like the phone keeps rebooting on its own even during a restore. I would try resetting the device while it is connected to a power source:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
If the issue persists, I would put the device into recovery mode with the following article and attempt the restore 1 more time:

  • IPhone 5c won't restore, stuck between recovery mode & apple logo loop

    Hello all,
I got a lovely little iphone 5c secondhand. The only problem is that it will not cooperate with me.
At first, it was stuck in recovery mode, but I can switch it out of that, and into the apple logo loop or dfu.
No matter what I do though, (recovery mode, dfu, loop), it will NOT restore.
It gives me an error code of 3014 every time.
Once in awhile it also loads a screen of script, that ends in "panic, we're hanging here" or some such.
I HAVE seen it load to the lock screen twice now, but only for a split second. And while it did that, iTunes told me it couldn't connect to "Jessica's iPhone" due to the passcode. So I know something in there still works. Just not sure about what ISN'T working.
I'm REALLY hoping someone on here can help!
And sorry if I don't have all the info you need/posted in the wrong area. First time here.
    Thanks in advance!!

  • Apple logo loop / recovery mode

I was updating my iPhone 4s to ios 8 and needed to use my phone. I pressed the power butting but with no luck I held the power button and home button together until the phone shut off. It came back on with the recovery itunes logo and cord screen.
My photos are my work and they're so important that I cant do a restore because I dont have a backup. I read about Reiboot, Tinyumbrella, Recboot etc. I decided to give Reiboot a try and I plugged my iPhone in, clicked "exit recovery mode" and it told me the exit recovery was successful. But my iPhone just went into an apple logo loop. I tried many things to get it out of the loop but the only thing I could do was put it back in recovery mode. Is there any way I can get to my files? Any help would be appreciated!

I'm afraid at this point your data is lost and the only option is to connect in recovery mode to your computer and restore the phone:

  • When i clicked on erase all content and setting in my iphone3, it first shut down and next the apple logo appears and then nothing happens, how to fix it

when i clicked on erase all content and setting in my iphone3, it first shut down and next the apple logo appears and then nothing happens, its been 12hrs since like that. i tried force restart by clicking the home and sleep/wake button, and still same issue.

I believe with the 3G and the older iOS, erase all content and settings acts differently than the newer iOS. You can use this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 to place the phone in recovery mode and restore it.

when i plug in my ipod touch it goes to the battery witht he bolt under it the goes to the apple logo screen and after a while it will flash white like its trying to go to the lock screen but just restarts and restarts the process and keeps doing it. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

  • My mini ipod appears off and not respond to any commands when pressed the buttons to reset, apple logo appeared and then the apple support site and it shuts down. already tried all the steps, but none worked, and when I plug it into my computer it does no

My mini ipod appears off and not respond to any commands when pressed the buttons to reset, apple logo appeared and then the apple support site and it shuts down. already tried all the steps, but none worked, and when I plug it into my computer it does not appear in the iTunes bar. what do I do?

If MacKeeper corrupted the Recovery partition then even I underestimated its potential for damage. Garbage "cleaning" apps will cause misery but I have not found that the Recovery partition to have been affected by using MacKeeper or anything like it. I doubt that it did so, but I have learned not to underestimate the potential for such things to result in system corruption.
Before concluding your Mac has a hardware failure, try booting OS X Internet Recovery by holding command option r on startup (three fingers). That will force your iMac to bypass the Recovery partition altogether, and convey the ability to create a new one.
An Internet connection will be required (wired or wireless).
At the Mac OS X Utilities screen, select Disk Utility. Select your startup volume (usually named "Macintosh HD") and click the Repair Disk button. Describe any errors it reports in red. If Disk Utility reports "The volume Macintosh HD appears to be OK" in green then you can be reasonably (though not completely) assured your hard disk is in good working order.
Assuming the HD remains usable you can then use Disk Utility to erase it. Reinstall OS X, restore your essential software and other files, and don't reinstall the junk.

  • TS1702 On resetting, apple logo appears and stays on ipad3

An ignorant technician whom I went for the sim, after inserting the sim just did the resetting. An apple logo appeared and never went away untill the whole battery just drained away. As I put the iPad on charging, it came back to life but mail and safari not working. When I tried to reset, again apple logo appeared and stayed till the battery drained. Again charged it and it came to life, then tried to reset to factory settings by erasing all contents, that too didn't work. A revolving circle appeared and stayed till the battery drained. My last try was, connected it with iTunes to reset it, but it says that latest iOS version will be installed, that I don't want, so didn't proceed further. Now I am stuck with my mail and safari not working. Please help as to how can I get the mail and safari working aging. Thanks

Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode (data will be lost)
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

  • My nano (4G) shuts off while playing, doesn´t respond until plugged in, then apple logo appears and it restarts.  Restore worked for a week, same problem today.  Says it is 50% charged.

My Nano shuts off in the middle of playing music/podcasts. It won´ respond until plugged in, then apple logo appears and it restarts.  I restored factory settings and installed the newest OS which worked for a week, but it´s the same problem today.  It happens while at 50% power or better (according to battery icon).

It sounds like the battery itself is going bad, which is likely given the age of the 4G Nanos.  You'll want to have your iPod serviced by Apple or a third party service center to have them swap the battery out.  Otherwise, it's time to start investing in a new iPod.

I accepted an IOS  update on my phone this morning, now it keep flashing the apple logo intermittently and i can't access my phone at all. I can't make or recieve calls or texts at all. What do i do to rectify this please?

You should really read the manual.
"How do you restore from backup? "
Restore.  When given the choice, choose to use backup.
"And how can I check to see if the pics and videos are on my computer somewhere first??"
They would only be where you put them.  What program did you use to import them?  Pics/vids taken with ipod are not part of the sync process at all.  You should be importing them just as you would with any digital camera.
If you did not import them, then they are not on your computer.
