New CalDAV-account but no connection/no sync to Calendar

Hi at all, I use David from Tobit for addresses and appointments. Therefore I created a new CalDAV account for syncing these data but the new calender is not available. I also miss to define the standard-calender in the settings for mail, contacts, calendar. The server for Tobit is reachable (no problems with addresses via CarDAV by a similar way - and the standardaccount for contacts is also shown in the settings)
I use miCal and all applications and software are up-to-date. Any ideas for a solution?

Problem is still unsolved unfortunately! Any ideas how I could get back the menu bar "standard calendar" in the settings?
